I can't say enough good things about this place. Allen and the crew put up with my nagging questions about a motorcycle purchase. They were kind enough to hold the last bike of a certain color for me after mine was totaled two months earlier.Nice, kind people. Prices are quite good, too. They don't lure you in with some ultra low price and then stack the fees on. There are some fees, but they are not excessive, in my opinion.I'm on Tuono V4 #4 now that I've purchased from this place, and I'll keep coming back.

I shopped around for a few months looking for a new bike until I found xtreme. They were super polite in answering all my questions and made the entire buying process smooth and easy. Customer for life here and thank you to Alan and jackie.

One of the best buying experiences I've ever had with a motorcycle. Allen and Jackie did a fantastic job. Allen took the time to show me all about the bike and had it ready to pick up days in advance. Jackie took all my money and did a great job with the paperwork! I will definitely be back to buy my next one here. Fantastic Experience.

Back in August I was on a 3k mile motorcycle trip through Appalachia with some friends. Before heading out I looked at my rear tire and thought: That looks like about 3-4k miles left (Nothing like taking a gamble on something that important!). About 1500 miles into the trip we got into camp and could see the cords on the tire. All the nearby dealers were closed and I knew I'd be risking it going anywhere.Luckily there was an Aprilia dealer about 15 miles away... I called first thing in the morning and explained my situation and they both had a tire my size in stock (only 1!) and were able to fit me in right away despite being booked out several weeks. Had it done in the time it took to get breakfast. One of the salesmen even let us use his power outlets to charge our phones while at breakfast.Fantastic experience, everyone at Xtreme Power Sports is top notch! Thank you!

Just picked up my new 2019 Tuono V4 1100 Factory Summit Attack edition and I could not be happier with it. Kaleb made everything straightforward and super easy for me, which was great since I came from out of state. Thanks again Kaleb for helping me get my dream bike!

Took my Vespa in for the 6,000 mile service. Friendly helpful staff! Answered all of my questions regarding the service. Gave an estimate of approximately how long it should take, and they were in the ballpark! Great place, and when my bike needs service again, I ll go back!Thanks to the staff and mechanics!

My Moto Guzzi Griso died on the side of the highway on a longish road trip. Luckily Xtreme Power Sports was relatively nearby. I got a tow, and when I got there they helped pull the bike off the truck and immediately tried to diagnose the problem while I was there. Unfortunately, it wasn't instantly curable, so I left the bike there. Communiciation was great, and they were able to get me back on the road fairly quickly, considering the peak season and being short-staffed. I wish they were located closer to DC, so I didn't have to deal with my local Guzzi shop.

Drove four and a half hours because they gave me the best offer I could find on my trade in AND gave me the best price I could find on my new bike. Great experience overall. Thanks everyone

These guys are the greatest. Our Can am Spyder left us stranded with a ruint back tire. These guys found a tire for us & had it on the bike within 50 minutes so we could take it back to VA. The showroom is so immaculate & awesome. My son is still "drooling" over the bikes & scooters in their showroom. Wish I could give you more stars. Thank you Xtreme Power. We will be forever grateful. The prices are so great here. I recommend them very highly.

I've never bought a motorcycle from the dealership in my life, but when I needed a part for an Aprilia that only they had in stock, they shipped it to me in Kentucky. Nice people, fantastic to deal with.

I recently purchased an Aprilia from XPS and they made the process very easy. Matthew had a bike ready for a test ride within a few minutes of my arrival and Kate was super helpful throughout the process of figuring out the most effective way to pay for the bike. They didn t add on a bunch of bogus fees-it was all straightforward and honest. My experience with them was excellent and I wouldn t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Bought an MV Agusta F3 from them recently and it's turning out to be a horrible experience. Before purchasing and having it shipped to me in MA, the salesperson Bill assured me multiple times this bike was equipped with a quick downshifter with auto blip. I receive the bike and after swapping out the dead battery they shipped it with on my dime, realize it does NOT have the feature as promised. After emailing back about the issue, I find that instead of simply reimbursing me for adding the feature I was lied to about, Bill offered to buy the bike back then quickly redacted that offer as well as offering to ship a quick shift kit which seemed like a pleasant, easy fix but also took his word back on that and continued to basically tell me I'm out of luck and that I "got a good deal" anyway. I guess when you're done giving them money, don't expect any courteous or friendly service.

Poor communication regarding the projected delivery of a MY2017 Tuono Factory resulted in my complaining to the BBB and Piaggio, which in turn angered the general manager (Chad? Charles?) at XPS and resulted in them cancelling my purchase.I expected delivery to take a week (or two, at most) after they received payment. I received my refund after four weeks of waiting.I have no hard feelings toward these guys, but I felt like they got my money and dropped me. I was told twice that I would receive a call on a certain day by their sales manager (Bill), only to never hear back. When I did call him to get an update, he was condescending and dismissive. I think he's either overworked or needs a task tracker to help him stay up to speed on things. When I spoke to the general manager on the phone this morning, he dismissed me as a dishonest liar and interrupted me while I was speaking. He made it clear that I had lied and that he had to protect his business and his staff from what he saw as a customer's dishonesty (my complaint to the BBB/Piaggio).I think such a large purchase warrants constant updates and communication, especially when a recall is part of the equation. It was so, SO close to being a great transaction. I wish they had taken a little more effort to contact me and let me know what was happening during the four-week-long wait for my bike.But, again, it's nothing personal. I wish them the best and can only hope that one day my company can so easily turn away business. If you do buy from them, have a clear understanding upfront of what the timeline for your delivery/service will be. If you do that, I'm sure it will be a good experience for you.EDIT: The dealer conveniently backs up my above post by commenting on my refund that they cancelled my purchase because I complained to the BBB/Piaggio, not because of the contents of those complaints. They know they communicated poorly, and refunded my money because my complaints angered them.

Was looking for an Aprilia RSV4 Factory. Bill at XPS did me a brilliant deal, and David in the workshop sorted it all out for me so it was shipped and arrived ready for the track.The guys were great to deal with, highly recommend.Mark, Houston.

Unbelievable purchasing experience. The BEST that I have ever had. Paperwork was perfect . Machines were 100% ready to go. The 12 hour round trip was more than worth it. THANKS A MILLION to everyone at XPS!

These guys are great! The Aprilia and MotoGuzzi bikes are beautiful. They are very busy so give yourself plenty of time when you visit but they will be glad to help you.

Buy local! While prices are attractive, you get the service and effort of someone who knows you are an internet buyer and they will likely never see again. Basically, once you send he money and the item ships, they are done. Forget about help or returned communications.
