Tom and team has consistently done an exceptional job. Always a professional, competitively priced and satisfactory experience. The reception area is always clean and inviting as well as the shop which speaks volumes about the operators' goal to make sure the consumer feels appreciated. My son swiped a guard rail in his Toyota Camry and we decided we would pay for the repair instead of filing an insurance claim. We took the car to Elite and they made repairs totaling over $4k. I was satisfied when I took the car home. About six weeks later, my 17 year old son was driving at night and the dashboard went dark and the gas pedal stopped working. Luckily, he made it home safely. The car appeared to have some sort of major electrical problem. The right headlight was stuck in the on position and the battery was dead. I got the car to my long time mechanic just up the street from Elite Autobody. My mechanic called me to the shop to show me an alert from Toyota regarding installation for a fuse block, which Elite had replaced. The alert stated that the block is shipped with green tape around the part. If the tape is not removed, it will prevent a ground, which can result in fire. My mechanic pulled this part and it still had the green tape on it and it was melted.When I contacted Tom at Elite and explained the situation, his response was "How am I supposed to know about a Toyota alert? This is a body shop." I guess I assumed it was his responsibility to know. He was also skeptical that this part came shipped with green tape around it. So, his solution was to re- order the part. He admitted that when he tried to re-order the part, the Toyota alert popped up. Not that he reached out to me, I had to continually reach out to Tom. I wanted to come to some sort of agreement with Tom. He agreed that he would pay some of the bill from my mechanic but "would not pay the full ticket" because he told me I should have brought the car back to Elite. I assumed this wasn't at all related to Elite's repairing the car. Again, at least a month would pass and Tom would do nothing. His negligence endangered my son's life. This has cost me both time and money. The mechanic's bill is $688.88. I have owned two businesses over the last 20 years. I have never sued anyone nor have I or my businesses been sued. And, I have never left a negative online review for ANY business until now. I had to hire a lawyer to pursue this.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

I took my 93 Miata here for an accident that happened back in may of 2022. It took a few months of poor explanations and excuses for them to fix my core support. While I have the admit the painting it s self is quite good I am unhappy with everything else. Over the past couple months I ve only found more and more things that were not properly attached back or or just laying in the engine bay. I ve found things not plugged in and that s not acceptable. Now my radiator is starting to have problems and I honestly feel like it s because there is something I m not seeing plugged in that they in plugged. If you need any work done I would recommend going somewhere else. Or another location of elite auto.Service: Body & Trim

I enjoyed having my plastic front license plate painted in the exact same color as my car. They are very professional and great to work with! Depending on how much you have painted, they can have some fast turn-around times! Thank you~

Tom & Elite Auto Body are hands down the best. Done. I've been to Tom / EA in the past and currently for work done and being performed. I have also recommended family and friends to his business. If you want your vehicle fixed correctly the first time. I highly recommend Tom and Elite Auto. Great guy and great shop. Excellent work. My 10+ year old MB 350E was hit from the rear. Elite Autobody came highly recommended to do the repairs. I can only describe the work that was done as superb. Will always use and refer others.

I'll start by saying i wasn't asked to do this like most businesses do these days. Thats so tacky (stop it)...ok now... Elite is quite the fitting name. Tom your to cool man..LOL! I would be jumping off a bridge with the pressure your under everyday dealing with insurance companies ( we all know how great they are quick to pay without any hesitation.. not their clients claims for commercials) and clients that can never be pleased no matter what you do. I never saw any of that frustration while dealing with you. Above and beyond is understatement !! This has been a pleasant experience from beginning to end. I have referred two friends already. I would be posting pics of my car but the shine messed up my camera lens! Great shop. I give the bookkeeper a ten (inside joke)!!! I wanna crash my car again just to go back!! Thanks Elite Autobody!! You'll could teach Professionalism a few things!! SINCERELY !!

At Elite, The staff is kind and courteous and they deliver for the client everyday. It must be hard manageing the repair process, the vehicle owner and the insurance company, all at the same time. Having the abillity to uphold the clients' best interest is where they shine. Many employees have been with the company over 15 years. That experience delivers first rate repair quality, consistantly. They have repaired cars for me many times over the past 30 years. From small dings and dents to significant damage on complex cars. I rate them first class. Thank you to the staff at Elite....

Sent my car there for repairs and while it was there someone was smoking inside my vehicle and left cigarette butts inside my Panamera Porsche on the driver side floor.
