I had the pleasure of working with Christian Watson yesterday afternoon. He sold me a 2020 Mazda 6. In short, he was awesome. He was friendly, listened to my situation intently, was very attentive to my needs and handled everything with care. He was extremely knowledgeable of the process and all of the products for sale. We established a great rapport, and I ultimately felt secure in the product I purchased because of the great service provided. If you re looking for a Mazda in the Annapolis, MD or the surrounding area, I highly recommend Christian. He won t steer you wrong.

Good customer service and always willing to help you. No complaints for Mazda. I also got the service of Rivera cleaning of wash and vacuum but I was a little disappointed that they only vacuum the front two seats and not the back at all. I was expecting them to at least have all the seats and car mats cleaned but maybe I misread the policy or not. That is my only complaint.

The Service representative and team were courteous, professional, and thorough. The service representative suggested a loaner car to give the team time to do the brake and belt work, as well as the tire replacement. I was glad to give them the time they needed to be thorough. It's good to know Fitzgerald Mazda cares about the work they do.I do wish the video explanations were paced a little slower so you can hear the explanations for what and why services are being recommended.

Working with the people at Fitzgerald Mazda Annapolis was a wonderful experience. The entire staff was friendly and professional. My sales person Chris Watson, was the absolute best. He is such a professional. Chris has a wonderful personality and is a plethora of experience and knowledge. He cares about his customers and wants the best for them. I highly recommend Fitzgerald Mazda Annapolis.

I used to think the service department was top notch but recently brought my Mazda SUV in for some warranty work. Was first told the tech could duplicate the sound (was never a sound) then was sent a text to approve new brake pads and rotors! I absolutely did not need these. I lost my mind only to be told it was mistake and I ll probably need them soon. Then they identified the issue I brought it in for and repaired. I won t be returning and yes I chatted with the assistant manager.

All in all I had a great experience for the purchase of my Mazda CX-30. James M. was right on-time for our appointments, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about all things Mazda. There was also an unexpected promotion going on that made my choice for financing easy. It's easy for me to give Fitzgerald Mazda 5 Stars for my recent purchase.

I called the day before my service appointment with questions. I was beyond impressed to get through to the service department and the parts department on my first try.When I was there for my appointment everyone in the service department was exceptional. I have a 14 year old Mazda and was treated as if I had a brand new one. They worked with me to get the best deal on the parts price.While I was waiting for my car to be repaired I met an amazing sales person who took the time to show me new vehicles. I explained that I was not ready to buy that day, but I am planning to purchase a new Mazda in the near future. I was treated with respect (I was severely under dressed) and the sales agent was amazing and answered all my questions. Thank you for the great experience. Overall a great team of people.

We had an outstanding experience purchasing a used vehicle from Fitzgerald. Everyone we dealt with was extremely courteous. Our salesperson, Michael Worthington, should be praised for how astoundingly transparent and honest he was through the entire process. He sent us the "out the door" price with all taxes, titles, tags, and dealer fees by email before we drove down an hour to see the vehicle. We were provided not only with the CarFax report but also with a detailed list of each and every item of work the dealer did on the vehicle to prepare it for sale. Too often in the past I have felt like I was pulling teeth from used car dealers to get any information out of them but with Fitzgerald there are no mysteries. Well done. I can definitely recommend purchasing from this dealership.

We bought a used car. They brought it in from another location for us. Great experience, Joeanna was terrific. Be sure that any little items you need are in writing and they will take care of them. We would go back to the Fitz Mazda Annapolis again for a used car. Good price, great customer service.

I ve been coming to Fitzgerald since I bought a Mitsubishi Lancer from them years ago and have continued my service there since I bought my 2015 Honda Civic new. Great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and reasonably priced. They never try to sell me any service my vehicle doesn t need. Also, I like the new video of my car being checked and also the ability to have it cleaned while it s there.

The staff at Fitzgerald was super informative and helpful. They made sure that I was comfortable with my new car and all of its features before buying and leaving. They went out of their way to work with my schedule and when I could come to the dealership. Mike Zappia, the service advisor, was very courteous and knowledgeable. I received a video link by text message showing the inspection of my car and what work was needed. The car was ready when promised and was freshly washed. Fitzgerald Auto Mall seems to be a well led and professional operation.

I have bought a few cars and went to miltiple dealerships, but I never had an experience that I did today. The customer service is exceptional! What made this such an amazing experience for me was the transparency, clear and quick communication, dedication, professionalism and reasonable pricing!Can't praise Chris and Paapa Watson enough for their patience and art of doing the business! They do go an extra mile and make it an easy and enjoyable car buying experience!

Fitzgerald Mazda was terrific to deal with. Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They made purchasing a car easy and pleasant.I recently took my car to Fitzgerald an oil change. The work was completed in half the estimated time and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. Washing the car is a welcome extra!! The mechanic sent a video of his inspection, which was very informative. Altogether, a great experience.

I got my Miata serviced recently and waited on-site. Fitzgerald told me it would take 1 hour to 1.5 hours but well within one hour I had my car back and they washed it to boot. Excellent service!

Couldn t ask for a better car buying experience. Everyone was wonderful, so much energy without it ever feeling insincere. They understand the REAL customer-dealer dynamic. After visiting multiple dealerships over December, I can confirm these guys are a rare breed. Long-term relations are molded with an intrinsic respect for people, and they understand this clearly. I didn t realize I wouldn t be leaving with just a car, but also a friend.

The sales person, Chris is so nice and respectful. We did the test drive on Mazda cx5 and he explain the feature in the car while I drive. He is very knowledgeable. I would recommend him if you are looking for car. Fitz all is better than any other dealer.

I went for a check in on an unusual malfunction message on my 2022 Mazda 3 (did not purchase here unfortunately since I got it during the non-existent inventory era). Kyle was my main POC and fantastic throughout. The issue was thoroughly addressed, I was kept informed every step of the way and am very happy with their service. Thank you!!

My visit was for a simple routine oil change and maintenance. I always go to the dealership even for these basic services because the team there is so competent, well informed, and communicate clearly with no surprises. I appreciate the detail they go into, especially the video of the car as they do the check up. I see what they see, under the hood and under the car.
