Had aftermarket suspension stabilizers that were installed out of state improperly Austin met me almost instantly on his driveway and slid under the vehicle, and proceeded to go to work. Within 30 minutes the problem was fixed and I was on my way. I am so happy that I found a mechanic near Annapolis who can do pretty much anything. I have already decided to bring more work to Austin and his shop. Great job!

In my three years as a truck driver, never had road service like this, not only did he find the problem in less than 15 minutes, but also Austin and his team check all the areas to make sure I wouldn t have any problems in the road again, price was fair and I received a text message from him this morning asking if I got home ok, like who does this NOBODY.El mejor mec�nico en el �rea recomendado 100%

They got to us in 20 minutes and once they had the part only took like 15 to get it changed. Couldn t ask for nicer or better service. Upfront with all the pricing, would definitely use again

We had scheduled a trip with our RV when we found out there were issues with the truck brakes and the rv wiring. We contacted Austin, the owner and he met us where the rv was stored. He diagnosed the problems, ordered parts, and had us back on the road. Such competence, courteous, professional service! My RV had a check engine light come on in Kansas while traveling to Maryland. Kansas mechanic said I could make it to Maryland or stay have an unplanned stay in Kansas for three or more weeks. I choose travel to Maryland. Once in Maryland, I visited or called every Rv dealership and diesel mechanic I could find. I explained that I had a GLOW plug out and wanted to replace all of the glow plugs since I rig is a 2009 and am pretty sure none of the glow plugs had been replaced. To my shock, no one would take the job until I called Baltimore-Annapolis auto, truck and trailer service.I spoke with Austin. He said no problem and that the job shouldn't take long or cost an arm and a leg. Fortunately only two of the glow plugs broke. It took little longer then I had hoped but the job was completed and didn't cost an arm and a leg. The job was professionally handled and I am very happy with the results. I am now traveling again without any dash-lights screaming at me.I would highly recommend this company for any RV/diesel need. Austin responds to texts and calls quickly. His location is fairly easy to get to off of Route 50/301/450 in the Crownsville area.Service: Engine repair

Service was prompt and extremely knowledgeable. I had a small problem with my travel trailer on a family vacation. Even though he was extremely busy, he took this time to help my out, meet me where my trailer was stopped, fixed my problem, and even explained to me how to troubleshoot and repair in the future so the next time I can do it myself. Austin is Awesome! I was broken down in Maryland on I95 North due to my tractor brakes locking up. It was late afternoon on a Friday and I called about 20 different service techs but they were all either booked up for the night or closing up for the weekend. Austin was the only one that kept an open line of communication while he was also extremely busy. He wasn't able to come out that Friday night but he made me a priority the following morning. He came with is assistant Paul and I was highly impressed with their work and expertise. I highly recommend Austin and Paul to anyone in need of a diesel technician in and around the Baltimore, Maryland area. Your satisfaction will be guaranteed.Service: Brakes

My fianc� and I were bringing home an equipment trailer when the tire failed and came completely off, being 13 hours from home we called 6 different places and this is the only one who answered the call on a Sunday and took the time out of there day to make sure we were taken care of! Austin is amazing! I stumbled upon him after being scammed by a road service call. He came and took care of my truck. He advised of other issues he saw and he came back to make the repairs. If I m not on site he always sends pictures of what he s working on and also the finished product (I m thankful for that). I wanted to thank Austin Tritt for the outstanding job he did to get us back on the road. We were three hours into our trip to Bowie Maryland when the outlet tube for the turbo came off, as it was cracked and sucking air. We were able to reattach somewhat to drive an additional hour and a half. Finally arriving at 12:30am. It was a Saturday and was not sure if we could find the part or even get it installed. I called the truck service and Austin answered the phone. Giving him some information he was quick to respond and get us the part and come to us and install it. He saved us from a very pricy tow bill and another nights stay. We greatly appreciate him going above and beyond to help my family and myself out. If we are ever in the area and in need of service we will not hesitate to call Austin. Very reasonable on pricing and kept me informed with his time of arrival.Thank you again Austin for everything We will recommend you to everyoneChrissy

After being taken advantage of by another shop I was left with a non running truck. So I was looking for a reliable mechanic and was referred by a close friend. I call Austin and informed him that I ll need a tow to his shop. His reply was save your money and he ll bring the shop to me . They showed up as scheduled. Not a minute behind. Soon after bam the truck was running. I was very happy so far. Then came the time to pay the bill. Because they were able to repair a few parts instead of buying everything new I was charged well under the quoted price. By far the best experience I ve ever had with a mechanic. I would definitely recommend Austin for your auto maintenance! He demonstrated skill and was very knowledgeable and able to troubleshoot my needs without physically seeing my car! Great experience, Austin is a great mechanic one of my trucks was coming down interstate 95 southbound and the truck got stuck in 16th gear and wouldn't come out of gear I called him and told him what was happening to the truck without coming there to diagnose the problem he told me exactly what was wrong anyways long story short he got the parts and came out fixed the truck right on the side of 95 most people would have taken advantage of situation came out to diagnose the situation just to say u need to be towed somewhere then they might get it fixed sometime next week. this is my second time dealing with mr Austin I wish there was a mr Austin in New York he would b the only person to work on my trucks thank you Austin this is Mr HustonServices: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Brakes
