I love Chesapeake Import Services. I have taken my 2003 Mini Cooper here multiple times and come out a happy customer. Frank has been wonderful to work with and is always honest and upfront. My Mini is old and definitely not in perfect shape, but it means a lot to me. The car used to belong to my grandfather before he passed and then went to my mother, before she gifted it to me. I appreciate the opportunity to still drive it around and thank Chesapeake Import Services for allowing me to continue to do so. I would highly recommend their services to anyone!

I called about a check engine light. They took me in immediately and fixed it! I was so impressed with their professionalism, service and hospitality. Same quality service as the dealership, but far more genuine and honest technicians at a far more reasonable price. Thank you Chesapeake Import Services !!!

Chesapeake Import Services has won my business indefinitely! Unfortunately, it s rare to encounter exceptional customer service these days but Frank and the employees at Chesapeake Import went above and beyond. Frank happily took the time to explain the services he recommended for my vehicle in-depth and was transparent about pricing from the beginning.They also scheduled a Lyft for me to and from the shop. I feel safe knowing my car is in their care and my mind is at ease, which is saying a lot!

Chesapeake Import Services is the best mechanic, and Destiny goes above and beyond to help. On multiple occasions now they have saved my day and vehicle, and they do so with the best customer service. I only bring my Audi to Chesapeake and appreciate everything they do! Outstanding work, outstanding service and quality. Highly recommend these guys. Had appointment, work done perfect, finished on time, on budget, explained each service item and why it was needed. I needed my 2020 x3 BMW serviced, and I did not necessarily want to go to the dealer. After reading some positive reviews, I decided to check this shop out. I was very pleased; from the beginning to the end of my service, I found Rick very professional. He explained my options and was a great advisor for my needs and things to consider. One thing that stood out to me is that they use only OEM parts, which to me, promotes quality in their service. Plus, they offer reasonable pricing. I believe I found the right local shop to service my vehicles. I would highly recommend this shop for all automotive services.

I've been taking my Toyota Prius to Chesapeake Import Services for a few months now and they communicate well which repairs need to be done, with various options. Their mechanics do a good job and their customer service people are helpful and polite.

I am in California & was looking to buy a used vehicle located near Chesapeake Imports. I found Chesapeake to do the pre purchase inspection on the vehicle before I purchased it & they were kind enough to take detailed photos of the vehicles condition before beginning the PPI.Ultimately, the car was in worse condition than the dealership had advertised so I did not proceed with purchasing the vehicle.While I cannot speak to the repair/mechanic piece of this shop their customer service was excellent & I would absolutely rely on them in the future if I had the opportunity.A transparent & honest mechanic is a huge win in my book. A special thanks to Destiny for the customer service as well!

I was referred to Chesapeake Imports by a friend who suggested I give them a try instead of the Mercedes-Benz dealer. Am I glad I did. Frank, my service advisor was great. He kept me informed on the process, what was needed, and when my vehicle would be ready for pick-up. Personable staff, professional and friendly. Above all else, excellent price compared to the dealer. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for service on their import.Service: Auto maintenance

My wife and I were on a road trip in our newly restored 1971 Triumph TR6. We lost an exhaust hanger and developed an exhaust leak between Ohio and Annapolis and needed help fast so we could continue our journey to MA. Rick and the folks at Chesapeake Import Services were super busy that day and asked me to leave the car with them so they could try to fit it in. That was mid-morning. By 3:30 I got a call that the car was done. Not only was it done professionally, it was a totally reasonable price. I highly recommend these folks, and if I was local I would most definitely have a new favorite mechanic.Service: Exhaust

Recently bought a used car that needed an oil change. They accommodated me even though they didn t have appointments for another week- after I told them I didn t know when the oil was changed last. Concerning noise started and wanted it checked out. Appointment system worked, received a confirming call, and dropped off my car. Within two hours I had a call from the service tech, understood the issues and course of action and any driving concerns, and returned to pick up my car. I got my diagnosis, understood noise issues summarized nicely again at check out, and know what I need to do for repairs. Super!
