Very pleased with service support and feedback from Koons Toyota. I do have one small complaint specific to the appointment reservations. I frequently get reminders to schedule appointments that I ve already scheduled. When I call to speak to somebody to make sure I still have the appointment, the folks I speak to often have to look at other systems (I think) to verify I m scheduled. I don t like getting reminders to do something I ve already addressed. It does seem like there s better way to do this. In the grand scheme of things, it s just an annoyance. To be clear, I really like these guys!

A little disappointed. I ve come here about 5 times and always felt I was being well taken care of, but after this most recent visit, I won t be returning here for service.I came in asking for a simple oil change. That s it. My bill came in over the phone at $144. I called and asked if they did any work other than the oil change, since that was all I asked for. They said no, that s the price of just an oil change, BUT they could apply a coupon and reduce it to $93. If I hadn t called them, I would ve paid almost $150 for an oil change. It was still expensive, but they managed to apply a 30% coupon. I have no idea where that magical coupon came from, but it definitely made me feel like they tried taking advantage of me.Next time I ll just go to Jiffy Lube.Service: Oil change

The experience was wonderful. The preventive maintenance advice was excellent. The hospitality And service agent. We're superb Would I come back again yes? Would I tell a friend yes? They also provided a ride to double t Diner while. I waited for my car to be repaired wonderful place. My service agent Mr. Scott really did a great job. Thank you.

Loons Toyota of Annapolis always takes care of my vehicles and my needs as a customer. Teresa was very helpful in assisting me in figuring out what I need to do for my service on my 2017 Camry, understanding my fees, and even went out of her way to resolve some issues that popped up during the service. I will always bring my vehicle here for service as it is always a positive experience.

My Service appointment was great. The Check-in was efficient, and I was even done early. My Service Manager, Teresa Harris, kept me informed, and answered all of my question. Overall a very good experience, and I will come back for service on my vehicle.

Koons Annapolis was once the best dealership in the area. Now, their service is a ripoff. They don't fill up fluids, my car comes from service and the check engine light comes on (it has never happened before) barely 25 miles after service. I looked underethe hood and there unconnected pipes. If they do this to visible parts, can you imagine what happens to things you don't see but pay for? What's going on. I want my money back for the past few services as my trust now is gone. I've bought cars from you guys and this is the way you treat my car and my family?Stay away. Go to a local guy..at least you can sit there and watch them work.Very sad.Update 10/09/2023I apologize for being late in updating this review... but better late than never.I have changed my rating from 1 star to 5 stars due to the response I received from Koons Annapolis, in response to my initial review.In short, Koons Annapolis called the next day and sent a very knowledgeable tech to my home (around 35 miles round trip). This young man was humble, knowledgeable and took his time to check out the vehicle. He not only fixed the issue (a pipe that had come loose and triggered the sensor), but he also topped off the fluids. Finally, he plugged in a computer and made sure that there were no error codes.In short, Koon's response made me feel as part of the family. Humans are to error, but the fact they responded to fast was very impressive.Thank you Koons Toyota of Annapolis!Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

Great service as always! Kudos to Scott Mudd for organizing a quick and quality service on short time notice! And appreciate the new initiative of the valet service! Very happy to see this offered in Annapolis! One caveat about that washing station which is broken for over two years now! Getting a clean car back is very important and fingers crossed, you will fix that shortly!

Came in for first pay service after initial included services from new car purchase. Was given option of paying $420 for this service or $285 for service plan for next 5 services. Went with $285 plan but given no documentation as to what this covered. Told this service would take 2 hours and after 2.5 hours was told that a few service items were recommended and that it would take an additional 2 to 2.5 hours to complete. Not happy and refused additional recommendations as I did wish to spend 4+ hours in the waiting room.

Been coming to the Laurel location for about a year now and the service is great. Matt is fantastic, and the mechanics work very well. Matt does a good job at make sure your car is in and out and you understand what s going on at every step.

Only 35k miles on my truck. Have brought it here for six routine oil changes. On one of the oil changes they sent me off with 4 qts of oil in an 8 qt engine. On another trip for an oil change they ripped my roof rack off, causing damage to the pillar, roof, and moon roof. The front line staff were really pleasant to deal with. However everyone from them on up really could give a rip about the customer. The first line of customer service manager called me and told me that I should grateful that he was even calling me today because he could have just called me the next day. The general manager Nigel, gave me a lot of customer service speak, but at the end of the day lied to me and told me that the dealer would do something in terms of a service package or a payment to compensate the lost value that I will incur in the long run due to this accident permanently being on my Carfax report. Not to mention the dozens of hours it will take to shepherd the vehicle through the claims and insurance and repair process. But he lied and had an assistant manager called me back and say there was nothing there was they were going to do. Essentially one out of every three times I bring my truck in for a routine oil change, they damage my truck. This service center shouldn't be able to change the wheels on a tricycle, let alone work on customers vehicles. The Toyota product is great but the service is terrible. They will rip you off at every chance they get, overcharge you for routine services, and then they can't even do the work without damaging your vehicle. There is no possible way that I could conceivably trust my vehicle with them again. There is no real benefit to using the dealer for service. Find a local family owned highly rated repair and service mechanic that will care about your vehicle and your service and your business and act with integrity and customer service in mind.

James did a great job. My home was too far for the shuttle and they had run out of rentals for the day. James talked to the techs and made the tire changes occur faster. They have a cool coffee shop nearby which is also a plus.

I have been a Koons Annapolis Toyota customer since the late eighties. I have had three to four vehicles owned through them. With two work trucks serviced quarterly there. They have always provided me with respect and great service. Teresa hit it out of the park again as my service agent on this round. Loyalty and good business take care of each other. Nate was fantastic doing my 5k service. He kept me in the loop and made sure I didn't have any questions before I left.Note that as a first time customer I was a little confused and walked in and talked to someone else at the counter and they explained I needed to drive up to the bay doors, didn't realize I needed to drive in and it took folks a bit to direct me. I assume after the first time its super simple, but maybe have some notes for first time visitors.Also note Theresa who checked me in was amazing as well. Very sweet and personable.

My service was completed in a timely manner and under the expected budget. My service manager showed exemplary professionalism and kept me updated with their progress. My sincerest thanks go to all from the front intake to the garage personnel. Koons Toyota you have come a very long way from years ago and I will continue to rely on your assistance should the need arise but given the quality of work, I m pretty sure I won t see you again until my next maintenance appointment.

Awesome Experience! I was quickly checked in by the staff and assigned to a gentleman by the name of David. He was polite, attentive and informative on the required and future maintenance of the vehicle. The maintenance was also performed by the technician in a timely fashion, they had me back on the road in no time.

Matt Norris was my service advisor and he took great care of me during my time at Koons Toyota Annapolis. He talked me through the process and made sure that I was comfortable with everything. He also made an after hour service call to my home to install my cabin air filter. It should have been installed during the oil change but was accidentally left off. Matt is such a great guy and is very knowledgeable and helpful. I couldn t have asked for a nicer person to have the pleasure of meeting. I arrived for my RAV4 servicing, welcomed and paperwork taken care of immediately. I waited for the car to be done in the comfortable waiting room. One additional item to be done was brought to my attention and was told it wouldn t add much time to my wait. It didn t. I left the dealership at the original time I was told. Even paying got easier.

When I first started coming here I felt I could trust the people I worked with to service my car & me. The reps in the service department do not try to build relationships or garner trust with customers, it s all a money grab. You can tell by their attitudes when you are purchasing services they obviously benefit from versus when they don t. They do not listen & simply do what they want or rather what will help them to meet their quotas. Twice in recent months I ve had two service reps that I d rather not work with again, so I guess it s time for me to find another dealer to service my vehicle. If I m due for an oil change in less than 400 miles just do the oil change! I live so far from this location but because James S. was so gung-ho about meeting his sales goal he decided that after replacing my tires that s all I needed. I don t have many Saturdays to drive down to Annapolis & sit around for a car repair. I work 3 jobs & like to enjoy my weekends, but now I have to set aside another weekend within less than a weeks time to get an oil change. I specifically came in stating I needed an oil change & maybe tires. I was still debating on the tires because Sam s club had them cheaper so we started with the oil change. I say we can do the tires & somehow my oil change was thrown out the window. Then when I was finished around 2 I realized it wasn t completed so I let him know & what does he do?! Lie just like the last rep did instead of own up to his mistake. I have the texts of this. He tries to tell me my car was due at 53k when I have a sticker in my car that says 48 & I was at 47,700k smh. Honesty & integrity keeps businesses thriving. I m giving 3 stars cause no parts appear to be missing from my car this time & my tires seem to be on correctly. Henry & Kathy won my business but the service department lost it. Great job

I took my Toyota Avalon in for service and the Assistant Service Manager Scott Myers was very professional and kept me apprised of the service progress and any additional work required. That gave me the opportunity to decide what work to do now and what to do later. I give the Scott a 10 for his rating and assistance.

Truck was dropped off for regular maintenance, one defect, and some recall work. 6 hours later recall still needs completing, tires were not rotated even though the paperwork states they were, sloppy oil change without wiping off old oil from undercarriage led to wet oil on my driveway the next morning, defect part ordered to be installed at a later date (third time around for this part breaking),. Service advisor is solid, service work not so much.

About 13 years ago I had some damage to my driver door and fender that required painting. The repair was done at Koons. Within the last couple years the clear coat began to peal off. I contacted Robert in the body shop and they repainted it at no charge. After 13 years! Outstanding customer service!

My advisor was patient and provided good customer service. I was disappointed that I was called in for a recall that I would be expected to pay for. The scheduler did not share this information so I was very caught off guard.
