What a great find for your motorcycle needs in Annapolis. The customer service is outstanding as well. Let s be honest. It s not often people review their mechanic but I needed to in this case. RC is a true gentleman and it s awesome to have a shop like this near by.

I stopped into S & S Auto for a Maryland Motorcycle Safety Inspection. The staff and service was fantastic. The few things they discover, were easily addressed, and I was on my way in little time.I will be sure to think of them for my future motorcycle servicing needs.

As a single mom who doesn t have a lot of time or money, I thought since I would be in Annapolis for a few days I should get my bike fixed since it s Basically a very easy job and I could do it myself if I had tools. I have been riding for over thirty years, I have owned just about every kind of bike there is. I ve worked as a professional stunt rider and raced bikes as a hobby. I m not new to the bike scene and I can perform a lot of my own maintenance (such as an oil change) I called this shop because I happened to be in Annapolis for a few days and told them exactly what I needed to have done to my old gsxr750. They put the mechanic on the phone and we agreed on what needed to be done which is why I brought them over the bike in the first place. I have my own Bike mechanic in Virginia where I live but thought since I was here and they said they could do it today I decided to give them a shot since it s a very easy fix. I thought they would at least take a look at the bike and call me if they thought it needed anything else done, I ended up calling them only to be told they had completed a hundred and fifteen dollar oil change that I could of done myself but that they didn t have the time or the tools to fix the other issue which is why I took it in to begin with.I feel extremely taken advantage of and I m not sure if it s because they are not ethical in their business practices or if it s because I m a woman and they think I don t know any better. Either way I ll be sure to let anyone who will listen know about what a terrible experience this was for me. I also hate giving bad reviews but hopefully this will help the next person think twice about doing business with this shop.

Great business that has very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They inspected my motorcycle and thoroughly explained what I needed to do, to fix deficiencies.
