Crash Champions in Annapolis, MD. made excellent repairs to my car after a recent auto accident. Repairs were completed in a timely manner; I was continually kept updated about repairs; this 14 yr old car looks new! I am very happy I chose this company, and I am very happy to have worked with Michelle!

Michelle @ Crash Champions Annapolis was the best! The parts for my vehicle were unavailable locally and she called all over the country - even to an Ohio Ford Dealership to get them timely! She provided the best customer service ever! Honorable mentions are Amy, and the really quiet receptionist. Very professional and I will recommend them to my colleagues.

A huge thank you to Anne for being so patient with me through all the appointment changes I made. She is the best! And another huge thank you to Del and the entire team. The outstanding customer service will bring me back. Del kept me in the loop throughout the entire process even when it would delay me getting my vehicle back. My car looks brand new, I am pleased so far with the repairs. Thank you all!

Great experience. Company was recommended by my insurance agency. Of course I googled them myself as well. They were in regular communication about the status of the repair and went the extra mile to get the repair complete before the holidays. Amy was particularly helpful in understanding my situation and pushing to finish the job. Staff at the customer service desk are super nice and responsive over the phone and in person. In addition to doing good work, they literally made my family s Christmas better by getting the job done in time under a tight schedule so we could visit family in the vehicle.

Crash Collision Repair in Annapolis, MD gave us EXCELLENT service for an accident repair. They were available to take our car in for repair within a couple of days of the accident. Michelle, the person who worked with us was wonderful. She gave us updates by phone. We never wondered how long the car would be in the shop with her timely phone updates. I would HIGHLY recommend this business to anyone needing car repair in the Annapolis, MD area.

Crash champions did an amazing job with my vehicle repairs after a totally inconvenient circumstance, and one thing leading to another during the repair process, they made the process as easy and seamless as possible to be sure I was 100% satisfied at all times, from the rental company to the quality of work, I give them beyond 5 stars, and a HUGE thank you to Amy for making sure everything was done properly and that my vehicle was back to as good as new! Nobody likes having to frequent these places that said, the staff at Crash Champions were responsive, polite, and cared about the repairs they were performing on my vehicle. I hope to never have to return but I ll never go anywhere else should I need repairs again. Amy, even thru her own trials and tribulations, was AWESOME!!

I had never heard of Crash Champions prior to someone hitting my car. I was pleasantly surprised at the professional, friendly attention I received. When involved in a accident everything becomes confusing and difficult. During this process my car was taken to crash champions. This company took some of the weight off my shoulders. Ms Anna & Jen as well as Del were completely professional and transparent about everything from beginning to end. The people at Crash Champions were great to work with. They communicated with my insurance company, had my car in the shop for a short period of time, returned the car to me several days ahead of the time initially estimated. Amy, the manager at Crash Champions was terrific to work with - she communicated exactly where things stood as the repair progressed and took her time to provide me with advice and guidance. Never before have I received such amazing customer care! We are in an accident during a cross country trip. We needed the car fixed before we could go home. Every other place I called said that it would be at least a month to get in. When I explained the situation to Crash Champions, the manager said "Don't worry, we've got you. We'll take it from here." The got to work immediately! I was kept informed the whole time, I had zero anxiety about the process, and they had the car done in a little over a week! The work is impeccable - the car looks brand new! I recommend this shop to ANYONE look for auto body work!Service: Painting
