I started going to this Meineke a few years ago and they have, consistently, provided excellent service and council on what I need to keep our two commuter cars on the road. Recently, we were quoted $1500 for a muffler issue from another local shop but this team at Meineke came in at $500 explaining they could replace a section of the exhaust system without having to spend the extra on the full. The price would have been still cheaper but I respect and appreciate them giving me an option they indicated that they would do to their own car. This Annapolis location is a family run shop and I feel welcome going there. Highly recommend for folk like methat never learned how to work on cars.

I ve been a customer at this Meineke for more than eight years. I can honestly say I ve always gotten great service on my car. Mr Savvas has been a trusted mechanic over the years for me. As a woman it s not always easy to find a reliable and trustworthy mechanic to service your vehicle and drive away with a peace of mind knowing everything was done right. So glad to have found a reliable place to take my vehicle for quality car care.

Since I began visiting this Meineke a few years ago, they have continuously provided top-notch service and advice on what I need to keep my car operating. Every time I go, I know my automobile is in excellent care. I genuinely appreciate the excellent car service, professionalism, and reasonable prices.

Meineke has done most of the repairs on my Toyota for many years and that has included oil changes, brakes, tires, spark plugs, wipers, and filters. All work done well and no returns. Gotta be happy with that. The only place we ll take our vehicles in Annapolis. By far the best customer service. Won t try and upsell on unnecessary work, honest about pricing and how long things will take so we re not waiting around all day. Have recommended to all friends will continue to do so.

Amazingly good service. 10/10 highly recommend this spot in Annapolis. The owner is super kind and works with you in getting you back on the road with your vechicle in the best working order that air can be. I was so pleased with everything at Meineke. These days, it is so hard to find a car place that does good work and in a timely fashion. My alternator went up, and I called a few places, and they said it would be at least a week. The gentleman was so nice and took care of my car the next business day and for a good price. I was so thankful

Stay away from this place. On 12/15/2023 the manager gave my wife a quote of $2,100.00 for minor exhaust work. My wife took the car to Midas on West Street and they fixed it for $350.00.

Savva and his team go above and beyond in making sure the job is done right. I was having issues with the tire pressure senders on my ML350, the other lace wanted 373.00 for one. Savvas worked his magic and got me all 4 sensors replaced for substantially less than the dealership pricing. If you want a mechanic that stands behind their work, this place will. I had repairs completed on my car here that were up to my expectations. Something else happened to the car and I couldn t get my car towed back here so I had the repairs done elsewhere. After those repairs at that shop, my car started acting funny again.Meineke could have said we won t fix it and blamed the other shop which could have been accurate. They didn t though, and repaired my car under the parts and labor warranty. Thank you Meineke for standing behind your work even if it might not have been your fault!

Great experience! I took my car into have repairs on my exhaust system. Other places quoted me much higher prices. Took it here and they were able to do the repair for a third of the cost and while I sat there. Very good customer service. Savvas is a great guy and was looking out for my best interests. Thanks Meineke! You guys were awesome!

Knowledgable friendly staff who helped the work I had done be affordable to me, their not like most places when you go to get a tire patched they tell you 10 other things wrong with your car. They actually called me and told me my coolant light was on, and then were more then happy to show me how to take care of it myself instead of suggesting they do it, like most places. I give them a hand for being the most down to earth car place in annapolis

Excellent experience. Realized I had a muffler issue Friday evening, booked an appointment for Saturday morning, and 90 minutes after drop off they called to tell me it was ready. I felt the price was extremely fair as well.
