Firestone has always been there for us. We are on a road trip and while in Annapolis, noticed an issue with our tire pressure. We pulled in 5 minutes before closing and Levi took care of us with a smile. This is why we will never go anywhere else! Thanks again, Levi and Firestone. Your people are the best at what they do.

This shop has fantastic customer service. Shout out to Brittany, who was the person that helped me. She knew what she was doing/very knowledgeable, communicated honest wait-times and was professional and friendly. Because I received great and honest customer service, Firestone in Annapolis will be the only place I go to for tire purchases and service. Brittany is an outstanding representative for Firestone!!

Everyone was very professional. I had an 11am appointment to have my car checked b/c it was driving unsteady/differently. I understand they had to figure things out, but I didn't leave until almost 4pm. In the end they did a wheel alignment. They were busy and others came in knowing exactly what they needed, but I think almost 5 hours was excessive. I wasn't able to drop it off so I had to wait all that time. Folks here seem to be honest and I've had work done here in the past. It's just gotten much busier and harder to get an appointment lately.

If I could give negative stars I would!I went into the shop looking to repair a very specific issue with my vehicle. I even showed them video evidence of the rattling I was hearing when driving. With total confidence, and with repeated confirmations the attendants assured me that the proposed repairs would fix the issues.Fast forward TWO WEEKS LATER; delay after delay, and $1,000 spent, I get a call sayings that the issue is related to something else, and they don t handle that kind of repair. They didn t even know where I could go for the new recommended repair So I ve paid $1,000 on un-needed repairs, I was without my car for two weeks, and now they wont allow me a partial refund, for a misleading sales. That is manipulation.In fact, I ve tried to contact an area manager or someone who can have a civil conversation with me, but the attendants and area managers ignore my number and hang up the phone after they answer.Normally, Im a peaceable person, and try to do right by the people I come across. So this is jarring and ridiculous. Thats $1,000 that my family is without that didn t need to be spent, and my car issue still is not fixed.

Had to wait a little longer than usual due to a technician calling out sick, but, Brittany was very accommodating by letting me watch the NFL Pre-Game show while I waited. Once my car was inside, my oil change and performance check took under 30 minutes and I was a happy camper on the road. Good Job!!!

I would give zero stars if possible, dropped car off at 12:55 for a 1pm appointment and asked how long; 2 hours . I let them know I was waiting at Starbucks down the street to pickup. Came back 3 hours later (no phone call) and they had yet to even start. Did not seem even the least bit concerned. I had used them 3 times in the past, but will never return after this. The delay wasn t my main frustration, but it was the lack of care by both employees at the desk after they had previously told me 2 hours and we discussed me waiting for my vehicle locally. Just a simple phone call that they were behind so I didn t waste an entire afternoon would have solved it. Their only response was we are short labor , but I just don t understand how they weren t aware of this when I dropped off at 1pm.

They have been my tire folks for several years! They manage to get service reps that are personal, friendly and efficient! They just recently replaced the rear tires on my wife's SLC300, great job!

Every experience I ve had at Firestone has been so helpful and professional. The technicians and front desk staff are very nice and personable, and are very quick to get the work done. I came a few weeks ago with a completely destroyed tire, and they had it ready by first thing the next morning. (They were even going to have a tech stay late and fix it!) their prices are much better than most repair places in the area. Definitely come here for your tires!

I first spoke with Matt by phone. He was friendly and gave me a quote for 4 tires and brakes for my Jeep. When I went in for my appointment I was greeted by Nicole who was amazing. She is a multitasker! Iwent in thinking I would get new brakes and four new tires for my Jeep with 52,000 miles on it. Nicole came back and asked why I was getting new brakes. She then showed me that my pads and rotors were fine and didn't need replacement. Who does that? Anywhere else, they would've replaced them without hesitation. On top of saving money for brakes I didn't need, she also gave me a great deal on Firestone Destination LE3's - Lifetime Alignment and Road Hazard Protection. I'm also getting an additional $110.00 rebate after signing up for the Firestone Credit Card! The techs and whole staff seemed very professional and friendly.

I have used this location for over 10 years. The last few years have made me wonder why I ever kept going back. Maybe because the people who used to work the front desk were truthful. The last several times I have taken my vehicle for service, with an appointment, communication has been terrible, misleading and in many cases, just a lie.This most recent adventure, I drop the truck at 10am with the intention of getting tire rotation and general maintenance for 75k mile service. I get a call about an hour later saying it s time for new tires, I knew it was coming time, so I said ok. They say they need to order the tires and they will be there by 6pm at the latest. No problem. 6pm rolls around and nothing. I go up to the store and the ring leader tells me they aren t there. She calls and apparently they aren t coming until tomorrow. Would ve been nice To know! Wasted all day with my truck up here when they could have let me know hours ago about this delay .Before todays events, it has become commonplace for these guys to not get your vehicle done, regardless of when you drop it off, until you call multiple times and then show up in person.After today s experience, once they actually get these tires on, they will have lost a customer of 10+ years.Do better!Services: Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

Amazing experience today. Was in and out in like half an hour to and hour? Totally obliterated my tire and they got me fixed up. Front counter guy was awesome too. Very kind. Online Agent told me 'She could not find my purchase of a lifetime wheel alignment'. Kailee Store Manager was able to find my lifetime wheel alignment under my old phone. I greatly apprecaite Kailee going the extra mile to find my Lifetime Wheel Alignment. They installed my tire from an online purchase. I almost forgot my oil change. Kailee Store Manager added oil change with a pleasant attitude. I Greatly appreciate her Professional behavior. All the Staff were friendly. I will recommend this location to everyone. If you want a trustworthy knowledgeable place to go I highly recommend this store. They diagnosed my car in a timely fashion repaired it kept me up-to-date as to what was going on during the repair and the prices were very fair. They made sure that I totally understood what had to be repaired and why it need ed to be repaired that made me feel very comfortable. As I waited I noticed the manager Nicole Thompson continued to speak with the different customers and keeping them aware of what was going on with their car that was a great service!

Excellent customer service and professionalism! I scheduled an appointment online for 4 tires and an oil change. The tires I chose online were not in stock when I arrived but they were able to offer me comparable tires for a similar price. The work was completed in a timely manner. I had a very bad experience at Pep Boys the day before so I really appreciated how well I was taken care of at Firestone. I will definitely use this location again in the future.

This is my go-to location for my auto needs. Not only do they treat their repeat customers well, I have seen the front counter staff do whatever they can to help walk-in customers take care of a pressing issue....everything from squeezing in an emergency repair to putting air into someone's low tires (within minutes). Ask for Nicole.She is neither a friend or relative....but is knowledgeable and dedicated to assisting the customer.

Maaaaaan. They really do a great job at Firestone in Annapolis. Tim and Brittany along with the team they have, really go the extra mile and if you don't know about the lifetime warranty and the lifetime balance program, now you know.

I brought my car in for a simple tire patch, and all they did was make up reasons for why they had to do a complete tire replacement. Thank goodness my Dad was able to catch thie scam before I fell for it. Otherwise, comfortable lounge area with a neat looking charging station. Just a shame that their mechanics were less than helpful.Service: TiresService: Tires

Please don t bring your car here I took it to get check out because my car was making some weird noises and they gave me $2k dollars in recommend services and still didn t really explain why my car was making those noises. So I took it to a different mechanic that s locally owned and they said that out of everything on the recommendation it only needed one thing and it wasn t even to address the noises. He explained to me what my car needed to stop making the noises that was not on the recommended services that Firestone gave me. So moral of the story is they couldn t figure out why my car was making noises so they made up some reasons.

The recent post about the manger and store are COMPLETELY AND ENTIRELY FALSE. I have always been treated with respect and never overpriced at Firestone on west street. I have been into the Firestone when some of these karens come in and treat the employees with no respect claiming they have a better price elsewhere but doesn t trust these other companies with there vehicles (I wouldn t either).. I love the way Firestone handles there responsibility s and tasks while holding on to top tier professionalism THANK YOU FIRESTONE ANNAPOLIS AND THANK YOU TO NICOLE AND THE STAFF THEY ARE THE BEST!

This place pretends to put the customer first. If you make an appt online, they'll tell you it should have been cancelled and send you a cancellation email while you're on the phone with them. 3+ times I've made reservations just to show up, and be turned away because my filter was not ordered on time. What's the point of reserving a time if they're not going to order the parts until you get there. After 10+ years I'm moving on.Services: Tires, Oil change

I ve always had a great experience at this Firestone location! I ve been probably 4-5 times and I m definitely a loyal customer. The front desk is so friendly! As a woman, I ve been talked down to by auto mechanics more than once, but never once at Firestone. The last experience I had (yesterday): I needed air in my tires and Firestone was on my way home so I popped in and asked if they could help me out. The guy at the front desk told me to pull around and filled up my tires and taught me where to find the proper tire pressure (free of charge). I know it s a small thing, but I love when someone educates me while doing their work and that s how Firestone always is. They educate me on my vehicle and don t BS me on price, products or the labor.. and the vehicle is always ready on time! I highly recommend this Firestone location!
