Brought my car in for brakes. They said brakes were fine, just a bad sensor. Honest, reliable, and won't overcharge you. They are the best!

Great and honest place to take your car. They even diagnosed my car before arriving. They were spot on and gave me a quick fix over the phone. This is the only place I ll bring my car.

I have found Arundel Auto Service a different type of operation, an out of the ordinary Auto repair operation. First, they are honest no tries to upsell. Second, they are honest. They do the work and only the work that is necessary no surprises. Ed is a character, a refreshing breath of honesty and straight speak. He takes some getting used to but Ed is Ed. Thank you for being you Ed, thank you for owning an honest repair shop that all can count on. I would recommend Arundel Auto Service to everyone. Just understand that each of us have our own personality traits, and Jesus loves ALL of us. God Bless you Ed and best of luck.Service: Oil change

This shop used to be so good. And I honestly think the mechanics are good but I do not recommend because every person has to deal with Ed. Dealing with Ed at the front is awful. He is disrespectful, unprofessional, and is not worth the effort. I know the mechanics also have issues with his behavior and arrogance. He's completely disrespectful of women as well. Unfortunately I can't recommend this shop simply because of this man being at the forefront of the business. I would not wish any person to have to deal with him, over the phone or in person. So sad how this garage has gone downhill.

One of the best auto shop experiences I've ever had. Right when I walked in, I felt like I've been going there all my life. They were friendly, informative, and fast. They even offered to give me a ride back home after I dropped off my car for repairs.Honestly upset that I had to leave Annapolis knowing I had a place I can trust wholeheartedly, but I know where I'm going whenever I'm back in town.

I've always been pleased with my experiences at A Arundel. On the most recent visit, they checked all my tires for leaks at no cost. They never push unnecessary service. We were here from Canada and our van developed a sound that was not good. We called from a google search and Ed brought us in right away. He is a happy guy and loves what he does. He assessed our problem quickly and treated us fairly. Fixed us up right away so we could get on our way. We were really happy with his service. We got a kick out of his stories too. Thank you Ed.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Ed and his team are lying thieves and will not call you to let you know they are preforming other services and then they make you pay for them. Do not go here ever!!!! Said we had a break light out when going in for simple oil change (how convenient). Then when questioned as to why we weren't notified, he said he didn't think $30 was that big of a deal (although true for us, may not be that way for everyone) then hung up on us. Went down to the shop and questioned again the unprofessionalism and was called a C U Next Tuesday multiple times. I would have given him a thousand dollars if he just gave a heads up on service needed.Service: Oil change

I was going to set up an appointment for my car, but not now, after what I just heard NO WAY!!I WILL NEVER use this business!!!Why; you might ask?They randomly add things to your bill and don't call you first, they just do it and charge you for it, without any consideration for your financial situation (especially how we are all watching our spending these days ~ because of inflation!). I was service advisor for a Volvo dealership and we ALWAYS called the customer before we added anything. It's their car and their money your spending---Always Call 1st!Nope, No phone call. This is completely unprofessional and is considered stealing when you take money without asking ---period.But my biggest concern, was how this man, Ed handled a very legitimate concern.His retaliation and escalated vulgarity for simply ... "Why didn't you call me before you added $omething to my car?" is uncalled for.To hear words directed to a woman, that are 100% emotionally and verbally abusive !! How Despicable to outright use the "C word" on a woman!You stooped way too LOW dude! ANDYOU'VE LOST A CUSTOMER --- Because of your unprofessional conduct!

Ed and his crew saved me money by telling me the "alignment" a former mechanic told me I needed.....Wasn't needed! Any questions or issues I've had with any repairs are fixed quickly and correctly. He calls himself the honest mechanic and so far I'm happy.1/7/2016 UpdateContinue to take my two vehicles to A. Arundel for the good service now just having an oil change with filter.

This place is great. It is hard to find an auto repair place that you can trust and I completely trust Ed and company. It is easy to make an appointment (by phone or online) and they do excellent work in a timely manner. I ve never felt like they sold me on unnecessary work, but I also know they won t let me ride around with a problem. Very good communication skills - explain things clearly. I recommend them highly!

Every time I would take my car in to a dealer repair place or the well known chain mechanics, I would be hassled to repair things that were already repaired, the repair guy trying to charge me twice for service, etc. It was costing me a small fortune to keep my car in good shape. Then my husband and I found A.Arundel Auto! WE LOVE THEM!!!! They are honest and they talk us through the issues with our cars. They also give us their honest opinion on what should be repaired and what repairs should be focused on. Would definitely recommend them!

This place is amazing. Most honest mechanics I have ever dealt with and a model for any business to follow. On a few occasions I have been sent away saying I don't need a repair and they are not going to charge me. So I can only assume they do that for others but yet their business is booming. I recently ran into a situation with a used car I bought where they went way above and beyond to get me through the inspection process. The prices are more than fair and they do top quality work. Highly recommend.

I woke up this morning to a semi flat tire due to a screw. I immediately gave A. Arundel a call and they said they could see me right away. Fifteen minutes later my tire was plugged and I was on my way to work. Great customer service and price! Highly recommend!Service: TiresService: Tires

I've been taking my cars here since about 1999. Anytime I bring a vehicle in, Ed always explains what work is needed and never pushes work that is not needed. As a female, that is what I appreciate the most. I never feel like I am being sold something that is not needed.Repairs are always done right the first time and if there is ever a question, Ed is always willing to let me stop by and talk to him.If you ever need a good, honest mechanic, I highly recommend A. Arundel Auto.

This is the best auto service center I have ever gone to in my entire life! Not only are the technicians stellar, but Ed the owner is as genuine and honest as they come. He has no interest in "robbing you blind" - he just wants you on the road with your car running the way it should. His experience with domestic and foreign automobiles is enough to keep me bringing my cars their for years to come. Stay true to us and yourself Ed - you're the best!

The best garage in AA county and the state of MD in my opinion. I moved 30 mins south and I still go here. Honest, Quick, and good people. I have been taking both my cars here for years and I have had some major work done. It gets done quick and always lower priced than I thought it would be. If you don't take your cars here your missing out.

AA Auto Service is trustworthy, honest and reliable. I came in for an oil change and a coolant leak, and they offered me multiple solutions for the leak, while also keeping my budget in mind. I will definitely be coming back for anything my car needs in the future. Thanks!

I can t say enough positive things about A. Arundel Auto Service. There customer service was outstanding, as well as their prices. They where honest about repairs that I needed to make immediately on my 2015 Chevy Equinox, and repairs that I would need to make down the road. I originally went to AAA auto repair in Annapolis and they tried to over charge me by $500.00 on a repair that A. Arundel auto completed for $100.00.

They are friendly and honest and I highly recommend them. They saved me a ton of money when a dealership recommended I do a significant amount of work that I didn't need to do and they alerted me to a warranty bulletin I was not aware of for my vehicle. Couldn't ask for better customer service than that.
