I recently purchased a car from High Rated Autos, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.I had called ahead to express interest in some of their cars, and before I even arrived at the dealership, they had already pulled the cars out, and had them prepped and waiting for me to take a test drive. I didn t even need to enter the dealership before taking the cars out, the team had proactively prepared everything for me. Shawn, the owner, was exceptional in this process, very easy to work with, and was very professional.What stood out to me was their willingness to work with me every step of the way. By far what I appreciated the most was their transparency throughout the entire process, and their willingness to help me find the perfect car to fit my needs and budget.Overall, I couldn t be happier with my experience at High Rated Autos. Shawn and the rest of his team were very helpful and really cared about making sure I got the best deal possible. I highly recommend them to anyone in search of a new car. I purchased a Honda odyssey online through car gurus. High rated auto had it delivered to me four days later with a temporary registration. The vehicle is used and needs a few parts replaced and a thorough cleaning. Overall I am happy with the vehicle and the service from these guys.

Thank you all for the good car experience! They took the time to talk to me and helped me enjoy my experience. They were good guys to work with and are very personable. I feel like I got a good deal and they bent over backwards to help me out, even staying open after hours so I can get to see the vehicle and then pick it up later. I feel confident and comfortable in my purchase. And they were able to give me an offer to help beat out the other competitors but still be a fair deal. I'm very happy with the purchase of my minivan! It's amazing! Thank you.

Hands down one of the best and easiest car buying process I've ever experienced. Shawn the owner and his team went above and beyond everything that was expected. They were extremely polite and courteous answered all of our questions and never pressured us into anything. All in all an amazing guy with an amazing business and life story. We strongly recommend High Rated Auto. This is based on the way we were treated. The owner, Shawn, is very respectful. He conducts business in an open, straight forward manner. Shawn answered all of our questions and addressed the concerns we had about the vehicle. We bought a good car at a good price. Definitely one of our best car buying experiences.

Highly recommend this dealership. Mike and his family were very helpful in finding the car we wanted. All the cars we looked at were clean and very well taken care of. They were very helpful in helping us find financing and were willing to wait for us to get it and hold the car we wanted until then. They were so nice and up front that we will recommend them to anyone who are looking for hybrid cars. The price for the car we got was very fair and we've havent had any problems.

High rated auto is the place to be, there is aren t many honest business anymore. We are in luck with high rated auto. Mr.Shawn(ower) who is very honest & awesome, from the outstanding communication from start to finish during the process. He s time efficient, very attentive to his customers. He gives courtesy calls/ update regarding pick up which I loved , I don t like going get a new car and your stuck at the dealership all day. He sticks to his word no scams, no hidden facts with your purchase. I look forward to coming back for another purchase with high rated auto. The price I originally seen online for the car was the exact same price at the dealership.

I was pleased upon purchase but aftermarket experience was not good at all.1. The dealer mislead me upon purchase, discounting the vehicle but increased my overall cost after purchase and referring me to their partners.2. My deposit was not returned upon clearance. It took 13 days when the check was a cashier check drawn from a credit union that they say they work closely with.3. Not even a month into driving and under 3k miles being accrued, my check engine light came on. As the purchase was as is they were unwilling to assist or help with a $200 repair.Dealing with such problems this early on I will surely update this.

I bought my 2008 Lexus Rx400h online March 15 from Shawn he was very helpful over the phone walking me through the purchase. He told me everything that he knew about the vehicle. He told me that I would get it in about 10 business days to my surprise it was shipped on March 11 and arrived in Michigan on March 12 am. The car so far has been great and better than I expected. I would definitely purchase from Shawn again.

Seller was forthcoming with information of the vehicle. Vehicle was shipped/received and I was quite pleased. My local mechanic thoroughly checked the overall condition and all things checked out well. We did minor repairs to shocks and swaybars and the vehicle performs well. Thank you

I was pleasantly surprised by this small dealership. They spoke with me politely and directly. They handled all of my questions very professionally.Sam helped me out with my purchase and was fabulous and even joked around with me while getting the paperwork done. Shawn, the owner of High Rated Auto Company, mislead and lied about the vehicle we purchased. They promised the safety inspection was passed and the vehicle we purchased would be safe for our son. They did not tell us that the airbag system was not functional. They told us it was disengaged and just need to be turned on. This lie cost us $750. They also promised the cost of taxes were covered in the purchase price, this too was a lie which cost us another $700.I strong suggest you carefully examine any vehicle you plan to purchase from High Rated Auto Company and make sure you get anything they tell you inwriting. They are not trust worthy sales people.

***UPDATE*** This company hasn't responded to the office of the Attorney's General of Maryland where I placed a formal complain on deceiving me as a consumer.**WARNING** I purchased a car online with High Rated Auto Company, via CarGurus, based on trust because the car was published as in good condition, but the trust was broken when the car was delivered at my place in NC. I purchased the car "as is", but the company failed to publish, and to mention over the phone (I spoke to the owner Mr. Abbas), that the car had a heavy smell to cigarettes, that the passenger's electric window wasn't working, and that the car had a dash board damaged (images included) and broken; among other repairs that need to be done. I feel that important information was withheld from me, and the car was not priced correctly online. I took the car to the mechanic, and I got an appraisal on detailing the car, and the repairs overpass the $3,000. I tried to return the car, and I even offered to pay for the toll truck, and the owner refused to accept the car back. This is a company that deceived me big time, and that I can't trust. I hope this review helps you to avoid future expenses and disappointments.

I had a very good experience High Rated Auto Company. I was first looking for a Lexus rx400h and could not find one that met my needs until I saw one nearly 2 hours away at High Rated Auto. I went to test drive the vehicle and asked for a few items to be taken care of, which they did. I then asked if they could deliver the vehicle to me once those items had been completed and they did. Very good customer service experience and highly recommend!

My vehicle purchase at High Rated Auto company Abingdon was effortless, and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Sam is a terrific dealership associate and worked to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. He was very helpful and quick to respond to my questions and concerns. The financing department, particular Mike and Shawn, was also attentive to my needs and did not try to push unwanted add-ons. Overall, I feel I got a great deal on my new Hybrid Fusion both in terms of my trade-in value and the price of the vehicle. I will use High Rated Autos as my primary dealership going forward.
