I promise to update this when (if) the issue is resolved, but after 17 days of errors between the Koons dealership service department and the warranty they sold me, we are no closer to fixing my transmission. I did finally get a loaner today, but was told im 3rd in line for transmission diagnostics. Beyond frustrating. Technical.Service Bulletin TSB 24-2046 (revised 2/2024)

Have called twice about the same recall notice (once in April and again May) for Bronco Sport and both times was told they re not ordering any recall parts right now and call back in 2 months or take it to another dealer. Disappointing.

Do not take your car here or service it here at allMy mother took bought her Escape here and had it serviced when the taillights stopped working, they kept the vehicle for months and ended up replacing the entire body harness. They never fixed the issue and now nothing in the cars electrical system works and is basically totaled. Car has less than 60k miles and is useless, they have charged her and the insurance company thousands of dollars and havent fixed any of the issuesServices: Electrical repair, Electrical

Mike is the absolute best! There was a problem with my appointment time but he got me in and out of there in 1 hour. I did not get the name of the woman who works in the cafe but she was so sweet that I contributed to a charity Christmas gift that she was running. I just don't think you could find a better run business in the area

I was scheduled for a tire change which was clearly listed on the appointment. Sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half before someone came in to tell me they don t have the tire in stock! Manager asked ME when the tire was ordered. I said when I was here for my service to which he replied On so way back on the 27th So apparently it s the customers job to keep track and make sure they have what they need in stock . Seems to me they need better management. Tried to downplay it and just say we can get it ordered and you can come back this afternoon or tomorrow morning and will get you in and out of here. No apology for me sitting there for an hour and a half missing work and total disregard for my time. Definitely will be looking for another dealership for service. The sweet lady in the waiting room is the only reason I would even give one star.
