Good people there all around and there is an above average waiting room. The car service was fast for a reprogramming recall, tire rotation, and cabin air filter - a little over an hour. Katie's good communication and positive attitude made the experience 5 stars for a car service

They have always treated me well. Service has been great. I haven't had great luck with dealers but Bayside has been good overall. Bought 2 vehicles from them and do my service there. They have earned my trust and respect. I feel in general they are fair and real with me. Other dealers aren't quite like that in the area. Worth trying.

I have been going to Annapolis Bayside Nissan Service for eight years, and have experienced consistent, transparent and helpful service from their entire staff. My Nissan just hit 200K miles, and I sense that the maintenance I ve had with Bayside Service has been key to my car s longevity since 2014. They thoroughly service the car, communicate options when issues arrive, and remain professional when I have further questions. Zeek especially has been wonderful. Anthony was a gem. He was well versed in the specifics of the work being done and was professional, personable and helpful. He made a costly repair manageable.I have used Bayside since 2016 when I bought my pathfinder. I have also used them for general service on our other cars as well. I have no words to express my gratitude for the excellent service Bayside Nissan provided.They repaired my car so quickly, and they did an excellent job!But not only that, they went above and beyond to help me, not only with repairing the car itself, but with dealing with my warranty provider.I m not exaggerating when I say I will only take my car to them whenever I need something, and I m already planning on buying my future cars from them. I sat at the service area for 4 hours for an oil change, which is not acceptable. I have been bringing my Nissan vehicles to this location for years and the person that waited on me acted like I was the dumbest person on earth even after I explained that fact to her. Instead of making sure that I was being taken care of properly, they were spending their time playing soccer with one of the employee's child in the waiting area. No, I didn't end up paying for my service but, it was still a bitter pill to swallow. The employees need to get their priorities in order and take care of the customers.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

I had service done on my car for the second time since moving to the area. The service rep, Kaitlynne Carter, was excellent. She went above and beyond her resonsibilites to make sure I was completely satisfied with my service. If anyone wants great service on their Nissan cars in the Annapolis area, I highly recommend asking for Ms. Carter.Service: Auto maintenance

I came in to get a battery replaced in the car key. Steve Pennell was so kind, helpful, and considerate that I felt comfortable having the oil change done that was coming up. Jennifer "Jenn" Kellermann was so helpful and quickly got the team to work on my truck. After the complimentary inspection, it was noted that I needed breaks done. They did it right then. This saved me time and kept me safe. This was my first visit to this dealership, but it will not be my last. Anthony has been my service provider for the last 2 years. His customer service is outstanding and he always educates me on taking care of my vehicle. Anthony always makes certain that the shuttle is available to transport me back home for work and picks me up on time. Mr. Ellis (shuttle driver) is very courteous and is a great driver. I feel safe being escorted to and from the dealership. Both Anthony and Mr. Ellis are 5 star employees to Nissan in my book. Between the both of them I have an excellent experience in getting both my Nissan Pathfinder's serviced. There is no long wait for service and I'm grateful for that. I usually don t take the time to fill out public questionnaires, however, after having my Nissan Pathfinder serviced at Bayside Nissan, I wanted to acknowledge how impressed I am with their staff. I had a transmission problem and they fixed it quickly and kept me informed. They were knowledgeable and friendly. Dennis and his team also pointed out some additional services that my vehicle needed. The good news was they prioritized what needed to be done soon and what could be done later. There wasn t the high pressure sales tactics that some dealerships have when it comes to service. As always, Bayside Nissan went above and beyond for me. They provided door to door shuttle service to and from my office and offered complimentary services since I purchased my car there. They are supposed to rotate the tires and they say they do, but it's a lie because one of the rims on my car is scratched and that rim is always in the same place. The service includes car wash, it was part of what I paid when I bought the car, but they didn't wash the car. At beginning the service was excellent, but since the pandemic began in 2020, the quality of service has dropped dramatically. On the other hand, not everything is bad, the staff is very friendly and nice; the experience of dealing with them is pleasant.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Walked in looking for a 4X4 suv and the first thing they showed me was an all wheel Lexus. They clearly didn't listen and could not have cared less to make the sale. I bet the service department hold the same standard. It's to bad cuz I love Nissan vehicles.

I went here to get a key made and order floor mats. And will be going back for a recall appointment I have to make. I would recommend this business to my family and friends. On April 18 I went to Bayside Nissan to get my air conditioner serviced. Turns out my ac compressor had a hole in it. The part was ordered and the professional team of mechanics installed my new air conditioner unit and serviced it now my truck ac is working great. Anthony is the best and explains every thing that needs to be done, very pleased with his professional demeanor.

Technicians failed to replicate the issue; so they claimed the HVAC system is operating as specified. I was able to replicate the issue at the shop in the front parking lot after a few minutes. The service manager refused to acknowledge or share the information with the technician. The service departments listening skills need improvement from top to bottom. Disappointing. I won't buy another vehicle from Bayside Nissan. Unfortunately, I have a service contract with them. Hopefully another Nissan Dealership will honor that agreement. I took my Rogue in for service on Sat, 2/27 to have my tire checked. It needed a new tire and it was recommended that I do not drive my vehicle until the tire was replaced. The tire was not in stock; however it could be ordered and the repair could be completed on Mon. I was offered a loaner to accommodate me for the weekend. I was updated on Monday of when my vehicle was going into the shop and when the work would be completed. I was called again saying my vehicle was ready for pick up. Everyone in the service department is always so friendly and professional Thank you Bayside Nissan for your excellent service.Services: Tires, Auto interior vacuuming, Oil change

Bayside is THE best dealership i have ever been too. Great people and great service! Everyone in there is friendly and positive. They really try to take care of you and get you the best deal. I feel like they are very honest and don't try to get you to do something that you don't want or need. Made original appointment online for 15,000 mile service. Since it was my first visit to Bayside they did basic maintenance and service at no charge and I appreciated that. My only question is why was 15,000 mile service not done or even questioned? Multi-point inspection even listed items necessary and they were all relative to the 15,000 mile service. Assume that I will now have to schedule another appointment soon. I probably should have made mention when I took the car. It was cool. Originally went in for a recall and an oil change. They ran out of the part for the recall, so I have to go back when the part is in stock. The oil change, however, became a bit troublesome. At first they were handing my keys back to me, when the mechanic came back needing them because he forgot to put the new oil filter on. Which cause my car to leak oil from the time they drove it out of the shop. Second, after that happened the mechanic had to replace all oil that was lost. And finally, when I got my keys back a second time; the mechanic came back to double check everything before I could drive off. After all has happened, I am a bit frustrated and untrusting with the service. And also disappointed with the amount of nonchalance or negligence that happened. Everyone was very apologetic about the situation. I am confused as to how we can drag out and be forgetful about a simple service.

My steering wheel was squeaking and was fixed in a timely manner! The employees were very upfront with me about the repair which is something I'm anxious about as a woman going to get her car fixed. I also appreciate the free car wash coupons! Definitely come to Bayside Nissan! They changed my perception of dealerships for sure. However, I did see one employee was unmasked during my visit and I did not appreciate that.Service: Steering & suspension repair

This was by far the BEST car buying experience EVER. The sales people are great and friendly. We went to see Luciano and he was super helpful. I had to take my daughter with me and while I signed my papers he kept her entertained the whole time. I would definitely recommend this dealership and will hopefully do business with them in the future. Thank you everyone that helped us today!

I needed to diagnose an acceleration issue. Anthony was the technician and he was very thorough, asked me for background info and spotted the problem quickly. He has excellent people skills and I was impressed by his professionalism. I will take the car to a muffler expert who has worked on the car in the past and can replace that bad gasket. Worst car buying experience of my life. Once Ryan sold me the car that was it. I was given a dirty car. I was told the interior would be cleaned it wasnt. I had to take the car in to have some touch up paint work done and when I picked up my car there was a new scratch on the door. All the awful things you hear about cars salemen happened to me with this purchase. The finance person was so rude hung up on me because I was upset with the bad service I received. I truly wish I had never purchased a car from this company.Service: Auto detailing

I ve been a customer for about 2 years after having purchased 2 cars in 1 day. I use the service center at Bayside exclusively because I trust them to do my oil changes and maintenance correctly. I think they re honest - they don t do more repairs or maintenance in an effort to make more money. I appreciate that. My visit was in response to a recall notice as well as to address the remote access startup function on my key fob. Surprise!! A nail was discovered in my tire!Staff was amazing! They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Location was clean and comfortable.At the close of my visit, I was not only granted a free car wash but a very humble gentleman stepped up to assist me in operating my remote startup fob! It was shared that he was the General Manager! And he had the Midas touch - it worked for him. Unfortunately, it hasn't worked for me since! I'll be back.Despite my temperamental fob, I was completely pleased with my visit, the service and above all else, the staff who worked in excellence. Zeke, Zach, Caitlyn, the kind gentleman who met me incoming and the equally kind gentleman who me me outgoing. Bayside Nissan kept its promise - Simple. Honest. Dennis and my service advisor, Zeek, ALWAYS go above and beyond to make my experience exceptional. I drive all the way from Waldorf (50+ minutes) to get my car serviced. I always bring my Nissan Rogue for scheduled maintenance to this dealer and have been consistently pleased with the service I've received. Thanks to their reliable oversight of my 2016 vehicle, I have never had a single maintenance issue between scheduled visits. I called the day prior to get my ecu reflashed and was able to get an appointment the next day! Everyone was very polite and helpful. Zeke was great and answered all my questions during the check in process. I really appreciate getting squeezed in last minute. It was apparent you guys were very busy, but everyone was still smiling :)
