Came to Midas this afternoonIn Annapolis on West Street 1-2-2024 with 2 tires which were low on air. My light stayed on after I put air in them. After I put air in them I listened and it sounded like the valve stem was leaking. I then looked up the closet auto repair shop which was Midas. I pulled in and explained the situation to the employee behind the desk and he said we can take a look. He gave the keys to the gentleman in the shop, the tech with a beard on., and I my watched him drive my company s SUV recklessly forward and backward then in the bay. After they looked at the car, the man behind the counter came to tell me come outside I wanna show you tires and your blinking tire light which was on. As I was just trying to understand and asked a question and the tech with the beard ( who drive the car in and working on it ) abruptly explain to me in a conversation which I did which I did not understand. They filled the tires which both had a screw and nail in them very close to the sidewall on each. The man behind the counter said the tires needs to be replaced and would not be patched. The repair order for the 2 new tires was going ti be $338.00. They did not have those tires in stock and could not do this until tomorrow. I asked if I m ok to drive this back to my office about 30 minutes north and he said I m OK. I contacted my office and they told me if I can drive the car go to our shop In Linthicum. I stopped by our tires repair shop which said they CAN be patched.This cost the company $60.00.Really Midas.Well Being in the -Customer service business it is very important to have first impressions and last impressions. I can be completely honest I do not trust Midas near or far it will not be using their services in the future.

From the Midas web site today I accepted their offer for a $29.95 synthetic blend oil change. I was assigned a noon appointment at the West Street Annapolis Midas. When I got there the first thing I was told is that location does not have the synthetic blend. He tried to sell me the full synthetic for $80. I said no, I'd like the offer I accepted online. Then he told me that if I put the blend into my Volvo I would void the warranty. So I called Volvo service. They told me that it would not void my warranty however if I put the synthetic blend in they recommend only going 5,000 miles before a change . That is fine by me.So first the Midas web site sent me to a location that will not even honor the offer they made even though I provided accurate vehicle information when making the appointment. Then the West street location tells me something that according to Volvo just is not accurate. Bad service on both accounts.I understand that for $29.95 it is tough to make any money on this deal. They are trying to pick up new customers, which they would have if they would just be honest. Honor the deals you put on your website!

I needed my clutch replaced on my Nissan Versa. Jerry and Chris were a pleasure to work with and took on my many questions over this major repair. They sent me progress photos upon request which gave me added piece of mind. Expect fair pricing and great service from this Midas location.

Great place! The crew is honest and professional. Yesterday, they charged my wife $350 for minor exhaust work. While Meineke on Old Solomons Island Road wanted $2,100. Yes!!!

Can't say enough good things about my experience. Dennis and Chris were awesome. They got me in and out the same day when everyone else had at least a 2 week wait list. Brakes, rotors and oil change all done in 2 hours! This is my 2nd time here and I will now bring all of my and my family and friends business here!

Everytime my wife and I have brought a car here they are rude and pushy, my wife was just got a quote for an oil change that was way more than even the dealership we used to take it to. I love Midas and all the other branches I've been to but something is not right with this one.

The staff at this location are so friendly! I walked in with a screw in my tire and it was plugged and I was out of there within a half hour for free! Will definitely be going back for oil changes and other needs!

My experience was great. I had an issue with a defective tire. Mechanics came up with fast solution and fixed it swiftly. Will definitely use service in the future.

I use MIDAS Annapolis exclusively when I get the oilchanged on my car. The technicians are al knowledgeable and professional. They consistently provide great service and do a superb job.I made an appointment dealership where I purchased my car. I waited for 90 minutes have my tire fixed at a dealership and they didn't even begin on what should take no longer than 15 minutes. I went to MIDAS for the oil change and mentioned to the MIDAS tech that my tire required mending. He took care of it for me at no charge while the oil was being changed. I cannot overstate how pleased I have been with their service. Thank you MIDAS Annapolis!Services: Tires, Oil change

My daughter and I were in a huge hurry to get to a softball tournament on Saturday 4/21/23. We were about an hour from home at this point and still had almost an hour to go when my tire pressure started dropping rapidly. We pulled into Midas and told them what was going on, they not only got us in and out within 20 minutes but the charge was minimal! I know this wasn't a big job but as an already stressed out single mom, I was so appreciative of them. I would definitely go there again if I'm ever in the area!Service: Tires

We use Midas on West St. in Annapolis for ALL of our auto needs. We have since 2005. They are a full-service shop. We have had tune ups, complete overhauls, etc. done with them. They are very fairly priced, and they have top knotch mechanics working on your vehilce. The staff is super friendly. I'd rather a lower price for an outstanding and honest service, than a luxury waiting room that we are grossly overpaying for. This is the perfect place for us to have all of our vehicles serviced. Took my car to them because the yellow check engine light was on. They checked and gave me an estimate on what it would cost to get done what I needed. I made an appointment for the next morning. When I got home I did a bit of checking and figured out and that has since been confirmed that they were over charging me for parts as well as labor. Among other things they said I needed a MAP sensor, which they listed as costing $152.99 for the part and $198 for labor. I checked on the Autozone website and the same part and partnumber is exactly $45.99. I am told that is at most a 20-25 minute job for my car. I may be older, but I am not stupid. The person who checked out my car never put down a mat or anything on the floor board, so now I have greasy shoeprints on my fabric floor mats. Will never go back there. Don't like that kind of service and do not like to be taken for a ride.

Best customer service experience I ve ever had. Keith, the store manager, was super helpful when I came in without an appointment for my tire that needed fixed. His team fixed my tire without hesitation and fixed it quick. I would recommend going here for your tire needs without a doubt. 5 stars all around!Service: TiresService: Tires

Been standing in the wait room for 10 mins. Seen several people that work here in the work area and walking back and forth outside. Not one has walked into the wait room to help me. Currently just standing at the counter right now. Even called here while standing and no one answered. Sucks for me cuz I can t really go nowhere else because my tire is completely blown.

Very pleasant staff that is eager to help. When appointment was made, they started on my car when promised and finished in a reasonable time. Recommendations seemed honest and the quotes seemed realistic. my questions were answered to my satisfaction and in a very courteous manner. I will definitely go back.

This Midas is awesome! Mike, Keith, and Jerry were super helpful. It's always worrisome going to a new auto repair shop (especially when you're a female); you're always thinking they might try to screw you over. However, I felt very comfortable here. Everyone was super friendly, like seriously, so nice. They went above and beyond for me. I had originally went to another tire shop to get just one tire replaced but they had ordered the wrong size (24 hours after I blew out my tire) so I immediately called Midas to see if they had my tire and could get me in. They said I could come the next morning (yay) and I did. However, the first tire place forgot to put my old tire/rim back in my trunk (and they were also closed that day so I couldn't go get it). The guys at Midas so kindly OFFERED to pick up my old tire from the other shop while I'm at work the following business day so that it would be there and ready when I arrived later that day. I couldn't believe they would do that for me! I arrived after work and was only there a short amount of time before my tire was switched out. I highly recommend this location! I will definitely be back for future vehicle services. Oh, and pricing was better at Midas than the other place too. :)Service: Tires

Visiting the area from Cincinnati and got a screw in my tire. Called multiple tire places in the area and Keith was the most pleasant I spoke with and could take care of me right away. Got there about 20 minutes later and they repaired my tire quickly and got me back on the road. Couldn't be more thankful for Keith and team!Service: TiresService: Tires

This is by far the best auto repair shop I've ever been to. On our way to an Airbnb our car began to have a coolant issue and we immediately called Midas to see if they could fit us in. The staff was extremely friendly and told us they would be able to get to the car the same day (something we haven't seen often in our experience). When we arrived the staff was very friendly, personable, and followed COVID precautions. They even offered to hold our coolers in the back room so they wouldn't be in the hot car. The staff got to our car sooner than expected and fixed the problem in half the time they projected. During this time, we watched multiple other customers come in and out of the facility with car problems. Almost all of them were able to be assisted the same day, and if not, had a scheduled time to come back to be seen right away. When we left the staff member even remembered our names and wished us a good trip. Highly recommend going to this location to get any work done on your car.

These guys are amazing!!! Truly saved our trip for us! We busted our wheel beyond repair found a dealer to purchase one and these guys were the only people willing to take us and help us out. Truly remarkable service! They made us laugh and we felt like valuable customers. My appreciation to this team of guys goes above and beyond any words. I'm so thankful they were willing to help us! This was my first time at this Midas, and I was very pleased with my experience. The manager (Jerry) gave me an honest estimate and some options for an oxygen sensor replacement, which I did appreciate. Also the mechanic put down paper on your vehicle by the pedals, and also plastic covering your seat to prevent from getting dirty (which most shops don't do). I will certainly be back for future service.

Honest and extremely helpful. Helped to get my family home safely after I was told by 3 different shops that my breaks were fine, within the last 2000 miles. They weren't and I'm so glad I fell into this shop, Lee and Chris were honest and informative. Being a woman it's hard to find a mechanic to trust. I feel like driving the 300 miles just to have all my work done from this shop in the future.

Had problems with my muffler and brought it into Midas for a check in. Bob and Lee showed me the issue and shot me an optimal solution. They helped me out by ordering the part and the next day I dropped off my vehicle and Lee fixed it in 30 minutes. This place is very professional and does great work in a timely fashion. They have earned my patronage moving forward.
