My mom recommended I come here for a new battery. The mechanic Aly was very helpful and provided excellent service, quick and efficient! I recommend coming here, the staff are all welcoming and knowledgeable!

Staff is Knowledgeable and wants to help, they try to diagnose the issue before pointlessly selling Batts or parts. They care and are always helpful. I come here often on business, we have a lot of equipment and they always provide excellent service. Whether it's a starter, battery, alternator, or a charger. They always make sure they have the knowledge necessary to diagnose and resolve the issue before a sale even occurs. I will be going for any and all needs from now on

The staff in Annapolis was very helpful with battery selection. Joe was outstanding and installed my battery at the end of their work day today! Great service! Great place!

I don't remember how I found them but I'm glad I did. I've been here twice and both times they were great. Great staff. Great service. Great prices. I'd definitely recommend them.

What a wonderful business! Exceptional customer service. If I could, I'd rate them higher. Logan volunteered to come to me and charge my battery twice at no charge. The new battery was installed in minutes and the price was way more than reasonable. Give them a try, you will not regret it!

I just bought 6 batteries from this warehouse today. I was helped out by a guy named Logan who provided great customer service. Top notch employee who knew his work and got me in and out with everything i needed. Go to Pasco if you need a battery.

Pasco's BW was referred to me by a friend. The customer service on the intial call was helpful and informative. Logan had my order ready. I asked more questions upon arrival, Logan shared his knowledge and double checked with others. Ended up doubling my order and priced reasonably. Customers drive from all over the east coast to come here. ...I will also be back and refer them to another business that buys batteries (Garrett). ...thank you Tony, Logan, and Pasco's.

I've been buying batteries for my vehicles here for many years. Originally they were on West Street. Most of their batteries are made in the USA in PA.They replace defective ones without any trouble. Great customer service!

These guys are great. I had a long-standing battery life problem with a golf cart that they helped me troubleshoot and fix. I wish I had come to Pasco 20 years ago as I am in a much better place now. Great service, knowledgeable and helpful staff. All around a great experience and value.

My battery died suddenly on Black Friday on my trip to Florida. Traveling with 3 kids and a big dog..they did everything to accommodate me and were so sympathetic to my hurry to get back on the road. We ran into problems with the blinkers and they went above and beyond to get it resolved. They got the kids pizza and even offered to send us on our way with the assurance they would take care of any costs if we wanted to go to our dealership in Florida. In the end they found it was just a loose wire and fixed it. The owner was gracious and so accommodating. Can t say enough about this experience. You don t find businesses like this anymore.

If you are a cruiser, these are people you want to get your batteries from. Great product good prices and Eric was a pleasure to do business with. They delivered the batteries right to where we requested with no extra charge and when there was a small problem they fixed it immediately.

Awesome service. Gave me excellent advice and didn't try to "Oversell" me. In fact I went there thinking I needed a battery and had every intention of buying one, but their tech pointed out a bad connection, which was the real issue. We corrected the problem and the car has run perfectly ever since. Thank You.

I went in with a straight forward problem, a weak battery. As life often does new issues presented themselves. Staff handled them efficiently, quickly and to my full satisfaction at no additional cost. They were all friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. They have won me as a customer.

These guys know their stuff ! Always helpful and have the answers and parts I need handy or in stock. Saved tons of money over the years buying batteries from them & will always recommend their warranty and ease of ordering/pickup and available stock. 5 stars

Very informed customer service helped me select the correct battery technology and model for a new powerbank build in an RV. They had the knowledge, and a huge selection on stock when other stores in town had Covid supply chain problems, and very little selection.

Pasco is the best place to get batteries around. The guys that work there are great and very knowledgeable. I ve bought many batteries here over the years and I don t think about going anywhere else.

Didn't catch his name but the guy who helped me was awesome! Alternator crapped out on my boat the Friday of the 4th of July weekend so I called west marine and turns out it would take 4 weeks to order one.Called pascos and he was very helpful determining my alternator model number and specs. He had one perfect match in stock. Since I needed to get the new one in asap for the 4th he even stayed 20 mins after closing so I could pick it up that day. Got it in and its working perfectly for the weekend.Great experience and would definitely recommend.

A simple phone call at 730 am to them and my battery was installed and I was back to work by 810 am. Prompt and courteous. I was referred by my boss at work and will be happy to refer others to Pasco's in the future.

picked up a starter for a boat here, Reverse rotation- the guy at the counter knew the part number without looking it up. Plus, they have deka batteries in stock, even the big ones.This place is a class act. Could not be any better to deal with, and the price is competitive.
