1/17/22 rear ended. Vehicle towed to the ONLY a State Farm approved collision repair shop in A.A Co. I was aware that Vehicle parts experiencing delayed due to pandemic, but shop would start work around 3/22. Shop did not start until April. My vehicle was going to be a tough job, needed frame pull, and they were backed up. I was understanding, and way too polite as they were incredibly slow to get started to work on it. I was disappointed with the inferior quality of work performed, there was 2 inches of water in my spare tire compartment after vehicle was fixed . I was told it would take several weeks for them to figure out where the vehicle was leaking, so I pointed out all the sloppy seals done, and asked why the tech didn t cut the tip of caulk gun correctly to lay a clean line. Supervisor, Manager & Tech all acted as though I was inferior and did not understand what a collision repair looks like. After they took 2 weeks to redo seals on spare compartment, the dual exhausts were put back in crooked. 3x to get dual exhausts aligned correctly, paint touch ups done on spots they left as bare metal, black&oily fingerprints left on ceiling and interior of my vehicle, they did not even wipe it off after I asked them to. The finish work has yet to be completed. Was supposed to receive a call to bring it back for the 4th time as they needed to replace seal on rear lift gate- left it on my vehicle with a 1 1/2 inch gash- I don t work on vehicles but know this is likely the cause of the leak into tire pan. I was leaving messages for the supervisor, Chris, for over a month. Finally got his boss on phone, the manager, and I was told they forgot about me and didn t have record of the additional items they left undone. I personal gave info to manager, supervisor and tech - all 3 together with me as we reviewed on 3 separate occasions. All 3 forgot ? Almost $17,000 damage on a 6 month old Rav 4 Hybrid. BIG job. They did not forget, they have been dragging it out because they are not capable of fixing my vehicle properly and should not have taken the job.. They had vehicle over 6 months. I lost just shy of an additional $6400 in rental vehicle fees, because they took so long. They will not give me the before & after scans of their work saying they did it by hand. The work is not acceptable and in NO WAY willIt meet quality standards for the repair. They know this so they will not give me this info. They charged me for both electronic scans, so they have to produce them. My vehicle is still not finished and I have no faith they will ever complete it. I was extremely nice throughout this process until the first time I was with the 3 gentlemen showing what they missed . They talked to me like I was a moron in attempt to intimidate me and get rid of me. Unacceptable. I would recommend you go to a hair stylist or a bakery for your auto collision repair before EVER using this place.Service: Body & Trim

A few days ago I received a notice that a software program required updating/reload on TOYOTA vehicles and one of the models involved I owned. A few days later KOONS Annapolis TOYOTA sent a reminder that scheduled service was due. I was able to schedule the appointment so both issues could be addressed. The software upgrade required several hours, my service agent arranged for shuttle service to my home. A few minutes ago my service agent, Kendall phoned to explain the scheduled work was complete and arrangements would be made to deliver my vehicle so I would not have deal with wind and rain. Great customer service, a finely tuned process to deliver a great customer experience, thank you Koons Annapolis Toyota.

Took a very long time for these repairs. Paint didn't match when it was done. Disconnected tail lights instead of repairing them properly.
