This was our first purchase from this dealership and everything went super smoothly. We never felt pressured at all and they gave us all of our options and allowed us to make the best choice for our family. Thank you so much TC and Marva for helping my husband get the car he's wanted for as long as I can remember!

This was my first purchase from this dealer. Very friendly staff. I felt right at home. They went over and beyond to get the vehicle I wanted. I had a great buying experience! Will definitely be back for my next vehicle purchase. Thank you, Danny, for your help and generosity. Till next time!!

I have had the worst experience with Bayside. We have bought multiple Jeeps at this location when it was Adams but since its changed the service has gone so down hill. I decided to give Bayside a second chance when I needed something easy like a new wiper fluid reservoir. Mine cracked and was leaking so I called Bayside to make an appointment for a new one. They told me to bring it in 5 days later. When I dropped it off they kept my car over 24 hours and didn't contact us to pick it up until we called them. When we called and assumed they were working on the problem they just confirmed the problem (that I already told them) and said they would need to order the part! So why did I have a scheduled appointment if you didn't do anything prior to that. When I picked my car up they charged me $231... not for the part that they haven't yet ordered or installed but for an issue my car had that I didn't even ask them to "look" at.So I called and asked them to explain this charge and Brittany G started off the conversation very defensively saying we signed for them to look at this other issue and would never look at something without it being signed by the owner first. I asked if she could give me the date and time of that signature and send it over. She replied "I have a very large pile of papers" okay....I asked if she would look anyway and she said she would call and email me THAT DAY when she found it. It has been exactly 2 weeks. I have yet to hear from Brittany G and have not heard about the water bottle part that they ordered for my car. I wouldn't go back anyway for the service because they quoted me $700 to put this simple part in my car (if you google it says it costs max $100) but its the principle of calling someone back and having good service. Which they don't. This is not the first time I've had an issue like this with Bayside not to mention they keep you waiting to check out for so long!! But it will be the last time I go there and will not be buying our future jeeps from them.

I remember the good old days when you took your vehicle to the dealership for a fair price on maintenance. $220 just to look at it? Insane. Then you see the estimate of repairs and you can understand why they have to charge that. It was enough to make you wonder if you should just buy a new vehicle, but maybe that was the point. Also $35 for a spark plug? ReallyWell I did receive a voicemail from the dealership. After an attempt yesterday and 30 minutes worth of trying today I finally spoke with a manager. He attempted to have me remove my rating for a refund of the diagnostic fee. I guess that is a great way to keep the stars above a four. Needless to say I turned it down and decided to add to my review.

I worked with Jeffrey on the purchase of a new vehicle and had a great experience. Jeffrey was knowledgeable, willing to answer any/all questions, and fun to work with. He cared about our needs and helping us find the right vehicle. I wouldn t hesitate to work with Jeffrey again or send family/friends his way.

I never write bad reviews but I am this time. I have bought multiple vehicles from this dealership and have been a loyal service customer for over 15 years. I will NEVER use Bayside again.I had an insurance repair that I brought to Bayside to work the front end because I trusted them. Brittany told me she would work with the insurance company to address any growth in the work from the estimate I had from the insurance company. My first sign was when she didn't even copy the entire estimate. When I picked up the vehicle, I pointed out that the cost was significantly higher than what had been approved. She tried to look at a couple of things but basically said that it is what it is.When I worked the rest of the claim with the body shop, the insurance company rejected most of the dealership cost. When we went back to Bayside, the response was that I had approved the work so it was on me. Yes, I approved Brittany's recommendation with her assurances she was going to work with the insurance company. Now I'm told, too bad, it's on me, because I approved the work. Thanks to this mismanagement and lack of response, I am now paying over $1,200 out of my pocket, for an accident that wasn't even my fault. Congratulations, you have lost a good, long term customer.

I have not had the opportunity since my purchase to use their service team, but the sales and finance side were fantastic. I was able to trade my Jeep for a new one that I am enjoying thoroughly. Dave did a great job pulling all the parts together and making sure the experience was seamless and actually enjoyable.

Very happy with our experience at Bayside and working with Jeffery. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and professional without ever being pushy or demanding. Management staff (Kenny) were equally great to work with.

I made an appointment yesterday to have my Jeep looked at, and it was a great experience going to Bayside. Brittany in the service department was prompt, polite, and excellent to work with. They made the repairs and changed the oil all before 3 PM. Thank you!

The service department will never call you back. I purchased a 2017 SmartCar through Bayside Kia of Waldorf and got a service plan that should be recognized at all Bayside dealers. While they would recognize my plan for a standard oil change, Bayside refused to service anything except that. I would ask about various problems (my car alarm kept going off in the cold, driver's side windshield wiper arm broke and needed replacement, wanted my fan belt changed - all separate incidents) and would get told the service department would call me back. NOTICE: they never call back. I would have to call every day and chase the service department for answers for weeks, in the end I was finally told they won't do any service on the smartcar, despite the service plan and having purchased it from Bayside. I ended up having to take it to Bayside of Waldorf after twisting their arm about selling me a useless service plan to have the wiper arm changed because Annapolis refused to service. In the end I gave up on trying to get Annapolis to service the smartcar. My service plan expired and I did not get the service I needed via the plan. I regret buying the service plan - was not worth it.

Let s just start off that I am very pleased with my new purchase not only is the vehicle in a great shape but it was exactly what I was searching for in a vehicle. The staff was outstanding and handled the process so smoothly for a car dealership. I also have to thank my salesman Patrick who made the purchase 10x easier. I highly recommend this dealership over many others in the area. Thanks again

Let's just start by saying I've bought many, many cars from this dealership. Kenny has been wonderful to work with. The sale manager made the process very stress free.

Mike, the sales guy, was cool. Straightforward and direct.However.A flap on the right side of the front seat interior was hanging loose during the test drive. I was told this would be fixed. It was not.I arrived with loan financing already, but they wanted to check for new offers. Car salespeople love doing this. I hate it. I said they could run it for exactly one other bank. They ran my credit 5 times.5 times, they ran my credit.Which, as anyone knows, looks terrible on your credit report.5 times.I did not approve of this. I specifically asked for it not to be done.Point of fact, the interest rate they achieved was WORSE than the offer I already had from my own bank.I will not be returning to this location. I will not be recommending other people to visit. I am very disappointed. Even when these dealerships tell you they will be above board, it is all lies. It's a shame, too. I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future, and taking my car to a mechanic to make sure they didn't saddle me with a malfunctioning vehicle, else it will certainly be returned.

The staff at Bayside are beyond accommodating. Brittany Gniazdowski went above and beyond to help me with my son's car. Her customer service was top notch. I highly recommend Bayside to anyone.

Thanks for a great purchase experience! I had not initially considered a Jeep Gladiator. I am glad I decided to go look and take one for a drive. It checked all the boxes. TJ was a terrific sales associate and did a great job answering my questions. I wanted to work with and support a local dealer and Bayside definitely made a me feel welcome.Update -This is NOT a retraction of my original experience, which was exceptional. This is specifically to address the finance company Stellantis. They are incompetent. They called numerous times to collect for an on-time payment that was withdrawn from my account weeks prior, saying I was past due. I received no proactive call from Stellantis for an appropriate resolution despite numerous calls from me. Their Google reviews speak volumes, with 61 reviews averaging 1.3 stars. While Bayside Jeep does a great job, unfortunately the financial company they are saddled with is utter garbage. PLEASE shop and buy from Bayside, but DO NOT use Stellantis Financial as a lender if at all possible. If I could terminate this Stellantis lease and start over with Bayside from scratch, I would do it.

It is refreshing to buy from a car dealership that is straightorward and honest. Everyone we met was a pleasure to work with. We bought a '24 Jeep Rubicon. 4XE. The salesman, Dave spent a lot of time going over everything with us. He setup our phones, and made sure we were comfortable with all the features before driving it off the lot. We traveled about 200 miles round trip to make this purchase and would gladly do it again!

Horrible. Don't buy or service a jeep here. Have owned multiple jeeps. Current model (Gladiator) has frequent sensor problems (not dealer problem) as did our prior (Wrangler). But service could not solve on our current or prior jeep, refused to honor current warranty on the new vehicle, and just returned the jeep from service (4 days!!!) with same problems on the dash warnings after charging us over $400. Don't fall for the scam that this place is; incompetent crooks from top to bottom at this place. Run don't walk to ANY other jeep dealer.

Like any dealership, the prices are at a premium... But the diagnosis is accurate and the repairs are on point. My only complaint is that (for the premium price) they don't include the cursory interior clean up that most other dealerships do.

Very satisfied with the used Pacifica Hybrid we purchased, but the team was pretty incompetent at making a sale to out of state buyers. It took us over a week to make the purchase and seemed like we had to hold their hands through it. Issues encountered included:- Sales person did not know how to use PDFs or MS Word and was unable to reply to either texts or emails and keep my partner and I both in copy. This made making a purchase remotely from out of state really hard.- Unfamiliar with the tax credit for used clean vehicles (EVs), and refused to provide us with documentation that the IRS website says dealers are required to provide to buyers.- Repeatedly claimed the car was a certified pre-owned vehicle (it had slightly too many miles) until we asked for details of the terms.- Apparently sent title documents to our State's DMV without the required signatures from the dealership (still waiting for this to be resolved).- Shipped the car without the charging cable. We had to call and have them mail it.- More issues I have forgotten

The sales people are great. This 1 star review is solely for the service center. Absolutely horrible communication (and even blatant lies, like telling me a part that was needed was back ordered and could take days, weeks, months, there s no way of knowing only to have the Easton Jeep get the part for me in 2 days. Annapolis Jeep scheduled me for a Friday but then told me they couldn t look at the car until the following week (why did I make an appointment?). They then kept my car for a full week with little communication and then gave me the car back, telling me it was safe to drive, with all the lights still activated on the dash. The car felt completely off when driving it; nothing was fixed. Going to the Easton Jeep was by FAR a better experience - worth the drive for the friendly staff, great communication, and quick turnaround.

Good experience here. No pressure like some dealers. Test drive, short conversation and advised I will consider their vehicle. TC was the salesperson, nice young man.

Great dealership all around! Very easy closing process. Was in and out quickly and on the road in my new Jeep. Best buying experience I've ever had.

If 0 stars was an option that would be my review! Sprint don't walk in the other direction of the Service Department. My horrible experience started the end of June when I had a funny sound on when driving my van. It sounded like a washing machine. When I took it to my mechanic he told me it was either an engine or transmission issue. I ended up dropping my van off at the Dodge/Chrysler Dealership on 6/29 for them to look into this issue. They then proceeded to tell me that it was my AC Compressor and that it would be fixed by July 7th. I never heard anything more from the dealer and called to find out the status on Friday, July 7th. To their surprise and mine the AC Compressor was on backorder when they said that they had ordered it on Monday July 3rd and it was in stock. I was told that they were calling around to other dealerships to see if they could purchase it and get it in sooner. When we talked to Corporate we were told because of the circumstances that we should be able to have the rentals covered. My family went on vacation July 9th for 5 days and while on vacation I called the dealership once again for a status updated. They were still having issues locating the part. My husband and I then went to corporate to see if this could be expedited because this was absolutely ridiculous. Corporate apparently was able to ship the part to the dealer but it would be in until July 18th. I called the dealer on July 18th to see if the AC Compressor came into the shop. I was told that it did and that it would take 1-2 days. This was on a Tuesday! I called on Thursday and was told it was still not ready and had not even been put up yet. The best case scenario was July 21st but expect Monday, July 24th. I had another rental at this time because I have 3 kids and need transportation. On July 21st, I got a call from the dealership that the AC Compressor was put in, but that they realized that my van needed a new transmission. To note, this transmission wasn t even a year old because it went on I-95 in August 2022 and was replaced. They were able to give me a loaner though.I called the next week multiple times and left messages with no response. I finally got the person that was in charge of my phone to pick up on Monday July 31st. I was told that it was no longer my transmission, but my fly wheel that needed to be replaced. This really didn t make any sense, because according to my father and mechanic if it was my flywheel my car would not have worked at all. So I said sure, how long is this going to take? I was told it would take a week. I finally got my van back on August 8th.Within 2 days we noticed that the RPM needle would go from 0 to the other side and back multiple times when accelerating (very similar to when my transmission went in Augu 2022). We figured it was getting acclimated to not being driven in months and put it off. Then August 14th my check engine light came on. When I called the dealership about this issue I was told I could drop it off and they would fit it in somewhere in the next 2 weeks. I was not entitled to a rental and that it was my responsibility. This was very frustrating because with the economy spending thousands every 2 weeks on a rental while I wait for the dealership to assess the situation of the check engine light and the RPM needle would be very expensive. And to tell a customer this is bad customer service. I was also very certain it was my transmission due to the year prior when I had the same issue. We ended up looking for a new van not a Chrysler or Dodge product. By luck we were able to get a new 2023 Toyota Sienna in a week. When I went to trade in my Dodge Grand Caravan I was told they couldn t give me as much because there is an issue with the transmission. This is infuriating because the Bayside Dodge/Chrysler Dealership gave me my van back and said everything was perfect after backtracking on needing a new transmission. I don t know what kind of business they are in, but it is very shady and unprofessional.

If a dealer can't provide a loaner car for a recall that takes longer than 48 hours for service, you can't trust them with your next purchase.

Just bought a 2019 Challenger from Ussman. Great salesman, didn't have to haggle it out over a good price. My wife and son picked a car they liked right off the lot and test drove it by doing donuts in the Navy Stadium parking lot. Happy customer.

They have had my car for over 21 days, power train warranty on my transmission, I have been extremely calm. They refuse to fix my car and will not give me a loaner. They will not give me a car while they will not fix the issue with their car that is under warranty. I know the people on site are not to blame but I have a job that relies on my car and this is unbelievable

I had a fantastic experience at Bayside Jeep Service! The team was incredibly attentive, and Kellie's friendly demeanor and expertise were evident from the moment I arrived. She went above and beyond to ensure my Jeep received (and continues to receive) top-notch service and addressed my concerns with professionalism. Bayside Jeep Service is undoubtedly a go-to place for any Jeep owner, and Kellie's exceptional customer service skills make it even more worthwhile. Highly recommended!
