Joe is by far the best parts man I've ever worked with. always quick with responses, very knowledgeable and super friendly.I wish all my vendors were as easy to deal with as Joe at Cap Cities International!

Charles has been a tremendous help from the moment he introduced himself to me. Charles and his team, Joe, Del and Danny will go far and beyond to find the needed part. Charles has also been a great help with me getting the needed repairs for my International vehicles.Thank you Charles, Joe, Danny and Del.

This isn't another of the many "Del, Danny, Joe, and Charles" 5 star canned reviews, I'm an actual customer. Brought my rig in with A/C issues, shop so small, they have no trailer parking. Came back bobtail, had to get a hotel for a week and a half over Labor Day weekend which cost over $1000. Was told there were a couple of trucks ahead of me, then after the weekend, still 2 trucks ahead of me. Finally fixed A/C and billed me $4100 including over $2000 for labor. They left a sharp awl above my steer tire which I returned to them. Then found what appears to be a refrigerant leak next to the thermal expansion valve which they had replaced, and my A/C is running warm. For $4100 I would expect my A/C to work, but that's asking too much. Called and they said problem is the low pressure switch and they aren't responsible for it. I just don't want to drive all summer in a sweltering truck!!! Wish they stood behind their work...

I work at aim leasing in Landover. Charles stops by regularly and checks on us to see if there is anything we need. He is a great parts guy , as well as Del, Danny, Joe, lewis. They are the best parts team and also go out of their way to get us anything we need. Top notch service.

I m in charge of a fleet shop in La Plata MD for Pepsi. I was kinda thrown into this position with limited knowledge of the job and resources. My boss told me to contact Dave Bittner with any need of parts. It s been a couple months now, Dave with help from Charles, Del, Joe, and Danny have supplied me with parts and information on how things are done. This team understands how Pepsi works, remembered the person I replaced and explained to me how that person handled things. That was a huge help. I would call anyone of them for little things such as filter numbers and what they fit. No matter how little my call, they helped. This is an amazing group of people. I m very appreciative to have them in my corner. They all deserve raises and a extra paid week added to the benefit package. Thank you !!Derek Tremblay

Capitol Cities is my go to for all parts needed. Their parts staff is always willing to go the extra mile to help you get the job done, even if they do not have the parts in stock. Shout out to DEL, Danny, and Joe! If you ever need anything for your truck, these are the guys to ask for.

great group of people at Capitol Cities. very knowledgeable and they usually have what we need in stock or are able to get it quickly. I would recommend their parts salesman Charles, he has been a big help with some of our tougher parts orders.

After having some absolutely terrible experiences with the international dealer in Hyattsville, and swearing off the International brand, we were glad to find Capitol Cities in Annapolis. They get our trucks in fast, do quality work, and back up their work with a warranty they actually honor. And, they have great communication and don't sell us a line of BS as other shops have done. 10/10 recommend this crew.

Great service great team in Annapolis, Ray and his crew in Annapolis have been awesome for service and parts. If I could get some of the other vendors I deal with to give me half the customer service that they provide, life would so much easier on my part. As the manager of a 130 vehicle fleet the support and constant communication is key to our succesful operation.There is a reason I travel twenty miles past another International dealership to come to Capitol Cities International for service and parts.That being said, the support I have personally received from Navistar/International Corporate is not the greatest. Sometimes they have given me the impression that they could care less about the customer and whether I get the parts or support needed.
