Trey is an excellent associate. Always greets with a smile. I feel very confident at Honda of Annapolis that my work is done accurately. I travel 1.5 hours to go there and I wouldn't do that if I didn't feel comfortable with their work.

This is my first time going to the Annapolis Honda service facility and my experience was less than pleasant. The man who greeted me was rude and not welcoming at all. It seems as if he was doing me a favor by taking my vehicle. I was there for 3 recall and regular service maintenance. I asked for shuttle service and I was told that he had no clue where the driver was and it takes about 45 minutes to get a ride. Then he said your car will take all day and even until next day after lunch. The service ended up taking just about 5 hours which I thought it was reasonable. By then a different rep called and took over from that point on. As a paying customer you would expect at the very least someone to greet you cordially and shown the least amount of interest for customer service. I do not see a need to bring my business back nor I have a positive feedback to give. Definitely a miss on their part.

Keith was fantastic. Really showed he cares, excellent knowledge of all the cars we looked at, showed us cars with the options we wanted as well as sharing his knowledge with other things he thought might interest us. It was never rushed, we had all of his attention the entire time. Yes, reflects two on Honda of Annapolis. Being able to empower their staff for this type of service as well as keeping shining stars like Keith with them. We left within a few hours with my brand new Honda and I would definitely go back and get my next one from Annapolis Honda and Keith. Number one all the way.

I was provided with car service at this location on April 3, 2024. I came in for a diagnostic test for my check fuel cap indicator was intermittently on for two weeks. In addition I needed an oil change and brakes inspection. My advisor was Scott Sholl who provided me with awesome service! He was prompt with keeping me up to date with repairs. He even went beyond in obtaining a part for a unexpected repair of the purge clamp and hose that was overnight shipped to complete the repair the next day! I feel confident that the repairs conducted by the mechanic are of quality and appreciate the attention to detail for had they not caught the unexpected repair of the purge valve clamps and hose in their inspection to diagnose the check fuel light, it may have gone unresolved causing me more problems down the line. They also found that my drive belt and water pump needed replacement too during their inspection for check fuel light diagnosis. Now you can't tell me that isn't an awesome mechanic! They found things that I wasn't aware of being an problem nor asked for them to check for. The shuttle service was great too and helpful in that since I had my toddler with me I didn't have to wait for service to be completed to tend to her needs. The shuttle itself was a van that was very clean and great condition. The driver provided great conversation during the ride and made it a safe travel. Overall, I feel I was given outstanding service by the entire team! I'm confident in the quality of services I was provided and highly recommend the use of their services for any repairs. As a woman it means a lot to receive honest and reliable car services for your repairs. It gives peace of mind being on the road with your kids knowing your car maintenance is conducted by a reliable team like Scott's. You definitely want to take your car here for your next service appointment! They definitely have my future service. Thank you Scott and the Honda of Annapolis Car Service team!Thanks,Crystal

I was having an issue with sputtering on the way to work. I called and was able to get an appointment the next morning. Everyone was very professional and Zabaih went above and beyond to explain my situation and options. I haven't driven the car much since getting it back, so hopefully I won't have any issues with the quality of the repairs.

Very good experience here. Prompt, professional service. Customers treated with respect. Nice touches like fixing a minor thing that I hadn't noticed at no cost and alerting me to some items that should be repaired but not immediately. I appreciated the way in which no extras were "forced" on me; I was merely alerted to them and told to come back when ready.

As a consistent Honda owner my family and I have been using this service place for years - it s always been a professional experience.The only issue I felt with this rare occasion was the initial lack of friendliness when initially dropping off my care for regular routine maintenance. I waited for a few minutes only to be ignored by the attendees until finally addressed.Once that minor setback was out of the way I was taken care of immediately and the rest of the service was overall efficient and pleasant.

Just purchased my second vehicle from Honda of Annapolis. First time was a certified used Accord in 2017. Today we purchased a brand new 2024 CRV. Dan, our sales rep, was very knowledgeable and was NO PRESSURE, which was unlike we were getting from other dealerships on other brands. He answered all of our questions and helped in any way he could in a gentle way. Sales manager and business office finished the deal made the purchasing experience easy. Dan also took the time to go over all the technology with my wife. Easiest purchasing expericence I have ever had and am thankful because I was dreading car shopping for my wife.

I have never been more disappointed with a dealership before. I ordered a key fob that was back ordered in June 2023. I called in a few time and each time they told me they could not look up my order without have my invoice number. I have not heard of a place not being able to look up information via phone number or name. I called again in February 2024 to check on my key fob and they told me that the part had been delivered in November of 2023. When I asked why I was not called when the part was delivered I was told We do not call people when special order parts arrive, we just wait for them to call in with their invoice number. I told them that seems like a very strange way of doing business.When I was transferred to the service department to make an appointment for the fob and some recalls on my car, they told me that they do not offer courtesy cars at all. I have never heard of a dealership who does not have courtesy cars. Especially, when this is my family car and we need something to transport all of our kids in while they fix the recalls.I would personally avoid this place. They do not seem to have pretty basic systems/processes in place that allow for good customer service.UPDATE:My wife went to go pick up the fob any they didn t even have it. This place is unbelievable. Avoid it completely.

I was very impressed with my experience at Honda of Annapolis. Our salesman was Keith Stewart. He made this experience very easy for me. His attention to detail is what really impressed me and I m sure this was due to his military training as an Airforce pilot. I will certainly recommend him to all my friends!!

Traded in a 2014 Honda Accord this past weekend.. 10 years of rock solid motoring, but was time to trade up. Keith put my beautiful wife Tami in a great Accord Hybrid and she is absolutely in love with it. His instruction about all the vehicles extras were easy to understand and his overall salesmanship and people skills were beyond what we could have hoped for. We got a great trade in $$ for our Honda and monthly payments that work. We both highly recommend Keith and the Annapolis Honda dealership. A great experience all the way around.

We had a great experience at the Honda of Annapolis. We had the pleasure of working with Arbin, who is knowledgeable, helpful, and great at his job without feeling at all pushy or like a "typical car salesman".We'll likely be sticking with Honda and purchasing our next vehicle from them as their sales team was the most pleasant to work with out of all the Annapolis dealerships we went to last weekend.Best car buying experience I've had.

Great service! I took my car for its regular maintenance and it was quickly and professionally serviced. Also, I had a nail in one of my tires and they repaired it for free. Luckily the nail was right in the middle of the tire so I didn't have to replace it.

We had a great experience at Honda at Annapolis! Bought a new Pilot from Marcus Humes who was professional and honest. Coming from NC to MD (prices were way better and availability of trim/color selection), Marcus kept a good line of communication and negotiated in good faith. Marcus was able to streamline the process once negotiations ended to allow us to be out the dealer in ~1 hour. I would not hesitate to come to this dealership or to reach out for Marcus if you re an out of state buyer interested in a car.

The Service Department is most commendable!!! I stopped in on a Saturday about my battery - without an appointment. They took the time to assist me and had to run it through mandatory tests. I was out the door, within a reasonable time, with a prorated replacement battery. They even were so honorable and professional that Dave reached out, on Monday morning, to inform me that i was owed additional money. What a great Service team and experience!!

It's been a few days since getting a new 2023 Honda Pilot Elite from Honda of Annapolis. I walked into the dealership knowing what I wanted and they were able to quickly find the exact spec Honda I wanted in transit to a nearby dealer. They were able to call the other dealership and arrange a inventory swap so that I could get the Pilot in Annapolis itself.The price was fair for the current market conditions and they did not pressure me into any unnecessary accessories or dealer add-ons. Since the Pilot I was looking at was already in transit without a hitch, the hitch had to be installed after delivery to the dealership. The total wait for me to get the Pilot was just shy of 3 weeks from the time I put the deposit down. This timeline would be significantly longer if you did a custom order instead of picking one up that's already in transit. The one thing I wish Honda (corporate) did better was give folks the ability to track in-transit cars better! I worked with Arbin and Rober in the sales department along with support from Steve, the manager throughout the process. They were always there to take a call and explain things and I'm looking forward to a similar level of service at their service department for years to come.

Honda of Annapolis was wonderful to work with. I have car shopping for about four months and was getting frustrated with the dealers trying to push things that were just ways to increase profits. $395 for nitrogen in tires $900 gps tracking ext. I told Rober he couldn t have made it better. Didn t jerk you around with unnecessary items. The whole staff was very professional and efficient.would highly recommend!

My 2019 Honda Civic required schedule services and it also needed the front windshield replaced. When I called honda and asked them if I could schedule the windshield switch out at the same time I bring the car in for service. The individual that answered the phone stated he would pass the message on to Tray, who has assisted me almost every time I ve done a service there. When Tray received the message, he called the glass company performing the work, and coordinated to perform both at the same time. When I dropped off the honda, I attempted to explain to Tray what needed to be done, to my surprise, he had already set everything up with the glass company. I love going Honda of Annapolis because of the great service I receive. Tray is the type of person that will go the extra mile for his customers and his company. He will make a great Service Manager one day. Don t get me wrong, all their service techs are great at customer service, you won't be disappointed with either one you get. I m only pointing out that Tray went the extra mile for me. You can t get that type of customer service anywhere this day and times. So if you re looking for a great shop to service your honda, head to Honda of Annapolis. You won t regret it!Kevin Horsey

I was an out of state visitor in Annapolis and had a serious Honda problem. I called Honda and spoke to John Smithers who was, hands down, the best service rep.I have ever dealt with. At my home Honda I have to wait a few days for an appointment but John said, Bring it on in ! I did and the car was ready in less than 3 hours! Incredible! What service!

Scott was very helpful in explaining our service options, promptly communicating any issues, and going above and beyond to address our questions about the vehicle. Pricing was fair and clear, would not hesitate to return.
