I was pleased at how well Fitzgerald Cadillac Annapolis Service department accommodated my needs. They listened to my concerns, kept me apprised of the work that needed to be done and provided me options with no pressure. Overall they were very efficient with great customer service as well! Tice was very easy to work with. Conner in financing was quick and very pleasant. We had a great experience. This is our second car from here. The first one we bought 4 years ago for my other son from Conner! It is still going strong.

Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation a week prior to my appointment. Arrived ten minutes before shop opened. A half hour after I had arrived was informed they didn't have oil needed and i would have to wait an additional half hour because the location Fitzgerald gets there oil didn't open till eight am. Oil change and tire rotation took almost three hours. I was then presented with a bill for $207. I have been taking my jeep to Fitzgerald since 2016 and have never waited or paid over $200 for an oil change and tire rotation. Shame on me for not asking ahead of time as to what it was going to cost. Will not go back to Fitzgerald for any service.

Fitzgerald Cadillac has really stepped there game up from my previous visits a few years ago. From the loaner car process to ordering of parts and repair it was a fast and efficient experience. Even received the vehicle back clean, which was brought in with salt and road spray from a recent snowstorm. Excellent service really impressed. Please stay this course I will definitely spread the news

Buyer Beware! If I could give no stars I would! You better have deep pockets in order to test drive a vehicle at this dealership! I went in for a test drive. Upon returning to the dealership I accidentally nicked the wheel and to my surprise was charged $650 for a new wheel!!!!! The salesman said that the manager required the money to be paid on the spot. However, the manager never came out to discuss anything with me. My husband called the dealership on 3 different occasions. Finally, after 5 days the manager returned his call just to say that we did in fact owe them the money. I never signed a waiver of any sort prior to test driving the vehicle. The manager proceeded to tell my husband that the only way he would refund my money is if we bought a vehicle from them!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced!

I usually have a great experience. This one was very different. The service rep called me to tell me that my car was done and just needed to be washed. Almost 2 hours later my car was done after the call and then the next morning I found the techs vape in my cup holder when I reached into it. Do better Fitzgerald.

I am pleased with the Fitzgerald Cadillac dealership (Annapolis) customer service and support. I was able to schedule a service and obtain an appointment on the same day or next day that worked with my schedule. The assigned service technician Kenny Burger was awesome and even provided me a military discount and a car wash rain check ticket. This made my Saturday morning along with the countless snacks within the waiting room :-). Kudos to Fitzgerald!

David, my service advisor was courteous and professional. He kept me abreast of the repair of my vehicle. I even got a video narrative by the mechanic showing the part needing replaced. First time ever for that. Thanks Fitzgerald!

Scheduled an appointment to have the oil changed in my Cadillac. I arrived early,no problem. As I m standing outside my car in the bay, the service writer is leaning into my car to get the information that he needed and he kept putting his hands on my car. I m very particular about my car, first the door, then the top of car and finally the trim by the windshield. My car is maintained impeccably. I literally just had my car detailed that morning and three times as mentioned, while standing there, I had to go behind him and wipe his hand prints off of my car. Black shows everything. One would think that he got the message after the first time I wiped his hand print off with my hoodie sleeve, but he didn t. When they brought my car out and parked it outside of the bay, I got into the car and there were leaves on the driver side floor board. Again, I just had my car detailed. For a high end car, one would think that the employees would be more careful. Other than that, everything was good. The wait time was minimal. The cashier is always wonderful; she s a ray of sunshine to deal with and very friendly.

While my family was on vacation in the Annapolis area, we had car troubles that required immediate attention and repair. The staff at Fitzgerald Cadillac was kind and courteous, and worked quickly to fix my vehicle within a tight time frame. They definitely gave me 5-star service!

Rude and dismissive Service Advisor (Leonard), I specifically informed him of the issue when the vehicle was dropped off. Had an incomplete diagnosis done and came back with a simple issue (battery) which was NOT the problem. I told him to check it again and was later informed that per our conversation, he had the tech check other items . Invoice does NOT indicate a NEW part was placed in my vehicle as I was told it would (for all I know, a refurbished item was installed). Didn t make follow up phone calls as promised, couldn t explain a legal up charge for towing. This was 2nd and FINAL visit to this location. No matter how inconvenient, I will find another dealership to have my vehicle serviced.

The person who was my advisor. Has no personality. I am sure this has been bought to the manager but he is there because he has longevity. The whole morning crew need to work on manners that is in the offices. The work on my car seems to be great. The check engine light went off so I do believe it was do to the oil number been so low.

Thanks to Kenny B. [S.A]. I took my Escalade in for a check engine light. Kenny was very helpful in getting the issue resolved timely and under warranty.And I'm very particular about letting the dealership was my vehicle, but I must say I was impressed with the wash. So thanks to the wash crew and and can't forget about the tech who serviced my vehicle.

The sales team was not remotely interested in working with me. Melissa was moderately professional and completely unenthusiastic. Then, to top off the lack luster salesmanship, they gave me a gutter low price for my Cadillac. 10/10 Do not recommend.

I took my Escalade in for service and I was assigned to Dave!. Dave was courteous, professional and kept me updated and informed of progress on my repairs. A+ service here. To top it off my repairs were completed ahead of schedule! Thanks Dave and to the service team at Fitzgerald Cadilac of Annapolis!!!

I was in for an oil change and tire rotation. Perfect as I was just send a notice for $109.99 deal for 6qts synthetic and a rotation. When I received the bill, the oil change was $89.95 and the rotation was $49.95 for a total of $139.99. Even if taxes weren t included in the deal, it s still much higher. Then throw in another $19.49 for shop supplies and my charge was about $50 more than advertised. Shop supplies??? You service my car and I pay for the towels? I feel as though I was worked over and will get my oil changes elsewhere.

My car was there for 5 days for a power steering pump replacement. They don't keep you informed about what the status of your repair is. Had to keep calling regarding status. I am at their mercy since they are the only Cadillac dealer near me.

My wife and I recently had a very positive experience shopping for a Cadillac Lyriq at Fitzgerald Cadillac in Annapolis. The sales team in general was excellent but the stand-out star was our Sales Representative CONRAD BERGMAN. We had numerous in-depth conversations with him and he never failed to provide exceptional customer service. He was consistently courteous and honest and applied no sales pressure whatsoever which we greatly appreciated. If you are interested in checking out a Cadillac, you cannot go wrong by visiting Fitzgerald Cadillac in Annapolis and asking for CONRAD BERGMAN by name.

Service was great. The service representative walked me through what was needed and explained in detail the costs. He gave me options and was informative. I had bought my Cadillac 13 years ago there, but after 5 years they deleted the service records. He somehow was able to recover them so I have a complete picture of all the services I had with them.

The sales guy at which time I can t think of his name smh, getting old. It was a great communication, I knew what I wanted but he just made it more simpler. He was very friendly and helpful. And I drove from New Jersey to look at it and ended up purchasing a 2007 Caddy DTS. Runs great also Thanks Again.

I always feel Like Fitzgerald Cadillac treats Customers fairly. They don't push unnecessary services on customers only what is actually called for in Owners Manual. Kenny B is a top notch Service Advisor. I highly recommend Fitz for your Automotive Services!!!
