Service Manager J.R. was very insightful and respectful. He promised to fix my vehicle and did exactly that. I would not only recommend my family and close friends to bring their vehicles to him, but I would bring my vehicle back if I ever need something else done. Fabulous customer service. Had an emergent situation with my car . They put it on the lift and gave me an estimate and ordered the part. They provided me with a brand new loaner. Car was fixed in two days . I had no previous appointment . An outstanding experience from start to finish.

Very curious and professional. Very trustworthy and that means a lot. I always have a pleasant experience. I love how they send videos of the service and point out things such as tire and brake pad wear. Thank you all for always making my trip a pleasure!

Service managers are friendly & accommodating. They give timely updates & you never feel like they are upselling you. They go above and beyond to get you out on time & when you re in their facility they treat you with all of the amenities you could ask for. They are expensive cars to maintain, but I wouldn t take mine anywhere else!

The entire process was seamless. From the check-in with my advisor, Natatia Grubb, to the pick-up, everything was done to perfection. Natatia was very communicative and provided me with everything I needed. She carefully explained every aspect of my service. After picking up my vehicle, there was one minor issue that she stepped up and quickly resolved.

The service staff worked quickly to get me in for service and was transparent with what service needed to be performed as well as the cost. Although not inexpensive, the service provided was top notch, and provides a sense of reassurance that you are receiving the best quality of service. I am a large proponent of maintaining your vehicle at the best possible level to ensure the longevity of your investment. And yes, maintenance on a Land Rover is very expensive, but at the same time so is the vehicle itself. So you should have a general idea of what you re in for going into the purchase. With all of that said, I was treated with the white glove treatment, I was provided an office space to use and work from while my car was being serviced. You won t get that at many places. Even after my car was finished they offered to allow me to continue to use the space working for as long as I needed. In the end they ended up washing my vehicle for me, and cleaned out the interior including vacuuming which was much needed after having spent the previous week in the Outer Banks. Exceptional service, but not inexpensive.Service: Brakes

Everyone was so professional and helpful. JR my service advisor kept me in the loop the entire time of the service. Bill the general manager facilitated a loaner for me when the dealer in Tyson s wouldn t guarantee that I could even get a loaner.Chris the porter that helped me with my loaner was very helpful.Would highly recommend this dealership. I was in Annapolis to help my son move and had limited time available before needing to get back home. My 2012 Range Rover developed a misfire and had gone into limp mode. Even though it was late in the day, this shop was able to get me in immediately and quickly diagnosed the problem. What s more is they were able to offer me a slot the very next morning to fix it. My truck was ready for pick up shortly after noon that next day! I received a video report early in the process, communication was exemplary, and the staff were courteous and helpful. I understand that any given day, a shop may not have the space or schedule to allow this for each and every exigency but the things that matter to customers often get overlooked. Courtesy, honesty, and attention to detail are not subject to workload constraints and Land Rover Annapolis nailed it. When I picked up my vehicle it was cleaner than I had seen it in awhile and I wash it two to three times a week! Nobody likes it when their vehicle has a break down but the level of service I received was second to none.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Melissa is the best! She returned my call, got me scheduled at a convenient time and took care of me and my 2020 RR Full-Size upon arrival. I brought the RR in for an Oil Change and a battery check as it s a very low mileage vehicle. I traveled from Columbia, because I find this dealership friendly, respectful and customer focused. My RR was serviced on time and at the price quoted. I will be back.Services: Electrical, Oil change

Now on the other hand who e ever was supposed to clean my car did know such thing, I was a little disappointed. Everything went well except I don t know if my windshield fluid tank was checked to see if it was working cause I found that it s not even though it s there fluid in it.
