Did a great job fixing up my 23 Outback after someone swiped me in a parking lot. The car looks brand new, like it never even happened. They took care of everything and dealt with the other party's insurance to make sure my car was fixed correctly.

Kia used this body shop to work on my k5 GT. I have to say after all the work the car looks amazing. They are also very responsive and overall a great shop. I will be using them for any future needs.

Excellent work done on extensive body repair. A particular shout out to Jessica, who was very responsive in communicating repair status updates. Jeff's also coordinated very well with my insurance company regarding add-on work discovered during the repair process. Highly recommend Jeff's!

Now. Jeff's is a body shop that specializes in accident damage and not the woops kinda accident damage my Redeye had, but hit by another car damage. But everyone at Jeff's took amazing care of my baby, answered all our calls questions with out the slightest annoyance. Delt with the other shop and their insurance for the damages that Jeff's fixed for me and I gotta say my baby is perfect. I can't express my gratitude, they are incredible and all of the staff we talked with though out the whole process was wonderful and just incredibly understanding and helpful. Thank you ALL for all of your hard work and dedication to fixing my baby. Thank you a million times over.

Took my Lexus here to have the Front bumper replaced and painted. Steve Hodgkins was a absolute pleasure to work with, He kept me up to date with everything that was going on during the process of my car being in his care. They got my car done in a efficient time frame and the car looks absolutely amazing! Highly recommend Jeff's Bodyshop if you need body work following an accident. They were excellent to work with. Communicated during the entire process and made paying via insurance a breeze. I have come to Jeff s body shop a couple of times now. They have been upfront with me about cost and what the next steps were going to be even when car insurance companies would not. The second time I came to them for window replacement. They were understanding with me when I kept rescheduling and again they were upfront about the work and cost. Hopefully I do not need to see them again but if I do, I know it will be a stress free interaction.

I went into Jeff's Body Shop recently for an issue with an over-extension of my driver side door. The total cost of the work that would be needed to fix it was around $1000. Instead of just going with that estimate, the technician took the time out of his day to try and fix my car so that I did not need to pay the $1k and go through insurance. He was AMAZING and completely fixed the issue. I avoided having to pay the cost of the repair simply because he took the time to try and find a work around and was SO helpful. This was by far the best experience I have had with an auto body shop and I will definitely be going back to Jeff's for any auto repairs in the future. I absolutely recommend using them!!!!

Recently new to the area, I needed help with a headlight; it would not stay on!! I had seen the shop while driving by and decided to drive up (without an appointment). I was professionally greeted and had my problem solved in less than thirty minutes. The gentlemen who helped me were kind and knowledgeable. I was thrilled with the low cost fix and would recommend this business for any trouble you may have...even if it is just an emergency headlight fix!Service: Electrical

I went to Jeff s to have a dent taken care of on my Tesla. They quickly got me scheduled and had the dent removed with no problems. They provided excellent communications and great customer service. I would highly recommend them if you need any body work performed on your vehicle.

I was recently in a bad accident on the Bay Bridge. My car was very close to totaled. I had heard good things about Jeff s Body Shop and decided to send my vehicle there. I am so happy I did. They kept in constant contact with me letting me know the status of my vehicle, including sending me pictures of the progress. They were very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job repairing my Vovlo S60. I could not recommend both locations more. I have had a few accidents due to my 180 mile a day commute. Jeff s Body Shop without a doubt is the very best experience I have ever had in repairing my car from an accident. They were meticulous, friendly and knowledgeable of my vehicle and the repairs it needed. Hopefully I can avoid further accidents but if I am unfortunate to find myself needing a repair shop again, Jeff s Body Shop will be my first choice!

They said they could paint A rear bumper piece So I brought it there they looked at it gave me a price So I left it there just for them to call me back an hour later and say they couldn't do it. Wanted me to buy the piece all over again for$800 because it had spray paint on it smh

Excellence across the board. I wanted to take my 2015 Mustang somewhere who does great work. I live on the eastern shore. I planned to take it to the Jeff's Body Shop on the eastern shore but they were booked up for a couple of months. Am I glad they were booked. The Annapolis was able to get me in right away. I had the best experience and service at this shop in Annapolis. Mike Michaels took care of me from the start to the end. He made me feel right at home, very professional and gave me trust. He assisted with my rental, responded back promptly one way or the other every time i called him . The most important thing to me was the outcome. I felt that my car looked better than when i bought it. Fantastic work.well I am updating my review. I noticed a week ago that part of my bumper was coming off. I contacted Jeff's Body Shop. They looked at it and said that they would call the insurance, do a supplement and take care of it. It appeared to be a like hair fracture crack that was hard to see. So no biggie to me.Jeff's Body Shop turned out to be fantastic. I went in not being so optimistic. They made it very convenient for me. They had the bumper painted and ready to put it on while I wait. I was not there very longgreat job

My 2021 Outback was badly damaged by a hit and run driver. The dealership recommended Jeff's and for good reason. I had my car back in a reasonable time frame, looking and driving like it was new.

I had a great experience with Jeff's Body Shop! One of my car's back doors was scratched and dented pretty badly after a minor accident at the drop off at BWI, and I decided to take my car here for the repair based on my dealership's recommendation. They handled the insurance supplement that was needed without any issues and had my car ready within the expected time frame. My car looked exactly as it did before the accident, like nothing had ever happened, and they washed it right before I picked it up which was a nice surprise! Everyone I spoke to was extremely nice and accommodating. They've also implemented some COVID-19 prevention measures like handling transactions outside when possible so customers stay spread out, wearing masks, and wiping down the whole driver's side of the car's interior and the exterior handle once they're done moving it for you. Hopefully I won't need to do any more repairs anytime soon, but if I do I would definitely take my car here again, and I will recommend to others.

Jeff's Body Shop does fantastic work! I recently had a run in with a giant flower pot ;( Jeff's got me in for an estimate which was done quickly and reasonably. Jon Haislip was estimator and looked for repair parts vs full assemblies for me. He gave me an estimate and told me that if I dropped my car off on Monday they'd have it back to me by Friday. On Wednesday that week Jon called to tell me my car was ready to be picked up and the cost came in as quoted. I was floored when I picked up my car. Not only did Jeff's body work shine but my car was detailed inside and out. Jeff's Body Shop did an amazing job on repair of a rear end collision to my 2012 Subaru. Not only does the repair look flawless, but it now looks better than the rest of the car!! Nice work, done before the estimated time of completion and a very knowledgeable and friendly staff made an unpleasant situation seem not so bad.

Vert professional outfit recommended to me by nearby Subaru dealership. Appears they do dealership work for them and a number of other brands. Finished product on body work done was excellent.. Whenever i have any damage to one of my cars or my families cars i take it to Jeffs Body Shop. Theresa is very easy to talk to and keeps you updated on the status of your car. They do great work and have great painters as well. Everyone is warm welcoming and very helpful. They are very reliable and even if you know nothing about cars or trucks they are there to help you understand what they will be doing. I will continue to take my cars there and reference them to all my coworkers and friends.

I had a great first experience with Jeff's Body Shop. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they were very responsive when I called to check on the status of my repair. They did great work on my car...it looks as good as new! I would definitely use Jeff's again in the future.

The work done by Jeff s was done on time and within the estimate. Six weeks after the repair a piece of the interior came loose in the area of the car that was repaired. It appeared some plastic tabs were broken or had come loose during the reinstallation. The customer service rep Will, who we worked with ordered a new interior piece and replaced it without hesitation. I was happy the car looked like new when we picked it up but the fact they stood behind their work later is what will make me go back and recommend them to friends.

Jeff's Auto Body shop is the best Gem in Annapolis. These people really know customer service and go way beyond what is expected. I have been going there for 12 years when needed, and I am never disappointed in the quality of their work and their prices. Look no further if you need body work of any type.

I had a dent and scratch on my Tundra . They gave me an estimate and a time frame. I had to use the night drop box and pick up the truck after hours due to my work hours, they were very accommodating. The work was done perfectly in less time than they thought. The truck was gleaming clean when I picked it up, and everyone I dealt with was very pleasant. I will definitely use them again if I have need for body work. .

Jeff s just completed some repairs on my work vehicle. I can t say enough about there communication throughout the process. Very organized and professional. Could not be more pleased with this overall experience. Work looks great and my vehicle came back spotless. 5 stars all around.
