It's a 24h auto service with bilingual assistance (English & Spanish) you must save in your contact list!! Matt was really helpful, friendly and provided an excellent and fast service. Also great price! He has tons of options, and few places I called didn't have my tire or was overpriced. I highly recommend Matt's tires & service

Wonderful and quick experience. I called a head of time to replace my tire to make sure they had the right size. Instead of just replacing my tire, the gentleman found the issue with my current tire and fixed it rather than just replacing it. I really appreciate their honesty!

This is hands down the nest spot to get a quick tire change in Annapolis, or possibly America. I came there with a flat tire, and I swear I was out of there within 10 minutes. They have great tire options to fit almost any budget. I rcomend bringing a tip because these guys have a service no one can compare to. I would never get tires anywhere else but there.

If you need tires in a hurry and want AWESOME customer service, please go see Carlos! It was 5:00 pm on Friday 2/17/23. My husband and I had just had lunch at Miss Shirley s and left around 3:00pm. Our tire light came on and car started wobbling. Pulled over called FordPass to get tire changed. Then I started calling for tires. Either shops were out or Goodyear customer service was absolutely horrible! We found Matt s tire. Carlos greeted us and was very professional but friendly. He showed me the tires, gave prices. I picked the tire. He mounted and installed. I paid and was on my way by 5:22pm. Absolutely wonderful. I love this place!! Your Customer Service is Priceless

Blew tire on curb in Annapolis day before my sons graduation at 9:00 pm at night at the Naval Academy. Thought all was lost for for the next day that I would be chasing for a tire the day of the his graduation. Roger at Matt;s tire came to the rescuse. I picked up a low profile, brand new tire and had it installed at 1:00 am at night (24/7 service). Price was right and these guys were a life saver. I would use them anytime of the day. Thanks Matt's Tire. You guys are awesome. and saved the day.

Great service went on my lunch hour called and he came right back to shop to fix my tire would have been stranded without him fast and friendly service will definitely be back!!!!

I ve been here a lot because of their prices but have never had an amazing experience until Todd changed two of my tires and patched the other. Todd is probably the best costumer service I ve had in years. Hardworking and helpful if I could rate him alone than I d give him 10 stars. I felt bad I didn t have cash on me because I wanted to tip him. He even called me back when i initially asked about tires, he had found more of the size I needed and actually called me back. Most people would have said oh well. He let me see everything step by step. Made sure each tire had no bubbles and had me confirm. He was sweating to get my tires done as quick as possible. He even fixed this sensor which had broken off and no one had told me and I know I ve changed that tire before. It would always say the air was low even after I would just fill it. Makes sense! Thanks Todd!! I m beyond impressed and will call ahead for Todd should I ever need a tire again. This man needs a raise!

I bought two used tires here several months ago. Quoted me 65 dollars a tire. Wasn't a great deal for the wear but there were no extra hidden fees. I said yes, then the mechanic came back telling me he can't give me those tires because there was a pinhole leak so he has some other "like new" tires but has to charge me more. I asked how much more and the mechanic goes"How much did I say for those other ones?" and then he adds 10 dollars. I should have known better.1) One tire was flat with an inside wall leak overnight (looked fine off the lot, the leak was slow). I broke off a lug and the another lug was striped trying to get it off so I could put on my spare. The Mechanic used an impact drill and messed up the lugs (200 dollar repair *at a different shop)2) Matts tires was closed when I tried to get it fixed and I needed to get out of town so I went to another shop (merchants up the street). They put on a new tire and came over to tell me that the other tire Matts put on was bubbling and had internal damage and would fail on me. So I replaced both tires that Matts just put on the day before. I kept the tires from Matts in my trunk and drove over the next day asking for a refund and returning his faulty tires. He said All sales final. I argued a bit and threatened to do a credit card charge back. He said he didn't believe me that both tires failed because it was unlikely. Anyway finally offers me half a refund which I refused...I wanted my full refund (it wouldn't even cover the cost incurred to repair their faulty job). 3 Months go by as I am providing all the evidence and letters/receipts to my credit card company and finally they repay my the money.Shady people!

Be careful people when you meet this guy that claim to be Matt's big brother. He is a con artist. Make sure he tells you his prices before he starts his work on your tires.He over charged me and would claim to charge extra labor if you pay by card and not cash. Matt would charge reasonably and won't charge extra when you pay by card.This guy fools around a lot whilst at work. Very unprofessional.

I've been going there for years. Always great work and a very good deal, and they'll stand behind their work. They even stayed open a little late for a last minute tire fix for my boat trailer.

I got my SUV towed there. They gave me a great used tire for a great price very quickly. I saved almost $60 compared to the shop I normally go to.

I purchased used tires from here and besides opening a hour and a half late the wheels were so bad my car was wobbling and look like they were about to fall off. I have kids to drive around and their safety was definitely in jeopardy. This place sucks!!

Was there today 2 to get 2 used tires for $130.00 and they gave me a dry rotted tire.. never again I will go there.

Best spot to get your tires fixed/changed. Beyond friendly, professional and knowledgable workers!!!! I refuse to go anywhere else.

Well I not sure but I took my friend to get his tires changed and they sold him aset of tires for 160. Dollars and they lasted for 8 months. Doesn't seem right.
