What a great experience. I found them on the MVA site for a trailer inspection. They did so much to get me in and out quickly and with everything I needed. Even ran to the store to buy a part they needed - anyone else would have made me wait days. My wife and I bought a pop camper on a Sunday. I called the shop because someone recommended them to my wife. John answered and he said he might be able to have it inspected by that coming Thursday. I asked him if I could drop it off on that Monday because I didn t know my work schedule. He said yes and I dropped it off. He did the inspection and repairs by Thursday. I picked it up and went camping that night. Thank you John and your staff. If I could give you 10 stars I would. I highly recommend John and his staff.Services: Tires, Electrical, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Battery

where to being, 1st. I wouldn't give them a star to begin with. 2nd they charge me over $200 to drain & reuse my radiator fluid. They did not specify on my parts or the warranty.Now not even a year later I am having to redo the work that I paid them todo. I am unfortunately out of state so they do not want to do anything towards helping.Literally told me to go argue with the Napa rep. If I wanted todo anything about my situation and then hung up.I do not wish any ill will towards others but in this case. Please find somewhere else to take your vehicle.

John Kent Auto has been a breeze to work with period. We brought them an unusual vehicle to inspect and missed our first appointment without notifying them. Shame on me I know, very disrespectful, but they were very understanding and got our inspection done without issue on our next appointment. They have a nice facility with plenty of room to move a large vehicle around. Will be back for sure!

Have to agree with previous poster Andrew Lee. They seem very motivated to make money but not concerned about whether any service has been done to earn the money. Dropped a used enclosed trailer I purchased for a once over of brakes and review for preparation for inspection knowing it needed 3-4 lights replaced but other 10 or so were all firing. Ended up with $120 for the once over and another 180 for the lights to be done. Walked away at the $120 as I could tell the greed for cash and lack of concern for good business was very clear. Stated my disappointment to give an opportunity for clarification or explanation and none was provided. I hate posting negative reviews but really felt wronged in this scenario.

Traveling from Michigan with our travel trailer and our F250 blew a fuel return line. Everywhere I called was not able to help me but John Kent Auto came through. We were only delayed a few days. I crossed checked the price and they were fair. Good honest people with solid communication.

Sorry to have to give a bad review. Asked them if they could do the job, they said yes until I told them I had some of the parts alreay. I said I need u to order one more part. And do the labor.The problem was they wanted to charge me their price for hard to find parts I took two weeks to find & I already had..Their quest for greed led them to betray the basic principles for an auto place. Which is making things better for motorists in exchange for money.( would have paid extra-extra for labor)To be clear for me this was no bueno, you might have a different experience there. Took 07 Jeep liberty in for leaking hose. They kept vehicle for a week. Didn't Know why. Month later leaking hose again. Took to different shop. Mechanic told me a high pressure hose was recently patched. Hum?? Could that be why car was in there shop for a week? Guess I will never know. Because I will never go back.

David Pressed out an old bronze bearing from a water pump for our sailboat and Pressed the new one in while we waited and did it all for a very fair price. Very Friendly and Knowledgeable staff.

OK for inspection. Don't go there for anything complicated. Don't believe them when they say they will return parts that don't fix the problem
