MJ made the process really smooth. This was my 1st purchase and i was walked through the process step by step so there is no confusion at all. The dealership honored their commitment with prices and there was no back and forth for that. Armando was very clear at the end getting the papers ready and signed.I would highly recommend people who want a hassle free experience to try Fitzgerald Annapolis.

Very pleased with the service on my car. Wait was a bit longer than initially estimated but staff were friendly and waiting area is nice so there was no problem with the wait. Getting a personalized video of everything done on my car was also a welcome surprise. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service.

Words can t describe how perfect they made my car. I m so thankful I m in tears at the moment. Thank you for patching my 98 2G eclipse together. And a HUGE thanks to Kyle Remson (service advisor) for dealing with me and all the emotions I was going through. Everyone I came in contact here from the phone receptionist, cashier, service underwriter, and service manager, etc. here is highly personable and effective in their roles. I was kept up to date at every step in my car service.It is apparent that the customer service training and scripting here is top-shelf. Kudos and good job !

I spoke with Troy Jackson to set up an oil change. He was very courteous, professional, and willing to help. The information that he shared was helpful and clear. It will be my first visit to Fitzgerald Mitsubishi for service, but Troy understood what I needed and diligently helped me schedule my appointment. Really looking forward to great service.

My service technician was very polite. Explained what needed to be done and which needed urgent attention. Break work was a little expensive so made suggestions. Helped me navigate website to apply for assistance with a finance company which enabled me to get my issue resolved. Work completed in a couple hours as promised. Everyone there nice. Thanks for a great experience

The front desk staff was excellent and friendly, especially Kyle and the other young lady. Everything is explain to in detail about the service you are receiving that day and how much up front so there are no surprises. The waiting area is outstanding, nice leather chairs that have chargers for your cell phones while your waiting. Love that the also have a table and chair that you can charge your computer and be entertain yourself while waiting. What really got me was getting a video on my phone with the mechanic showing me what was going on underneath my car while he was expecting it and explaining what my car need to be fixed. Loved that, it was awesome. I received my paperwork and was told what the most important parts needed to be done first and everything don't need to be done at one time. Overall great place to go, friendly staff and I will return to get my car fixed.

Had an amazingly wonderful experience buying a car at this dealership with salesman Dee Gidwani. For me, a very senior woman, I did not want to have to undergo this process ever again in life but my car was 15 years old, heater was out in the middle of winter and the repair would have been $5,000 according to Lexus, so I had no choice. From the moment I entered the door, Dee was courteous, informative, knowledgeable about the product he was selling and already had some choices of cars for me to look at based on our prior conversation. I love my red Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross. As this was a long process, he was patient during entire time and answered all of my questions and gave me additional information which helped in my decision with the car I chose. The finance person was also very helpful and entertaining. This was by far the best auto purchase experience I have had and I have purchased many cars in my lifetime. Kudos to Dee for giving me a 5 Star experience. Much continued success.

James Moore and Paapa Grantson were phenomenal in helping my wife and I purchase a new SUV. James was transparent, honest, and very easy to work with. He didn't hassle us or try to push us into something beyond our price range. Paapa went over every detail of our purchase line by line, precept by precept. We appreciate that there were no hidden fees that dealers usually hide to balloon our purchase price. It was an overall pleasurable car sales experience for us.

Very helpful staff in the Service Department. They took time to teach me how to properly clean the tracks for the sunroof, check for debris, and not cause the drain hoses to pop free. Also, they provided thorough answers to each question until I was comfortable with my new knowledge.
