I am so pleased with the customer service and the quality of service I received at Caliber Collision. Greta was INCREDIBLE from drop off to pickup! She explained everything so clearly and concisely. Megan was very pleasant with updating communications. I had to take the car back the next day for a minor concern, and Andrew was AMAZING! It was just a little clasp tweak, but he fixed the problem in minutes, and I was out of there! I will definitely use this particular location again! They were AWESOME!

This was my first experience with Caliber Collison in Annapolis across from the emissions station, and it was flawless! I 100% recommend this facility if you find you need an auto body shop with superior workmanship. The front office staff, Greta and Megan, were patient with my many questions, concerns and replied with professionalism, courtesy and kindness! Exceptional customer service to say the least! Outstanding communication every step of the process.

Very friendly, honest staff that keeps you updated throughout the process. Makes sure your vehicle is cleaner than when you dropped it off, as well as the repairs look like an accident never happened!!!

If a business has the job of helping a customer navigate through an already stressful repair process, extra stress should not be added by the company to customer s experience. I was willing to overlook the fact it took two business days for Caliber to contact me. I already changed my repair location and they reached out in 20 minutes after I initiated the change.I m not willing to overlook the fact that my appointment was not upheld when I showed up and the business was not open. It was opened after I waited and then pulled away but the person opening was not who my appointment was with.I have two vehicles requiring repairs one of which is major repairs but my business will be going elsewhere.

Fixed my car and made the whole front look brand new even painted by bottom fenders didn t even think they would do that they also fixed my key system error I am beyond satisfied might have to go to them to see how much it would be to get my back painted

I recently had some repairs done at this body shop and I couldn't be happier with the results. The work was done quickly and to a very high standard. The staff was also very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend this body shop to anyone in need of repairs. I was hit in the rear so I needed repair to the rear bumper. Progressive recommended these guys and I m glad I used them. Very good experience from beginning to end! Easy drop off. They kept me informed during the process and found more needed to be done than initially estimated once they removed some parts so they dealt with Progressive on it and I didn t need to do anything. Car was completed on time and looked fantastic! I highly recommend if you ve been in a fender bender.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My car got a brick thrown through it and had the steering column destroyed. Kisha kept me up to date on what was happening, when parts were coming in for my car, and the expected finishing time. When I got my car back and thought something was wrong she essentially walked me through the issue and I was able to fix it. I would recommend them to anyone.

This place was great. I was having an issue with my car for months and they took care of really fast. The estimator Jesse was professional, helpful and communicated really well. The body tech George, helped diagnosis the problem and gave solutions in a timely manner. Highly recommend going here. Absolutely recommend this shop! They went above and beyond to get my vehicle back to me in a timely fashion. Even though supply chain issues were some what of a problem, they kept me in the loop through out the process and I really appreciated that! Worked with Nikki and Andrew on my claim through USAA to get my car back to looking brand new after it was stolen. They were amazing and the customer service I received was excellent.
