I had some body work done on my 330 I drive here. They are very reliable, courteous and knowledgeable. I had a great experience with them - Samantha , Rachel - they are amazing people! Everything from scheduling to the delivery of the vehicle was flawless - I highly recommend them

I received no service after being there for 2 hours all I needed was a passenger front tire . 2 vehicles pulled up behind me 2 white woman and their vehicles were service????? SMDH I hate to use the race card but I was the only Black person there ..My Vehicle sat in the exact spot I pulled up under the bay in walked In Jane was my service advisor and she was going to charge me for a new tire 510.00$ I never received a tire. GOOD thing I went outside to check. Please check behind your mechanic and Service Advisor.

AMAZING work on my vintage1988 635csi! Entire body was stripped and repainted to the original stock color. It looks like a brand-new car!!! Of course some parts had to come from Germany, but the attention to detail and the excellent communication/updates from the body shop manager were beyond reproach!! I highly recommend Annapolis BMW for anything you need done to your car! Extreme quality, knowledge and professionalism!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My collision service contacts were exceptional from the time I made my appointment until I picked up my vehicle. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional, and courteous. Rachel Jocus was awesome to work with - she was extremely effective with her communications and follow up; which really kept us informed with our repair (2023 X7 rear bumper replacement). It took longer than we expected, but that was due to the long delay in getting the bumper sent to the shop. Rachel continuously kept us informed to make sure we knew what was going on. I would highly recommend this location for your vehicle repairs and would encourage you to engage with Rachel. She is professional, friendly and simply outstanding!!!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

It took ridiculously long time to get a basic service done, forgot to order parts. Then my car had over 1/2tank of gas used and miles on car for no reason. My car had been searched, things moved around etc.

I went to BMW Annapolis for a quote on needed repairs, because I wanted the opinion of the "pros", and was surprised to discover that their prices were perfectly reasonable. I didn't want after market parts anyway, and the labor charges were fine. So, I selected them for the work. They did a great job replacing and painting my rear bumper, and also replacing and adjusting a front headlight, which is no small feat on a BMW. Thanks Rachel!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

These folks are the best. They are thorough, professional and friendly. The manager took the time to introduce himself and help ease any of my concerns. He then explained completely the damage to my car and the steps and the process to repair my car. When I left my car at the center I felt very confident and reassured that my car was in capable hands. And when I picked up my car, I was very happy. The BMW of Annapolis Collision Center did a beautiful job. I was also impressed that the work was completed on time. Weeks later, I am still happy about the work they did.

Eric was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. He kept me informed every step of the way on what he found and was extremely patient through the whole process. I would definitely recommend him and BMW Collision for estimate and work. Unfortunately they don t work on fiberglass bodies and parts so I have to take the car to another place for the work however I know exactly what has to be done and the approximate cost ahead of time. Thank you Eric and BMW.

I have a 2014 BMW X5. They took care of me quickly and efficiently. The workmanship was awesome. Can t even tell anything happened. They matched the paint perfectly! Great job! Rachel was a true professional. She knows her stuff. I would definitely use them again.

I had front bumper of my bmw painted somwhere due to having some chips and scratches and paint wasnt done right. So I looked around and found this place with the best reviews. Called them and talked to a lady and I told her the story. She said paint will be around 1000$. But she has to see it in person to give better price quote. Drove an hour from Delaware and she looked at it and didnt give me a price and said she will email me the estimate. I received an estimate for 2900$. I could order a brand new bumper from bmw with paint for around 1700$. This place is complete rip off. Stay away!

Had a little hiccup with parts availability, but the made the adjustments and dealt with the insurance to get my truck in and out in only a week and a half. Not bad considering the supply chain issues now. Looks good as new.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

This is a follow up review to my initial review to say that I used collision center again (unfortunately) and despite the fact that Bill is no longer there, Eric took very good care of me. The experience of having my car repaired at the BMW Collision Center could not have been better. Rachel was extremely professional in every way, including an accurate estimate of repairs before the work even begin. The work was done in a timely fashion, the quality of the work was excellent, and my car was returned to me in less time than I expected

The service was terrific. My 328' had a damaged side view mirror. It was functional but someone had hit it in a parking lot and knocked off a bunch of trim. I thought I was looking at over $1000 for a new one. But Estimator Stephanie researched whether just replacement parts could be used. She then ordered them and scheduled an appointment for a few days later. Everything was done well and on time. Saved me a bundle! The staff was very professional and courteous. Kudos to Stephanie, Rachel and Anna.

I recently had my windshield replaced here on my BMW as I wanted BMW trained technicians and OEM BMW parts used. Unfortunately, the replacement did not go as planned as one of the windshield sensors was damaged - an unfortunate mistake that can happen to any good shop, regardless of brand affiliation. I gave a 5-star rating because of the outstanding level of customer service I received to resolve the issue. The shop manager personally attended to the issue, including getting me a vehicle loaner at very short notice. Additionally, the dealership kept me appraised of every aspect of the status of the repair, including having the shop foreman answer multiple, detailed technical questions at my request.Nobody likes it when things go wrong with vehicle repairs. But BMW of Annapolis handled this issue with utmost professionalism and care. They completed the repair in a fair and timely manner, fully resolving the issue to my complete satisfaction.

Every time I deal with the Annapolis BMW collision center I am always impressed by their service. They are professional, helpful, communicative and best of all, my car always looks great when they are done. Absolutely recommend these guys and gals.
