Great job, as always. Yes, this place is kind of a throwback to the old shade tree mechanics of yesteryear, but the work they do is flawless. I've never needed an appointment, and they always surprise me with a quick turnaround. Unlike other shops in town I've never had to return to get something corrected or re-done. I'll be back!

I never write reviews but I was extremely happy with Jacks garage that I had to leave 5 stars! Jacks garage had been recommended to me many times and it was time my car needed new tires and an alignment. The service here was beyond amazing! They got my car in and diagnosed so fast. The tires were ordered and put on the very next morning! I am so impressed by this local shop and very happy to give them my business. This is the local garage to go for any car maintenance work you need. Such amazing service and work as well as affordable. Thanks again!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto tire replacement

Jacks Garage has been in Annapolis for a few decades and we have been taking our cars to them for repairs for at least 15 years. It simply nice to have a honest professional highly skilled and reasonably priced shop we can depend on. They are amazing and caring people. I broke down 2 and a half hours away from home and they immediately rushed to my car when it got towed in to diagnose the problem as I was with my family and dog stuck outside until it was repaired. They worked diligently to figure out the problem but sadly my engine was blown and these awesome people let me and my family wait outside their business, while providing us with water and snacks until our ride arrived like 3 hours later. Needless to say my day was a nightmare and these people did everything they could to be kind and helpful, they even had someone to keep checking in on us until our ride had picked us up. Nice local shop that's been around for a long time. No website and not much info online, but they answered the phone every time I called. Quick, easy, reasonably priced. Dropped car off at 1:30 pm to have brake fluid flushed and it was done by 3:30 pm. 2019Update Oct. 2020Had car towed to Jack's Garage due to engine misfire. Kept me updated on what they were finding, what they would have to order and do to fix it, what the cost would be, and how long it could be expected to take. Still definitely recommend this garage.

Jack's garage with one of the best garages in the state of Maryland. Steve it's a highly qualified mechanic. Good personality and very efficient work. We never hire subcontractors completely happy with the work done her neighbors are friends which was very well priced for labor. Thumbs up Keep On Rocking

The crew at Jacks garage are best. They have taken care of my workers vehicles, friends vehicles and now even my work vehicles. They work very diligently on my personal work equipment getting my trucks operating properly and in a timely manor.Thanks to both Steve s and Cleveland

Steve and his crew did an excellent job recently with my brakes and tune-up. They also fixed the little things that I was going to have to do but never have the time. I just started noticing the back light was fixed, a bad hose was replaced.I finally found a car service I can feel good about and they are reasonable.J

Steve and his crew fixed my car today, while fixing it they broke my sliding door on my mini van. I used the door right before I gave them the keys and it worked fine. Steve maintained they never even opened it and refused to own up to the mistake. He told me to bring it back to him, which I did so only to have him say he could not take care of it. I have never had a mechanic so brazenly refuse to own up to a mistake. I just dropped a chunk of change to have Steve fix my car, which now I have another large chunk to fix what they broke. I will never take my car here again and I will tell anyone who asks me never to use Jack's Garage again.

I will take my van back to Jack s! Down to earth customer service and very accommodating. I needed my AC checked and I didn t have time to leave the van so they were able to take a look and fix it in a hour while I waited and it didn t cost a fortune. Very happy with Jack s.

Jacks Garage is the place to go in Annapolis. Steve, Cleveland and the guys do an awesome job. Nice to have an owner and mechanics that do a great job and are trust worthy

Wonderful crew and really care about me and my vehicles. This is my 3rd vehicle they have taken care of for me. They ley me know when tires are needed or brakes, etc. in advance.
