They did matching Redwood leather on my doors as my seats in my new car. it was a perfect match even down to the stitching. they worked well with me through the whole process, completed the project in the time they said it would be done. would deff have work done there again.

Bay Country replaced the headliner in my Porsche Cayman S (Chronic problem with Porsche's) and they did an excellent job of not only matching the fabric (which Porsche doesn't make anymore) but of installing an entirely new headliner. The car was done on-time and the vehicle was clean when I got it back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR WORK! A+

Went in to get a quote on a 24' foot boat upholstery redone. I can't speak to their work since they stood outside talking about the features of one of the guys new truck and left us standing in the office while they periodically looked at us through the window. It's great that this place does well enough for itself that it just doesn't care about new business but as a customer that is pretty unprofessional.

These folks have created two complete interiors for my vintage cars, as well as repairing seats in two late model BMWs, several Mercedes, a vintage Jaguar, and other cars I've forgotten. Also repaired boat canvas for me. AND they upholstered and lined a trunk for a 1938 Packard. Their work is beautiful and they will take on jobs that other shops run from. Very highly recommended.

Went yesterday and got sunroof glass replaced. First off they broke my sunvisor on the passenger side and said they didn't do it. They didn't offer to fix it. They proceeded to tell me it was already broke. Which it wasn't when I dropped it off. When I picked my car up it was hanging off the headliner. Then I go to open my sunroof to vent position I hear this loud cracking noise. I thinking my glass is breaking. So I took a paper towel and wipe. It has all this glass that was not cleaned out in the track. So I am royally pissed off. I paid all this damn money and get my car back with a piece broken that wasn't when I dropped it off. I will never in life use them again. I'm sorry my insurance company referred me to them.

I had a problem with my head liner and vista sun roof. The dealership said it was a major job, Bay Country Custom fix the problem in 10 mins. "Fantastic service , I am truly grateful.

Very poor customer service from the owner himself. I dropped off bench cushions for my son's boat the weekend after mother's day. I was told they wouldn't be done until the end of June. I was ok with that... I called right before Father's Day for an eta, was told that it would be the end of June. I was ok with that since that is what I was told originally. I called Wednesday the 26th of June, Mike, the owner, answered the phone, I asked for an eta on the cushions, he said he hadn't even started them and that he was planning to start them on Monday July 1st. I asked why, when I said I spoke to you two weeks ago and you once again said the end of June and now you are telling me that you aren't even starting them until the beginning of July. I said these are a gift for my son and was hoping to have them this weekend. He immediately got very defensive and rude and said " what do you want me to do, they aren't done, we have been working around the clock"..it was as if I was wrong for asking why my seat were not even started yet. He was not budging, and was getting ruder by the minute. I was in the middle of asking if he would please call me when they were finished when he hung up on me!!! I called back and asked why he just hung up on me and he said the conversation was over. I went home sick to my stomach, I called around and my co-worker's called everyone they knew to see if we could get these done at least by the 4th but we could not...I felt so bad and didn't understand the very poor way that I was treated. One of the other employees called me on Friday the 28th and said my cushions were finished...I went right in the get them and thanked him, but was hoping to see the owner, Mike... the seats are nice, there was a lot of pencil marks on them, but they are nice. The young man that was there was very nice. but unfortunately , I will not go back there again. He caused me two days of being upset and sick to my stomach over how i was treated... I will not refer anyone to him either...he could have just said, I can see you are upset, let me see what I can do, because obviously they got them done 48 hrs later....Just because you are the owner does not mean that you can treat people that way... i work hard for my money, money that I gave to your business....but never again, perhaps Mike, the owner, you should think twice about how to talk to people...

When I called (male) $250 quote. When my sister who owned the car called, it was $350 (same work). The work is fine, but not happy with pricing.

Jake replaced the 10-year-old leather in 2 of the seats of my old car. They look and feel like new. For a new car, Jake and I collaborated on a design for two cushions that he built for a driver's seat that had been bothering my low back. Result: Back pain eliminated. He even matched the color, material, and stitching on both cushions to the seat. Great work!

Horrible customer service and 0 communication sloppy work ethic and the seat i payed for was finally fixed there was a grease spot from the drill he used to put my seat back in... Terrible
