Wish I had read Sam Rasmussen and Brock Brooks reviews first. Both of their reviews are still spot on and there's a good chance you'll regret any interaction unless you know more than the boomer behind the counter. The 10% restocking fee WILL happen and be careful, some items are not returnable! Who does this anymore?!You will have wanted to do business elsewhere, such as the big box marine store or online trlr parts place.

Was sold the incorrect items. I have no issue with that. It happens. But when I came to return based off their mistake I was charged a %10 restocking fee. The gentleman at the counter had a chip on his shoulder when I came through the door with the box in my hand, as if he was appalled I would be returning items.

I don't know what kind of review to give but I know its not great. I got my questions answered so I guess that is the primary objective but staff are just kind of rude and curt. I asked a question about a trailer wire connector and the staff rudely says he's never seen anything like that and then I asked for trailer hardware and and he says "nope....you get hardware from a hardware store". Lol Wow. Again I got the information I needed but it wasn't delivered like I was wanted in that establishment. It was more like they couldn't wait for me to leave.

Definitely do not recommend going here. Cashier up front stared at my cousin and I as we waited to see if we were next yet and then proceeded to say there was someone else in front of y out after about 2 minutes of just standing there. Okay, so tell us that. The guy he was helping was not very enthused with the service also as he stated he was no help at all and proceeded to leave the items he had intended upon purchasing.

Had a leaf spring break on my boat trailer. Needed it asap. As had a bass tournament 80mi away. Went there to get new leaf springs and everything needed to replace them. And the guy at the counter older gentleman I can't remember his name was extremely helpful he came out and measured and looked at my trailer to make sure I got all the right parts. Explained how everything went together. He Was extremely helpful. And I Was able to get my trailer back on the road that day. He has been there for 8years and he really knows his stuff. They really made sure that I was taken care of. Extremely friendly as well. This is definitely the place to go for all your trailer needs as well as most of what you will need to do the job. They stock tons of products I highly doubt they would not have what you needed. And if they don't they can get whatever you may need. From parts for boat trailers to big equipment trailers they got it. I recommend you stop here before going to west marine or auto parts store because most likely you will only need to make one stop. Prices where also fairly reasonable. Would much rather get what I need here same day and support a small local business rather then order online and wait. And if they don't have something they can get quicker they you could if you ordered it online. I will definitely be going back for all my trailer needs. Top notch spot. Made everything so easy. Ignore that one star review.

Strongly recommend avoiding this place. In my case They misrepresented their product applicability and charged me a 10% "restocking fee" for my returns EVEN when they told me the item(s) would work for my application and turned out it didn't. I asked the general manager for an exception based on this - about an $8 difference. When their general manager asked them about it they LIED through their teeth to him that they "didn't say that" (lied...over 8 dollars mind you) making Joe the general manager complicit in perpetuating their shady business practices. If they will to be dishonest over $8, imagine how dark They will go for a large sale. Never again.

Incredibly rude over the phone. Called to inquire about purchasing trailers and trailer parts. Was hung up on in the middle of my first sentence as I introduced myself. If you don't have time to answer a phone - don't answer it. Not that difficult. Literally 20 seconds of patience could have landed them an ongoing contract. oh well.*To clarify. The call was 100% not dropped. He cut me off said I dont have time for this and hung up. I called back to, as succinctly as possible, say I was looking to buy trailers and parts and was again talked to like my call was an inconvenience. Hing up within 15 seconds the second go around.

This place is great. They were so helpful. Not only do I have no clue about trailer parts, but I had gotten the wrong one and they went out of their way to point me in the right direction.

Great service! Helped me quickly with my questions and I was headed home to get my trailer set up. Considering this is my firt experience owning a trailer, it gave me peace of mind.
