Photos: 1. Chrome Grille Vents before the accident. 2. Accident 3. After Accident. (The black grille vents I requested and provided)Do not take your car anywhere else if you want to receive the car in the same condition it was in before your accident.Purchased an Audi SQ5 for the family and while it was being driven from NOVA back home to Annapolis somebody hit a cone which sent it flying into the car a week after purchase.Issues we had: uncalibrated sensors resulting in the cruise control and lane assist not working (due to the collision), a chipped windshield, and severe damage to passenger side front grille cover, fender, and nosepiece.The reason we chose this place is because they're required by their policy to use OEM for Audi, and I assume, most of the other "luxury" brands. This negates any arguing with your insurance company as you can simply put the blame on Criswell since they will show your insurance company the necessity for using OEM parts such as sensors in the windshield, or anywhere else that Audi decided to overengineer something. I also chose this collision center because their business, Criswell, also owns Audi Annapolis so they had no issue at all getting techs in to recalibrate my sensors.Took a month to get in once I called to schedule but this is due to the lack of skilled laborers and an uptick in car repairs due to the used car market shooting up. Has nothing to do with Criswell. Once the car was in it took a month to get it back but this is also normal due to the headache we had going back and forth with State Farm.Absolutely stay on top of your insurance company. There were three different instances where my insurance company hadn't sent money to the collision center until I had called them to verify.I did receive it out of the shop and the paint wasn't perfectly matched. I brought it back, showed them the issue, and they took the car right back no problems at all and even gave me the option for a covered rental.I was a bit annoyed due to how long they had it but it turns out the car was previously painted (previous owner) adjacent to the door that had to be blended which resulted in a mismatch. They showed me the paint line from the previous job and actually ended up pulling off the doors to make sure the job was done right this time.Understand the collision center is on your side as they profit from your insurance company. Your insurance company is the enemy!!Every single person in this facility is wonderful and willing to work with you. Tanya Magayna is phenomenal, I have not once called this facility and not gotten an answer, which is all too common nowadays in other fields. Tristan Dove was my service manager and he was very customer oriented and spoke accurately. I dealt with Kurt Thompson when I had the issue with the paint and he looked it over and made sure I was taken care of.Tristan was out the day I picked it up so Dominick Holland assisted and he explained everything to me to a t.Seriously, do not go anywhere else, especially if you have a car that has valuable parts. State Farm, Geico, or whatever trash insurance you use will try to give you cheap Chinese garbage parts.Glad facilities like this still exist in 2024.

For starters, I d like to say Kurt Thompson, the estimator and really my main advisor throughout the process, was phenomenal. He constantly provided updates and gave a realistic expectation as to when the vehicle would be ready. As I was looking around for mechanics, I called Crispell collision and they had no issues taking my car in within a day to complete an estimate. Once that was done they started repairing my vehicle. My frustrations are mainly with the insurance company. The only negative thing that happened within the entire process was Crispell couldn t fix something so I had to take the vehicle to Tesla to fix then return to Criswell. Overall great job if I ever need assistance, I know where to go.

This is my second time personally working with Chris and his team and every experience has been even better than the previous one! I was absolutely blown away by the service I received. From start to finish, Chris and his team were incredibly professional, efficient, thorough and helpful.Chris got me an estimate for repairs the day after my accident, and kept me updated on the progress of the repairs every step of the way, and he was always available to answer my questions.Chris also went above and beyond to help me with my insurance claim. He worked with my insurance company to get my rental car extended, and he even spoke to Enterprise on my behalf to make sure that I was taken care of and was instrumental in me getting a super sweet Porsche Taycan rental!When I picked up my Model S, I was amazed at how good it looked. Chris and his team had even washed and detailed the interior, and it looked better than the day I took delivery :)I would highly recommend Criswell Collision Center to anyone who needs their Tesla repaired. They are a top-notch shop with a team of experienced and dedicated professionals!!Once again - I had an outstanding experience at Criswell Collision Center and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their Tesla repaired

I had my Tesla Model Y repaired at Criswell Collision. The team at Criswell kept me informed throughout the process, answered all of my questions in a timely manner, and explained the insurance claims process to me in language I could understand. The vehicle was returned in pristine shape. In many ways, the fit and finish of the front end is superior to how it was delivered to me from the factory. I will definitely take any future auto body repairs to Criswell in the future.

Absolutely the most customer service focused automotive repair facility in Maryland. I have worked twice with Kurt T. and both experiences have been excellent. Kurt is a true professional who handles all aspects of the process from the Estimate, Insurance Claim coordination, to the final repair and delivery and is committed to make sure the vehicle is in showroom condition when the keys are handed back to you. A few years back, I had a 2014 Audi Q7 which was T-boned brought back to new and recently a 2020 Audi Q7 which had to have the Windshield, Dashboard, and Instrument Cluster replaced. The 2020 Q7 also had damage to the right passenger door that was repaired. Both vehicles look like new. I strongly recommend Criswell Collision Center and make sure to ask for Service Advisor Kurt T.Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim, Paint repair

Unfortunately, the experience at the Criswell Collision Center was extremely unsatisfactory. While working with Kurt Thompson, I received 0 status updates and the total cost of repair was an expected 600% above the original estimate. During the repair time, Kurt established no lines of communication with myself or the insurance company to document any of the additional work deemed necessary. As the costs increased and parts became available, the collision center completed all body work and disposed of "broken" parts leaving no evidence for the insurance company to prove the work was required. Kurt's expenditures were to likely fall on myself as the owner and can stand to lower the valuation of my property. However, Mike (Collision Center Director) made right of the situation by being courteous and taking ownership of the situation. Mike provided a customer first approach and ensured these actions are not per company policy or procedures. If other customers were to chose this Collision Center, I would not recommend Kurt Thompson as their customer service representative due to the lack of communication and untraceable work.

I was in an accident at the end of Aug and chose this place because they were the only collision that I could tow my car there and they would start assessing it in seven days (first mistake just because a place can get you in right away doesn t mean they will fix you right away). Insurance estimated damages a little over $3,000 (see photo of body damage).After seven days, they did start assessing my car with an estimate over $10,000 and everything was straight, so I thought.My car was originally going to be completed Oct 5, but a few days before that, it changed to Oct 7. On Oct 5 I called to find out if we were still on for Oct 7, which we were not. The tech assigned to my car was sick and admitted to the hospital on Oct 3. I didn t find this out until I called on the 5th. The date then became Oct 21.The Friday prior to the 21st around 6:15pm I received a call from my rental car company that my insurance was no longer covering me for my rental. Of course I received this after the car rental was closed. So, on that Monday I found out the collision center had spoke with the rental car company but was failing to submit reports justifying their delay so the insurance company would pay for the rental. My insurance company asked me to have the collision center to call them because they were not able to reach them. The collision center advised me the price was now $13,000. My new date changed to Oct 26.On Oct 26 I called and found out the price changed again to $15,000 and I may not be able to get my car until Oct 31. However, I had my insurance company pay me most recent supplement money and went to get my car on Oct 27. When walking around the car, I noticed my tire cover, which I paid to replace was the same damaged cover that they tried to wipe off, but scuff marks were still there. They apologized and replaced the cover on the spot. However, the paint on the rims was still damaged (see photo) and I was reimburse and just took it to the dealership on a later date. My car has white interior and I had to point out the black marks on the seat and A pillar on the driver side, which they cleaned, but should have already had it done.A few weeks later I noticed my VIN sticker inside the driver door was missing (see photo) and had to go back to get it replaced.RECOMMENDATION: use repair facilities on your insurance recommended list (if this is one, then use another place). If you have USAA this is not on their recommended list as of this date. If you are a USAA and Tesla owner, ask USAA for their recommended list for Maryland, DC, and Virginia. Save yourself the headache I went through and do not give this place a consideration.Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance

My Tesla Model S Plaid got hit on the drivers side rear fender up to the front fender. The paintwork was excellent and dealing with Kevin was seamless especially when dealing with the responsible party s insurance company. They didn t cut any corners on the repair and I would highly recommend this body shop.

If i could leave 10 stars i would Tesla owners this is the place to go! Criswell turned my worst nightmare into an absolutely great experience!I had the pleasure of working with Chris and he took care of me every step of the way - from getting an estimate for repairs the day after my accident, to scheduling and taking my car in for repair within a week of my initial walk in appointment for the estimate! Chris always called whenever there was a development on repairs and if i needed anything I was able to call and get ahold of him almost immediately!Chris also had my back when it came to dealing with insurance, and made sure that I was in a rental car from drop off to pickup. Chris even went the extra mile to speak on my behalf to get my Enterprise car rental extended for several days when the insurance company was having issues.Chris and his team at Criswell even washed and detailed the interior of my car and left it looking better than the day I took delivery!I ve attached before and after pictures too! I tried to repair my VW Atlas with them, but I discovered that they overestimated the prices by more than the market by 250%, so I decided to withdraw my car and have it repaired at the agency at a price that was half of what they told me. Unfortunately, the prices are exaggerated. And bad treatment

Brought our 2018 Audi R8 Plus in for repair after a collision with a large deer. Kurt was very responsive throughout the entire repair process, to include handling of our insurance company. The car was returned in better condition than before the collision. Very impressed with our experience and highly recommend them for high end vehicle repair.

I just wanted to give a report on the excellent repair outcome I had with Criswell Collision Center. They completed the repair in 1/2 the time they estimated -- I brought the car in Tues, had it back on Fri. (same week). The repair has made the upper left rear quarter panel look *brand new*. Very very impressive work -- paint matching is perfect. The scratch and dent repair is also perfect -- no visual evidence of body work at all... no micro-swirls.. nothing... absolutely perfect. And to top it off the total cost came in exactly at the estimated amount $1898... most reasonable estimate I got from all 3 Tesla-certified shops I tried. I also had the daily update photos on the progress of the work -- very cool.To sum it up, Criswell Collision Center is a class act! At the time I was there they told me they had *14* Teslas in the shop... that must mean something. ;) :)

So glad we were recommended here because they did a phenomenal job getting the car looking like factory. The process was seamless and Kurt Thompson was an amazing help in providing information on the process, keeping us up to date with the car, and even a tour of the facility. If you want customer service that goes above and beyond I would highly recommend coming to Criswell Collision to take care of your car.

I was hit by a uhaul truck and this was my first accident, so I had absolutely no knowledge on cars or the process of these claims. Kurt Thompson and his team immediately stepped in and made this as seamless of a process for me as they could. He answered all of my questions and in a way guided me through dealing with the sharks (the insurance company responsible for paying) I was dealing with. For example, he told me what I needed to say to them when I called. The repair team did an outstanding job on making my car pretty again too, very very much appreciated. The whole service experience at this location, from the secretary, to the reps, and the technicians - is invaluable. Thanks for helping me with my repairs, Criswell, and a special thanks to Kurt for his diligence and all around positive attitude in making sure I got everything repaired and did not get taken advantage of by the insurance company who was liable.

We had an amazing experience working with both Rocky Payne (Criswell of Annapolis Service Dept), and Kurt Thompson (Criswell Collision). These gentlemen went above and beyond in resolving my paint issue. All I had to do was bring them my vehicle, they took care of everything else. Unfortunately, my new Toyota Tacoma 2023 was involved in the rear end collision. My current insurance, State Farm gave me a list of shop that they deal with. I called all 3, just for any of them to give me an estimate was booked out more than 3 weeks.I reached out to Criswell Collision center and spoke to Mr. Chris Rouse. Not only did he say he could look at my truck the same day, he had it towed to the shop due to my tail lights and other damage to my truck. With in a few hours I got an initial estimate, the next day Mr. Rouse let me know that after further inspection that i significant frame damage and that it was a total loss. He stayed on top of the insurance companies to get a adjuster out there to move things along, got my tags and the rest of my belongings out of my truck and he stayed in constant communication with me.Hopfuly, I never have to deal with a crash again. However, if I do, Criswell Collision Center and Chris Rouse will be the only ones i trust.Service: Body & Trim

I used Criswell collision and was skeptical at first, I wanted to have my vehicle repaired at a reputable Porsche collision center. My parked car was hit by another vehicle in the middle of the night. It was my first "accident". Criswell staff was great every step of the way, from towing the vehicle, estimating the damage, negotiating with insurance and procuring the parts for repairs. They were kind and compassionate. The top notch staff -including Dominic Holland were helpful every step of the way - explaining the process and calling with regular updates. The car might even look better than it did before it was hit? It was returned to me on time and with a smile. Many, many thanks to Dominic, Tanya and all the talented techs behind the scenes. Just the BEST customer service! Chris handled the whole process from beginning to the wonderful return of my Tesla looking brand new with professionalism, curtesy and efficient and timely service. When I first brought my Tesla in for an estimate, Chris took me for a whole tour of the facility showing exactly how the process would go. Then he gave me a date they could start, an estimate of the time it would take and other details such as renting a car while mine was in the shop. Overall, everyone I met on the staff were helpful, friendly and efficient, and the Tesla looks amazing; she is all beautifully fixed and cleaned inside and out! I am ecstatic about the service I received at Criswell Collision. The customer service that Dominick Holland provided was EXCELLENT. He kept me informed on the progress of the repairs on my 2019 Audi Q8. My vehicle was completed earlier than what was promised. That was GREAT. A few days later a minor issue on the vehicle needed to be addressed. I took the vehicle back to Dominick. I was expecting to make an appointment. No....Dominick took the keys and had the problem taken care of right away.My vehicle was returned beautifully repaired. Before I even get into the work performed, I must commend Kurt Thompson on his handling of my difficult insurance claim from Day 1 (and all the way through Day 95! not Kurt s or Criswell s fault It took that long!)Kurt Thompson = Fantastic Customer Service.This is my second experience with Criswell Collision for body work on 2 different Tesla s (2018 Model 3 and a 2022 Model Y). I m this case we hit a deer in our 1-month old Model Y. There was over $25K of damage, and of course, I was sensitive to returning the car to like-new condition. The results met my high expectations. Tesla model y repaired in March 2023. Took about 5 weeks total, repairs were roughly 20K. They did really great dealing with the insurance company. Did have to bring back for repair to windshield die to air noise in the car. Only issue was that on second repair they left the car with very low battery, and I had a 2 hour drive home. Was hoping they would charge up such that I didn't have to stop and charge on way home, but alas..

I had a pretty bad dent and scratch on my Model Y. They were a certified repair shop for Teslas so I looked at the reviews and made an appointment. Although they were not able to get me in until about 45 days, I was very pleased with the finished product. They were professional, courteous, friendly, and many more like minded superlatives! I also appreciated that they cleaned the inside and outside of my car upon return and even added some smell good to the interior. I'd definitely recommend their services.Service: Body & Trim
