The manager Nell is awesome. Listens to my unusual car complaints, always gets the job done. The mechanics there are very good and much more reasonable than a dealer

I made an appointment online to get a front end alignment, wheels balanced and rotated. I dropped my vehicle at the time of my appointment and after talking with the person at the front desk we decided to just do the front end alignment. I had asked about how long it would take and I was told about two hours. So I had some errands to run and said I would be back, I called about 3 hours later to check on the status of my vehicle and was told that they hadn't taken it back yet, but they were getting ready to take it back now. I told them not to bother that I was on my way to get my vehicle. Needless to say I was not very happy with the lack of service I received and not as much as a phone call to communicate the delay. I hope this was an isolated incident and not the way they conduct business. I wish I could give zero stars!!!!

Excellent service. Manager Nel, went above and beyond to provide us our install delivery date. Warehouse shipped wrong tire, she drove to go pick up correct tire all in the effort to meet our expected completion date. Highly recommend this location. All employees were very pleasant and professional. Thank you Nell. You re the best!

I came in with a flat tire and Dominic informed me they had found a large screw inside. The tire couldn't be patched and he recommended replacing all four and gave me a great deal. Nell, the service manager was also very polite and professional. They had me back on the road in an hour. Their customer service, expertise, and professionalism were first-rate. I believe I have found an exceptional business to have my car serviced. Thanks so much!

4/02/24 Update: Google would only allow one review from me so I m adding a second here. Dominique and his team are really great and go above and beyond to ensure my truck is driving well and safely for me - it s needed quite a bit of work recently, so their knowledge and work is greatly appreciated. I just had my belts replaced along with my control arms, shocks and struts. They are all very courteous, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely keep coming back. Thank you guys (+Nell!)!Nell and her team are phenomenal in their customer service and care. I was going to another local NTB location who weren t very honest with some damage they caused to my truck or didn t always have the best customer service, but I cannot speak highly enough of this NTB and the lengths they go to ensure you re well taken care of and spoken to with the utmost respect. I ve gotten regular maintenance, new tires and even major work done to my truck which they took care of without any headache to me. I will definitely continue returning here. Thank you!!

Damaged my truck from improper lift use. Then lied to me about it. Then said my f250 XL is too unusual to lift and doesn't have lift points. Then said their floor jack is broken.If you have a truck, do not go here.

Had an excellent experience at this location! Specifically the assistant manager Austyn was professional, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about getting my vehicle fixed right. It was refreshing coming from a bad experience I had at another repair shop close by.

The staff here was amazing they were nothing short of incredible and professional they worked hard not just for me but for every customer that came in (they deserve a raise) I had an awesome experience I didn t have to wait for a long time. Dominique was exceptional with the knowledge of everything he was able to explain everything to me where I could understand completely. His customer service was top tier I ll definitely recommend this location to anyone I know

I can't say enough good things about this place. Called this morning after finding a nail in my tire and they had 4 new tires (I definitely needed them) on my car within a couple of hours. Front desk staff are awesome and so polite. Will return here for my future car needs and will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks again. Great service!!!

I really appreciate the attention to detail that Nelle(store manager) showed me while ordering my tire for my truck. You can tell that she understood my needs and expeditiously got my order in. Then Dominique the service manager got my tires on a jiffy. Now my family is safe and sound! 6 stars

Well the manager is great she works with you and very professional. I was going on a trip and my rear tire was showing major thread wear and she was able to get me I for service and replace tire same day.

Gary was very unprofessional, negative and I felt racially profiled.He disregarded my concerns and questions in regards to service.The staff was exceptionally pleasant, well-detailed and amazing despite the treatment received from management. Kudos to staff and they deserve more than what I'm sure they're receiving.

Would like to thank Nell for her exceptional customer care from answering the phone to being able to service my vehicle. My tire is a specialty tire that needed a patch and thank goodness they were able to repair it and get me on the road safely. Thank you!

For the record, I've previously had a good experience here getting tires, but last night was a different story. My battery was on the brink of death, and after buying a battery at Advanced Auto, I was told they couldn't install it. This left me frantic so I drove to this location after calling them. The manager told me they may not be able to install it, but I still thought I'd give it a try. I get it-- I got there at 6:30, so I was an inconvenience. When I arrived the manager Dominik, went to the back and asked a gentleman to install it. When he came back through the door he motioned for me to come over and said "you see that guy? He will replace the battery and you can pay him out of pocket. We have nothing to do with this." I thought it was odd since "Battery" is in the title of the place. But, I was in a pickle and desperate and went with it. The gentleman (I believe Derick is his name) replaced my battery, but had a difficult time resetting the dash lights. So, the "manager" Dominik came back out to see what he could do. After messing with the device for several minutes he disconnected the machine, looked at Derrick and as he was walking off said "if I was you I would put the old battery in and let him handle it." Him (ie ME!) was standing right there and heard the arrogant remark. Derick was equally as shocked and said "man just come back tomorrow first thing and the store manager will be here and she can reset it. The car is fine we just cant reset the lights" I asked "how much do I owe you?" He said "don't worry about it-just pay it forward." As someone that has been in management, the real manager was Derick-and he deserves better than that. Moreover, the customers deserve a better interaction than what Dominik so flippantly offered.

They are no longer NTB I was told after the fact and charged me for my FREE tire rotation. And tried to charge me for my wheel alignment after I already paid for it. Never going back. That s what you get trying to support local businesses.

First, let me start by saying that this review is not necessarily representative of customer service from the front desk. Unfortunately, however, it is about the incompetence and even worse, unethical behavior of the mechanics.I brought my car in after a blowout, and they were accommodating. However, they could not get the tire I needed for my car. The best they could do was get a comparable tire, not quite the same rating and not for 6-7 days, which kept me with a half functioning vehicle.... donut spare that is limited on speed and distance... just not safe.So I opted to pay for another company to overnight the required tire and personally brought the tire to them.Shortly after, i got a call saying the tire was defective, and they recommended i take it back. We go pick it up only to notice a perfectly cut tire on the inside of the tire where it mounts on the rim.We asked if they tried mounting, and they said no. They noticed the defect and called. Thus, we attempted to return the tire, but the shop that sold the tire showed us how NTB did, in fact, attempt to mount the tire although they denied it, so the tire was not defective.... Instead, it was clear to everyone, and there were clear indications, that the tire had been ruined by the NTB technician.We knew because there was mounting grease on the inside brim of the new tire. They must have thought they cleaned it all up but did not. You could also see the machine marks on the tire that led to the damage/tear.I personally brought the tire and handled it, so i know i would have noticed the tear/rip since it wasn't trivial. Yet NTB refused to acknowledge wrongdoing....Therefore, i ended up having to pick up the rim to take it to the other shop and buy yet another tire for install. I am now out over $300.00 for NTBs mechanic incompetence and unethical behavior.I intend to contact corporate or ownership depending on the type of store it is. More to come.I will provide an update and change rating of what they do right by the situation. Else, you will know the type of business being run here in annapolis.Update - 10/12/23Called corporate office as suggested. An administrative person took notes and advised someone would contact me. Still waiting....

I went in person to make an appointment for an oil change. I have a Fiat. The appointment was made and the only thought I had was that the employee didn t check to see if they did have the correct filter for my car. I went on trust that everything would work out. It was funny because the employee who checked me in actually mentioned that he would check to make sure they have the correct filter. Fortunately they did. I told him that was a thought I had after making the appointment and that I would just trust that it would work out anyway. We both had a good chuckle.

I went to work this morning and realized that I had a large bolt stuck in my tire. I was also aware that I am actually due for a full set of tires. Dominique was extremely helpful in quickly getting the tire patched and helping me select new tires for my next visit. Professional, courteous, quick service. Job well done.

Manager Nell Hinton gave me an honest assesment of my tire damage and a picture. Then I was given options, and I decided to buy a new tire(prorated) and the warranty is the same as my previous tire. Nell told me about 1 hour to replace the tire and kept me informed about my vehicle status. I decided to purchase new wipers and the tire and wipers were installed in less than 1 hour. I am a very satisfied customer. It is nice to get great customer service with a smile and a thank you. I recommend this NTB service center.
