The Sales Consultant Mo was amazing and helped so much. Over the years I have bought many vehicles but never as smooth of a process as the one Mo provided. As long as he is around, he will be my family's go to Consultant. Mo is the reason I made a deal.

I was promptly get right when I walked in, I told them what I was looking for and he took me to the vehicle I asked for. Then we negotiated pricing and we came to an agreement with in ten minutes. The guy who did our financing did not try to sell us on a single thing, only explained the options and respected our decision. Then our sales person person went over the vehicle and explained the features we had and we were gone. The entire process took about a hour and a half to two hours.

I visited Hyundai Annapolis as part of my car search journey and was greeted by Zach who made the entire process from start to finish as seamless as possible! He is very kind, professional, and knowledgeable to make sure I walked away with a car that is right for me. Out of the sea of dealerships in the area, this was by far the best car shopping experience and I recommend to everyone to work with Zach!

For the past week, I have been searching for one specific car by Hyundai. I did my research, went to multiple Hyundai locations who had overpriced the vehicle and say it's the SALE PRICE (when it's actually the BASE MSRP). Do your research on the MSRP on any car you want and make sure you get a SPECIAL/SALE PRICE lower than the MSRP. Annapolis Hyundai was my last option before I made my decision on who had the best deal. I was referred by a friend to look for a guy name, "Shawn" as my sales rep for the Annapolis Location. Once she told me, I read to see if he had any reviews and he did. Shawn had a good amount of five-star reviews on YELP and I was SOLD he was the right person for me.I woke up and made sure I was at the location by 9am sharp when the Annapolis Hyundai opened. When I walked in, a salesman greeted me instantly and I asked if "Shawn" works here and it was him. He greeted me and listened to my interests of a specific car I wanted. He was very straight forwarded, honest and NEVER pressured me into buying just any car on their lot. I couldn't of asked for a better salesman through this process. Steve, the Sales Manager, was also great at assisting Shawn in helping me get the best deal for the car I wanted.I truly am thankful and grateful for this team (Shawn and Steve) with the smooth and quick transaction on a Saturday morning! I'm so happy with my new car (2024 Hyundai Santa Fe SEL)!!If you are searching for a NEW/ USED car, I highly recommend Annapolis Hyundai and ask for Shawn as your sales rep! You won't be disappointed. This whole experience was worth the drive from Baltimore!!Thank you, Annapolis Hyundai!

This was the smoothest process I ever went through in getting a new car. My salesperson was not pushy, and though my financial situation was checkered at best, Evan and the sales team worked with me to get the car I wanted at a decent price. Since I was already underwater with a previous car, I could not get a perfect deal, but they helped get me something I was comfortable with. I would definitely give them a try. Now, I know that I have transportation security for at least 10 years. That is a relief since I work two jobs and need decent transportation.

What a pleasurable experience dealing with the staff at Annapolis Hyundai. Fast professional and honest to their word. Shout out to Tao for helping me all along and getting me into the car I was looking for at the promised price.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to get the car I really wanted, but the staff here is great. Mangers down to the sales people. Nick did his best to look out. If you re looking for a car definitely come see them. I actually got my genesis coupe from this location.I will be back.

I don't know what changes have been made in the service department but Chris Watson who's in charge now promised a timeline for my daughter's Tucson to be fixed, broken window from breakin, and it was done as promised. People in service I spoke with working for Chris were very concerning and responsive. Matt Mayfield the Manager was also committed to good service. Suggest people that had a bad experience try again. My daughter will always go there.

My wife and I had a great sales experience buying our new car here. Our sales associate, Shawn, was the best. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to, making our entire car-buying process, including negotiation, a breeze. We highly recommend Shawn and Annapolis Hyundai to anyone in search of a new car.

My salesperson Shawn was great to deal with throughout my purchasing process. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle, and answered any questions I had regarding the process. I am extremely happy with my purchase and would recommend anyone to stop by the dealership if they are in the market to buy a new vehicle. They provide a low-no pressure sales environment where there goal is to get you in the right vehicle for you.

We purchased a 2016 Mazda CX-5 on trade in at this dealer. Mo Abaidullah handled the sale with ease as a consummate professional with no high pressure sales tactics. We had a few questions on how to handle the financing and met with Robert Haas the floor manager of the dealership. He is a genuine straight shooter who also is a former pastor. Dan Harris handled the financing ensuring that we were satisfied with the terms. We never got any fast talking or slick charm vibe from anyone at this dealership. That's certainly a first for a car dealer in my book. The whole process was fully transparent from test drive to sale. Thanks again for a great car!

This is the place to take your Hyundai if you are in the Annapolis area! Had an emergency with my breaks leaking break fluid on a Sunday evening. Called Monday morning and they were able to schedule me an appointment for the same day. They did a full check of my breaks to see what the issue was and what would be the best way to fix them. Adan, who works at the service & parts desk, walked me through the whole process step by step so I knew exactly the work that was being done to my car and why it was necessary. The whole staff was extremely knowledgeable and never tried to overcharge me. I was able to drive my car off the lot with no problems the same day. A stellar overall experience and I will be bringing my car back here for all of my future maintenance and repairs.

Highly encourage fellow car shoppers to reach out to Nick Quinto at this dealership. Nick is a genuinely nice person who goes beyond what is expected of him. He is patient, knowledgable about the car and most importantly, is able to turn what I expected to be a stressful experience into a pleasant one. I think the last point alone is worth significant value to any prospective shoppers - highly recommend people cross-shopping Annapolis Hyundai vs other Hyundai dealerships in the region to at least give Nick a call as well if you are looking for both a good price and a pleasant experience. These two do not have to be mutually exclusive.

I mirror one of the other reviews. 1 Star is too high. The sales experience was good and what I would have expected. I purchased 2 cars the same day! Good Luck when it comes to competent service... which is everything BTW. People return because of Service not the Initial Sale. No returned calls, can't ever locate your ticket or information and they act as though you are a bother to them. Very Sad. Before writing this I gave a poor survey, this was the opportunity to call and just check in....Nope

I have had some horrific experiences with the service department in the last year trying to figure out what was going on with my car and no luck. The continued issues brought me back yet again but this time I worked with Kevin Adams who is new to Annapolis Hyundai. What a positive and welcomed change to the service department!! I can t say enough. Kevin listened to everything that had been going on, and walked me step by step through what they were going to do to figure out the issues finally, and actually called and talked to me about what they thought was wrong!! Something that had never happened before!! Kevin is my go to service advisor and would highly recommend him to anyone else. Hiring him in the service department is one of the best decisions Annapolis Hyundai has made in a long time!

One star is too high of a rating for this place, which is saying a lot because their sales staff are excellent, and if I could just rate them, I would give them 5 stars. Their Service Center on the other hand is abysmal. 99% of their problems boil down to the fact that they are severely understaffed, and it shows the moment you walk in the door to the service center. They seem to be a revolving door when it comes to employees, as I don't know that I've ever seen the same person at the front desk. So I suspect management terrible, or at the very least, they're not paying their employees enough to stick around, but my bet is on both. This means they're constantly behind on customers and it takes forever to actually get an appointment. And that can only be done online, because it's nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone when you call in.I always schedule an appointment, and I usually drop my car off. Because it's an EV, it's usually just tire rotations and fluid level checks, occasionally a cabin filter replacement. The quickest that's been done was just over 3 hours, and that was when I sat in their building and waited. They have literally never finished my vehicle by the end of the day when I drop it off for a morning appointment, and usually, when I call in to get the status, they tell me it will have to sit there overnight. My car tells me when it's unlocked and how much it has been driven, they usually don't even touch my car until I call in to check on the status. They haven't reset my service warnings on my car on either of the last two times I've brought my car in, so I get to figure out how to do that myself. They also refuse to actually run diagnostics and figure out what is wrong with my radio, even though it would be a warranty fix that Hyundai corporate would fix; they instead blame it on my dashcam and push it to the side, even though I bought high-end shielded cables to avoid any such issues.Thankfully, my most recent service was my last "free" service after buying my car from them, so I can start taking my car elsewhere for service. The sad thing is, I actually had a great buying experience from the sales staff, so much so that I actually recommended them to others (something I never do with car dealerships), but I'm never coming back to Annapolis Hyundai ever again; for service or to purchase a car.

Annapolis Hyundai and Mo Abaidullah in particular has been exceptionally good in working with us from start to end. Best value, best service and everything in between. He continued to keep in touch even after the sale is completed.

Upon arrival, we were immediately taken care of by MO! It was raining and cold out and he immediately addressed my growing families needs and got us into the vehicle we needed. We definitely recommend him and Annapolis Hyundai!

One of the best car purchasing experiences I've had. The team there is friendly, patient, honest, not "high-pressure", and I got an awesome car at a fair price. Even though there are closer Hyndai dealerships to me, which I did look at as well, I would go the extra distance next time to work with Annapolis Hyundai again.

Son's (away at college) 2013 Hyundai Genesis Coup required 3 recall services including the "big one" for security. Scheduled appt. online, dropped off at appt. time (morning), was checked in right away by a knowledgeable and courteous service advisor with a estimated time that it would be done, received a text it was ready for pickup (afternoon same day), arrive and picked up with no delay. Appreciated the seamless and on time delivery of finished vehicle.

We took our car to a scheduled appointment at the Hyundai dealer in Annapolis MD. We were able to get in, have our car serviced and leave in a reasonable amount of time. The service department personnel was most professional and exceptional.

Brought my son's car in for service for the first time. Work was explained and performed on time. The one draw-back was the dealer is at a temporary site with a limited service area. I was told, they will be moving to a new location with a expanded service department soon

The did a great job on servicing my vehicle. However, the 2 stars are because the customer service in the service department is poor. I will not come back to this location. I believe they lied to me when they said someone was working on my car when they weren't. It should not have taken a day and half to fix my car.

Getting my car services here was terrible. Took over 30 mins to even check in. Staff was not friendly or helpful. They also charged over $400 for routine maintenance which is very expensive for an oil change and new filters. Service only took about an hour but they left my car way dirtier on the inside than when I arrived.

We recently purchased a 2023 Santa Fe. Mo Abaidullah was our sales rep at Annapolis Hyundai. He was exceptionally helpful, attentive and professional. This is our 3rd Santa Fe. We love this vehicle. Both my husband and I each have one. I had gone to several dealerships looking for a specific color and model. Mo was the only sales rep to take the time to find what we were looking for. He is truly exceptional. Thank you MO!. We love the car.

1/15/2023Had to come back and update my 5 star review to 1! I wish I could give ZERO. I will never purchase another Hyundai. Our Kona was riddled with major engine issues from day one. The first time the engine failed was 1.5 years (Feb. 22, 14k miles) after we purchased it. Hyundai did not want to replace the engine even though there was a major recall to replace the engines. They gave us such a hard time the first go round claiming that it had low oil and tried to tell us it was our fault. We had to argue with them in order to get them to replace it under warranty.Fast forward to September 2023, the engine failed again and because I couldn't provide all maintenance records, they refused to cover it under warranty. Hyundai refused to replace with goodwill consideration either (the car was 3 years old/under 60k miles) Same symptoms, same issue. Keith stated it was an issue with the oil pressure sensor. They know their engines have issues and yet they will not hesitate to blame the buyer and claim neglect. Hyundai Annapolis service and management is the absolute worst. When I picked up my vehicle they had the audacity to charge me one day of storage even though they had my vehicle for 3 months (they are so incredibly backlogged.) Keith, the service manager took several minutes just to walk around to who knows where to figure out what kind of bogus charges they could bill me with.***Also, they NEVER have loaners and I suspect that they screen and block calls to the service department. I tested this theory when I called them repeatedly the first time my vehicle was there for engine troubles in Feb. 2022. After calling multiple times from my number and no answer, I hung up and called from my husband's number and as expected they answered the phone.***It gives me great satisfaction to say that I traded that lawn ornament of a car in for a Toyota. When your Hyundai breaks down or gets stolen, you can do the same. Walk right over to any number of dealerships around Hyundai and give them your business. Life is good and stress-free now that I'm done with Hyundai's atrocious customer service and quality.Original review:I had such a wonderful buying experience with Paul Brookman. Paul went above and beyond to meet our needs for a contactless appointment and was 100% responsive, not pushy and very professional. He made himself available to answer any and all of our questions within minutes. After purchasing 9 cars in my adult life, I can say that Paul was the #1 salesman I've ever worked with. Thank you, Paul!

I never would have NEVER done businesses or purchased an expensive extended vehicle warranty from Annapolis Hyundai if I was informed that they would continually have a month to two month wait for me to to get ANY kind of service appointment; from a basic oil change to the repeated mechanical failures of the Santa Fe Limited I purchased. Not to mention the apathetic attitude of the service advisors- who have a very high turnover rate. I was basically told I don't matter as a customer despite dealing with repeated engine, A/C, sunroof, electric, and other issues that began immediately after purchasing a car that was supposed to be in good shape. I don't even know how it passed MD inspection, since the battery died shortly after I took it off the lot, followed by a while host of other problems. And, good luck getting the service department on the phone. They literally don't answer their phones or return calls for days. This has been the worst experience I have EVER had with a dealership and service department in the 30+ years I have owned cars. It has chronically inconvenienced me and repeatedly left me with a non-working vehicle as a disabled individual (the only vehicle I have) that I am making payments on (which is a huge waste of money and my valuable time). No one there really cares from the top in down, once they take your money, your mean nothing to them as a customer. Sadly, one of the rare times I did get my car in they didn't even diagnose a check engine light properly, or just lied to me about checking it. I ended up having to take it to another non-Hyundai Dealership, who despite being very busy/popular ran a check engine scan immediately, properly diagnosed the problem but it was a nightmare for them and for me to try to deal with the expensive Hyundai extended 'platinum' warranty I purchased. I also had to pay more out of pocket for non-Hyundai parts. Annapolis Hyundai cannot service the volume of cars they sell, yet do nothing to expand the service department or remedy this issue, especially since their "excellent service department" was a used as a selling point by the sales person who does not even remember he sold me a car now. There should be some recourse for this. Potential buyers should be aware. I really feel I was 'taken for a ride' by this dealership. Buyer beware!!- Very Unhappy Customer

The parking lot is definitely a stressful situation. Got my car serviced for the first time there surprised they didn't take too long nice little hang out there they have plenty of plugins for chargers and such. Very generous on the free drinks and snacks they offer. After the service took just as long if maybe less than expected and they washed and vacuumed my entire car for me so that was awesome.
