I stopped by JLR of Annapolis today to use a detailing package that I had acquired and I couldn t have been happier with my experience. Doug and everyone at the dealership were so professional and wonderful to deal with. Thanks again my Rover has never looked better

Frank & Sol(finance manager) took great care of myself and my husband during our vehicle purchase. They made the process seamless and convenient. I highly dislike spending an entire day at a dealership haggling back and forth. That was not the case with them. We identified the vehicle we wanted, filled out the paperwork, they sent us to grab a bite on them and when we came back our new vehicle was ready for delivery. We couldn t have asked for a better experience. The only place we will be making our vehicle purchases in the future, hands down!!

We always receive excellent service buying cars and bringing the car in for maintenance at Land Rover Annapolis. Skip Tate is very knowledgeable and meticulous on Land Rover products and services. Great guy, always looks out for the customer. Also, we receive great support from Sol Jobe over the years.

Thanks Kelley and Sol for the great service and deal! Got favorite Miata back home. People are very friendly here, and pay lot of efforts to keep the car nicely indoor. I am kind paying attention on some small details of the exterior, luckily Sol is very patient and tried his best to help me out! And kelley is very nice and patient to accompany me for two test driving appointments. Highly recommend this dealer .

I ve been servicing my Land Rover s at this location for a decade. I have always had good service. My service advisor for many years was Mike Kelley and he was great. My new advisor was Natatia and I must say she may be the kindest person I ve ever met. I just completed my 64k service and it could not have gone better. I was offered a Uber home and picked up later. Vehicle was clean and ready by the end of the day. Thank for always giving me and my family great service!!

This is the best Land Rover dealer in the DMV area. The sales consultant, financing team, the overall experience is top notch. What they offer is customer service which is unmatched to other dealers, the ease of purchase and financing, as well as you feel like you are being heard, understood as well as treated with care while handling your purchase. No gimmicks as well as you feel the sense of integrity when you stop in with everyone you meet. This is now my go to dealer!The purchase of our new vehicle was only made possible by Solomon who assisted in every aspect of the sale and purchase, and transfer of ownership as well as Frank our sales consultant. I was very disappointed in the service I received from Land Rover Annapolis. While everyone I spoke with was courteous, they declined to repair my car, and stated the damage MAY have been externally caused and therefore would not conduct the repairs. When I requested to speak with someone about the damage Land Rover Annapolis did not respond to me. Land Rover Annapolis said they would provide additional information to me regarding the decision but they did not.

It would be nice if you had loaners available. I have a Mercedes as well and they have loaners available every single time I ask, even for a simple oil change. JLR Annapolis is like pulling teeth trying to get a loaner.

I can never recommend this location, it s the worst. I got 2023 Range Rover Velar brand new from this location (Jaguar Annapolis MD)I have been waiting for my 2nd car key for over a year now. The last time I talked to someone he told me the key fobs is available and he will scheduled an appointment for me to bring the keys. I was given 2 keys but the second one doesn t have the fob. I was very shocked today when someone was telling me to pay $700 I didn t lost my key or asking for a new key. I have the key, they only need to program it with the fobs like the first key.I have a very bad experience with this location and if nothing was done I will take a legal action because I was told brand new car comes with 2 keys. Please go to another location. The car is so good , beautiful and drives great. I only have 4,800 mileage on the car. Please run for this location.

We just had an incredible experience with Harold at Land Rover Annapolis. Patient, thoughtful and will work with you to ensure your satisfaction. His help didn't stop with the purchase and we have sought his assistance on multiple occasions to learn about our new Discovery Metropolitan.

My car was in the shop from May until November for the second time for a roof leak that destroyed the electronics of the car. The two repairs were close to $20,000, and it was determined the roof seals were defective. The communication from the dealer was extremely poor, and that is an understatement. When I went to pick up the car, it turned out that the firmware had not been updated, the tire pressure was low, and heavy items were piled on the fragile windscreen. One would expect better from Range Rover.

Nothing but professionals at Land Rover Annapolis. From the front desk receptionist to the floor manager. Our salesman, Harold, was extremely knowledgable and helpful, made sure we had a smooth transaction and that we walked away with the perfect vehicle. He made us feel like family without the awkward "trying too hard". I highly recommend this dealership!

I ordered a Landrover Derender 130 2023 from Landrover Annapolis. From start to finish the experience was amazing and straight forward. The salesperson that was assist me was Kelley Poole. She really is the best and will go through the impossible to make sure that you are happy and get what you want. I've purchased many vehicles before in various states and I must say Kelley Poole exceeded my expectations. Kudos to Landrover for having an amazing salesperson!

I dropped my Discovery Sport off for service my check engine light was on, I made an appointment online for 0830. I arrived at 0815 drove in the service bay and I think the man s name is JR he was the only service person there when I arrived. We sat in his cube chatted about how people talk about how bad Land Rovers is, he mentioned that ya some cars have issues and I agreed. He said he s been there 21 years he s seen a lot, he was friendly then said he would call when he knew what was wrong. I was in a dr office when my phone rang and wasn t able to answer, so I saw a voice message and it was a guy named Jerry. He mentioned they found out what wrong and there were a few other things that needed attention and the car is drivable until the part comes in that needed to be ordered and replaced. So I looked at my Land Rover page and it explained that the front and rear brakes need replaced there is a warranty part that needed to be ordered and the break fluid needs to be replaced. I could come get it it is drivable. So after my dr appointment I went back to get the vehicle, I went to JR? 3rd cube when you walk in. I said I m here to pickup my vehicle he told me it wasn t ready so I told him about my phone message. He looked in the computer and then he started to get an attitude well I have to go see if it s ready I waited he came back with a bigger attitude told me it would be 20-30 min. It s being washed I said I don t need it washed I just did it he told me to go sit in the waiting room. I waited about 10min and I saw my vehicle out front with him in it I walked over and he told me that the lady Natatia would finish my paperwork and threw my keys on her desk. She was with someone else I waited about 20min and he came over and handed me a key and said just go she will send you an email. He gave me someone else s keys he was pissed because I didn t get the brakes done so he didn t want to help me anymore because he wasn t going to get commission from the $3500 dollars to do the breaks. I guess his 21 years there he hasn t learned anything. This is why a lot of people get there cars repaired elsewhere there s no way it costs that much. I get it s a business and a high end vehicle but, make it more reasonable for repairs and maintenance and more people will come in and Land Rover may get a better rating.Before Covid it wasn t an issue to get a loaner, why did this stop?

Horrible service, always!Had my 2021 Range Rover towed to the Annapolis location due to my truck not being able to move. I was told they would need to squeeze my truck in for a diagnostic test.Anytime my truck is there for service I m always the one calling and following up, not the service provider.Spoke with the service district manager Barry and he was very nonchalant and told me well We aren t even servicing vehicles until after December 28, but we re trying to fit tows in .No loaner was offered and service is always horrible. Coming from Mercedes to Range Rover is a major difference in customer service. There s nothing luxury about the dealership.I chose to build a new Range Rover over the G- wagon to experience a smoother ride. A huge mistake based on Range Rover s Customer service alone. This is not a luxury car dealership / service provider and you experience every bit of that. They have a luxury vehicle, that s all.

Kelley Poole at Annapolis Land Rover is a pleasure. My car was mid-lease and she noted that with the Covid crisis the value far exceeded the residual. Then she worked with me to restart with a new car at basically the same payments. Nice to work with a professional who looks out for you, even when there isn't an ask on the table.

Went in for service for my Discovery Sport it had 2 recalls. I made an appointment 1 month before I called the day before to check and the person told me there was no reservation I had a confirmation I told her she checked and said bring it in. The called when it was finished they even washed it it was full of bugs on the front from coming home from Myrtle Beach and they cleaned it up really nice. They don t have very many new or used Land Rover on the lot like they had 2 years ago.

When I purchased a used car from this place they made it easy. Until I found out they bypassed all of the MVA things. I purchased in cash the vehicle in July and still can't get a title and it's March. They refuse to do anything but tell me how the DMV and everyone else is the problem. This place is not trustworthy be careful dealing with them.
