Service managers were nice and honest, my vehicle service was top-notch. Repairs are done right and get back faster than the estimate. Only downside is that loaner cars are in short supply, but that's true for most shops around here.

Amazing experience buying a car here! X1 was priced fairly and sales team was attentive and helpful- specifically Grant and Dan. They both ensured things ran smoothly and I was happy before I left. Eric, the Service Manager, immediately took care of a concern I had and got me on the road smoothly!

This is a great place to do business!!! Andrew my salesman held a car for me because I couldn't get there till the next couple of days. I drove 2hrs to look at the car and it was exactly how he described!!! In conjunction with that he also sent real time video and pictures of the vehicle as well!!! Definitely worth the drive to deal with this dealership!!! Very straightforward!!!

I recently had my vehicle serviced at this dealership and wanted to share my great experience. My service advisor, Jane fit me into their schedule to get my vehicle repaired when they were booked solid. They figured out my problem quickly and repaired it quickly as well. The bill was very reasonable and they also helped me troubleshoot my phone with the vehicle. I truly appreciated Jane's professionalism and making me feel at home. I will be back and I am requested Jane as my service advisor. She is great. This dealership is well oiled machine. Keep up the solid work and Happy New Year.

I'm disappointed with BMW of Annapolis. I presented photos showing condensation in my headlight, indicating a defect. They initially dismissed my complaint. Only after I insisted did they acknowledge the issue. This lack of service, and the need to escalate to resolve a clear problem, is unacceptable.

I just wanted to share the wonderful experience my wife and I had at BMW of Annapolis. Since we were from another state, we worked out all the details via email and text prior to coming and they delivered as promised! Dan the General Sales Manager greeted us and had us work with Bryan. Bryan was great to work with. Although he had another customer present he managed to juggle back and forth to assist both parties in a professional and efficient manner. Alexis the Finance Manager was very pleasant and explained all the paperwork details. I did not experience any pressure or upselling at this dealership. Due to time constraints, I wished they had someone explaining the full functions on the vehicle but the X3 has an onboard tutorial with videos to explain all the functions. I would highly recommend BMW of Annapolis for your BMW needs.

Recently bought a M4 Competition, not my first BMW but my first M4. Grant was amazing, we went for a test drive and then I was in and out in less than 1.5 hours with negotiations. Great experience, very nice staff, and I didn t even mind the drive out to Annapolis. Best part they delivered the car to me the next week in Northern Virginia so I didn t have to come back in! Would recommend and do business again with them.

Dan Bailey and team did a fantastic job today. They did an excellent job in showing me the true value of the I4. I was very appreciative of Bryan. Justin,My service advisor is always on top of all my required repairs and maintenance recommendations! I received a warm welcome as I entered the establishment and Annapolis BMW was ready to take my vehicle right away. My Vehicle was Serviced and washed in short order. Excellent service & efficiency always!

This is one of the best service experiences I have had at a BMW dealership. They went out of their way to accommodate an unexpected contingency that I experienced without going into great detail. I would just say that they are real human beings. They were responsive, professional, and timely. Mr. Butler the service advisor made it all happen, but special thanks to the service department manager, lady and also the lady who just started a few days ago, who took care of my situation and I was treated with respect

I really enjoyed my car buying process with the team at BMW of Annapolis. Usually dealerships make me nervous, but this team made me feel comfortable from the moment we met, to when signed the papers. I left the dealership happy. They even called me the next day to confirm that everything was good.Looking forward to my next car with these guys.

Can t thank salesman Bryan Hidalgo and the rest of the team at BMW of Annapolis enough for helping me out. Bryan was extremely knowledgeable about the car I was looking for and kept in communication with me throughout the entire process, from ordering my car to delivery. Bryan was professional and 100% honest and made the whole experience stress free, a rare thing these days when buying a car. On delivery day, everything went extremely smooth, no last minute surprises and Dave in the finance department came through with a fair APR. I m not exaggerating when I say this was the best experiences I ve ever had when purchasing a car. I highly recommend this location if you re looking for a BMW.

Bought a used car from them for my son not BMW related, and not even a week goes by and the check engine light comes on. I let my salesman know and they ask me to take it to a manufacturer dealer to get it diagnosed. I did and it turns out the catalytic converter needed to be replaced. They refused to help cover the $3,500 cost of the repair, although I am sure this was a known issue before I bought the car.

BMW of Annapolis is the best place to buy a new car!! That staff there is par-excellence!! They truly value there customers, the customer service is like no other, communication is consistent and buying a new car there was the best experience I ve ever had!!I highly recommend them if you are on the market to purchase a new vehicle or need a new home base dealership for maintenance.

Jane was super helpful and accommodating. The work got done in a timely fashion and was covered by my extended warranty. My only hiccup was with the call center who misled me on some dealership facts and over promised some things.

Purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from the dealer. Alex the sales man was extremely helpful and I would purchase another car from him and is the only reason they get three stars.Went to financing and everything went smoothly so I thought, was going to finance thru USAA but they said it would take 12 hours to process the loan. So I just took the dealers financing. The next day I came back to the dealership with a check to pay off the loan less than 24 hours had elapsed. I was told that they wouldn t take the check since it was already financed. This is not the first car I have purchased like this, but first time a dealer refused the check.Ally Bank that has no locations in Maryland, they have my loan and now I have to mail them the check to Phoenix AZ while accruing interest everyday.

Service and customer service have always been perfect here. Unfortunately, not this time. To begin at the start of me standing in line no one ask could they help me. After a long while of standing in line one service rep asked how could he help me. I told him I was there to drop off my car and he said ok go stand back in line. If management viewed the video they can see it was a while. This last time I was completely stressed out. The day I was suppose to get my car back, I got no call. The service representative was not working that day. No one bothered to let me know what the status of my car was. I could not even get through to the service department. I called three times and was on hold for 45 mins and then got hanged up on all 3 times. I had to contact my usual sales person and ask him to help me get the status of my vehicle. He did. So I was informed I had to wait for a part that would probably come by Monday. So Monday comes and I did not hear from them. I had to call and finally when I get through to the service rep I informed him that I could not make it by closing so please leave the door unlocked I have the code to start the car. When I get there my car was locked. I had to leave town that night. So I had to go to the airport and rent a car. The car rental was over $300.00 dollars. So did not have a good experience this last time. Thinking about going to another service department. It is a shame. This location is very convenient. I am willing to try them one more time. Maybe this was just an off visit to the BMW of Annapolis. I am dreading the next time I have to go. I am hoping that with this review management can find what issues can be worked on and fix them so this place can be like before. Just to be clear my car had great mechanical service but I did not get good customer service.

Absolutely horrible customer service experience from start to finish. My service advisor, Cory, had an awful attitude. My car service was delayed. They attempted to return my car to me filthy with greasy lubricant all over my new wheel. I won t return for service on either of my vehicles.

Bmw of Annapolis is great. The service is the best car repair service I ever had. Had a little problem getting thru at first to find out the cost but they made up with the service I received. I would tell everyone to use BMW of Annapolis for sale and repair services. . Also Nick my service rep was great, he made mee feel comfortable the minute I walk in. I am so glad I brought my car from BMW of Annapolis.

Terrible customer service experience. I ve been attempting to reach the BMW customer service department for the past 2 weeks now. Every time I call, no one is there to answer (literally just called a few minutes ago). I end up waiting 5-15 minutes each time I call and then I just hang up because no one ever answers. My car has been at the service center since Jan. 2nd. I need to pay for the diagnostic that was performed. I was told that I d be able to pay online, but I never received a link to pay, only the invoice. My service consultant, Dontae Butler, has been seemingly unreachable. Earlier in the month he stated that he had been off for the past few days, which i understand. I spoke to a lady who stated that she would relay the message to Mr. Butler, but I haven t received any response back from him. I was also told by this same lady that I am not being charged for car storage, and I hope that this is still the case. I even sent Dontae an email on January 11th about me needing to pay for my diagnostic but I have yet to receive a reply. This has been, in short, a horrific customer service experience. Im nearly certain that this review will receive a reply quicker than I will actually hear from someone from the service department, or Dontae Butler, my assigned service consultant.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I visited this dealership (BMW of Annapolis) on 11/11/23 to get an alignment. I waited for almost 3 hours before receiving a text that my car was ready. After I paid, my service advisor Nick told me they couldn t get my car aligned all the way because of an issue with the front of my car. This information was never provided while I was waiting which I believe was done intentionally. They let me leave with the same issue (car swaying/drifting) as when I arrived at their dealership yet charged me $150. They had a duty to inform me of any issue they discovered while attempting to perform the work so that I could elect to have them diagnosed the problem further and/or fix it. On my ride home, my car was driving worst than before so I pulled over and immediately called the dealership to complain. I spoke to service advisor Nick about the condition of my car which yielded no resolve. I also left messages for the service manager and general manager about the issue. Later the same day, a different service advisor (Justin) called to say he got an email saying to call me about an issue. He s not a manager neither was he my service advisor so he shouldn t have been the person to call me. The conversation with Justin went exactly nowhere as he cannot make decisions on a resolution to my issue. On 11/13/23 the service manager called me with a defensive attitude. He wouldn t take accountability of their mistake and he refused to rectify the situation in any way even though they didn t complete the service I had paid for and failed to give me critical information that would ve/could ve helped yield a better result with my car. The general manager has yet to call me back. I really feel discriminated against each time I visit this dealership because they try to make me feel inadequate in many ways. They try to diminish my vehicle because it s mileage and year even though I see other customers of a different race with older vehicles being serviced. They make me wait longer than some walk in customers, they don t provide proper advice about vehicle service, and they fail to provide proper inspection reports that are legible. I will never visit this dealership again.

I ve been with BMW for 15+ years and never had a problem I typically go to the Owensmills location, but I blew a tire and had my car towed to Annapolis since I was in Glen Burnie the woman that Wait on me at the service desk was very rude and nasty for no reason . I was ask her questions and she never acknowledge and wouldn t answered any of my questions. To the point The young lady next to her had to get off the phone and answer all the questions very (racist ) I won t ever return to that location! I guess I was the wrong color???

Excited and grateful are only a few words to express my thoughts when I think of the truly exceptional service experience I received by Justin Phipps (Service Manager) and his service personnel at BMW of Annapolis during my recent visit on April 9, 2024.On our 2013 X5, we needed emergency service because our hood latch was stuck. I believe the hood cable was honestly evaluated, and thoroughly repaired in an efficient and timely manner. This outstanding service is customary and what keeps me coming back to BMW of Annapolis. I highly recommend this service center to everyone.

Big shout out to Zack Morrow. He made everything easy. Sent him the car I wanted worked a deal was direct strait forward and no games. My car was cleaned gassed and ready when I got there - everything he promised was fulfilled. Ask for Zack if you're in the market for a car!

Service Waiting area is sub par, lacking and very poor for this decade. The dealership should consider am Infrastructure update project. Though i hate to i will have to go to Passport BMW in the future for the beautiful comfortable and updated spacious and modern facilities.
