Definitely recommend. Came here for the first time after the dealership warranty ended and am so glad I did. I am a last minute scheduler due to my life being a bit busy, and they were able to get me in the same week I called. Prices were incredibly reasonable. Everyone I came across was extremely nice. The only thing to note is the waiting area has a few steps to get into the room. Not a problem for myself but thought it was worth mentioning, if you are waiting for service.I will absolutely be going back for any future services needed. Thanks Team at DJ s!

I had to get a car inspection & DJs Car Care provided excellent service from the front desk to the shuttle service & the garage. The front desk team provided stellar service! The appointment was at 9:00 am but they got me in a few minutes early & my car was finished by the requested time. The shuttle service was great, he took me home & back to the shop when the car was done. The state inspection fee was very fair & a few dollars less than other inspectors in the area! Thank you DJs & thanks for answering all of my questions. I highly recommend this business!

I am so glad I found them. They are the best, really! Their prices are very reasonable. They are great at what they do and they don't add extra stuff to do as some other shops. They are trustworthy and reliable. They have a safe drop off option and their location is very convenient to visit. I highly recommend them to anyone searching for an auto shop.

We took our Subaru in two weeks ago due to the battery dying, even after having it replaced. They stated it was having electrical issues due to coins that were stuck in the radio/ cd playing, draining the battery. They removed the coins, and the radio was dead. They asked if we wanted them to replace the radio, and we declined. We paid approx $160 for their time/ labor to remove the coins and went on our way. Fast forward to this week, and the battery is dead again. We take it in, and they say they are going to run a free diagnostic test on it to see exactly what is causing the electrical issues. They call back stating the battery is draining because the dead radio that they previously removed coins from was plugged in, shorting the battery. We went in to pick up the car today, and the invoice states the test and labor cost $140. Why did we have to pay an additional $140 for a FREE test and them to unplug a radio they should have in the first place? The woman at the desk stated they would not release the keys until we paid. I do not feel confident with this shop that the issue at hand is even resolved and what a complete rip off! We had previous taken our car here for service with no issues but today they have truly lost our business and word of mouth.

I don't particularly trust all mechanics do to a few bad experiences. However this shop was excellent! I don't live near the shop but was out driving when I had car problems. DJ's was close so I gave them a try. Michelle was very helpful. Great people to deal with! They actually got me in right away and were able to get me back on the road in no time. I wish the service companies were this easy to deal with!

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with DJ's Car Care! I had JUST flown into Philly from South Carolina to pick up a used car I bought online and drive it home (I know, I know..) of course...the TEMP light came on in bumper to bumper construction traffic on 95..at 10pm! No coolant/water in the radiator. After letting the car cool a bit, I limped it half a mile to the Belair exit where thankfully, I found DJ's. I left the car at their convenient drop off station with a key, a note, and a prayer that they could look at it in the am. Rick the Service Manager called me in the am to let me know they would look at it and let me know what they found. Long story short, Skip, my mechanic ran thorough diagnostics and while there was a myriad of things that COULD have been the issue, thankfully, it was just the thermostat. Skip replaced the thermostat, tested it, then refilled and bled the anti-freeze before testing it AGAIN before sending me on my way to SC same day. Service was the absolute best I have ever experienced at an auto repair shop and their price was more than fair! Rick even called me the next morning to be sure I made it back to SC alright! Take it from me, you will be doing yourself and your vehicle a huge favor by trusting Rick, Skip and the team at DJ's Car Care for your maintenance or emergency car care needs!

I was on a detour from a closed 95S .. my muffler fell .. I stopped here and it was fixed right away so that I could drive home. Kudos to Caleb and Michele. Thank you so much for your kindness.

This place is amazing and so are the people that work here. Starting from Michelle answering the phones she is the sweetest and most knowledgeable woman, to the guys working in the back. They really know what they are doing here and you can trust them. They won t over charge you or recommend services you don t need. I went to this service station today. I explained that I needed a reliable mechanic that I can trust due to my recent issues with other service stations. I'm assuming I was speaking with Michelle. She showed concern and understanding. Then they tried charging me 4x the amount of the part they said I needed and 2x the labor! I was appalled when I looked up the $18 part I needed that they were charging me $80. This was a very simple job. Usually labor cost would be $30-$50 for this extremely easy plug in fix. They tried to charge me $160 for this job!!!! They forgot about YouTube and Google! Sad I really wanted them to be my go to! O forgot for some strange reason my brake lights worked after they plugged my current "Bad switch" back in. Things that make you go Hummmmmm!!! Well at least my brake lights work again thanks DJ!

I can't say enough about the great folks at DJ's. Just amazing customer service, prompt, competitive quotes and courteous customer service. The invoice actually was lower than the quote!!! Just Exemplary!!! Their service work is fast, courteous, on time and getting the right parts on time was a breath of fresh air.We highly recommend this family run service center for your vehicle repairs. First off Tammy Jo (works the front desk) is super knowledgeable & kind. She put up with my multiple phone calls asking questions about my car. I have an older car. Let s just call her a classic. (She is not. Lol) My air conditioning often stopped working. I ended up needing a new condenser among other things. This is an expensive thing to fix so I feel DJs charged me a decent price. They fixed it quickly & I had my car back just in time for 90� weather. They also offer to pick you up or drive you home while your vehicle is being worked on if you live within 10 miles of their business. The mechanic who drove me was really kind & kept great conversation. They offer a military discount. I m happy with their repairs & will definitely go back.

Excellent customer service from this business! From Brittany at the front desk, to the mechanic who's name I didn't get. He was thorough in his explanation.To the shuttle service they provided including the driver. Unfortunately I had to take it to the dealer. Dj is a standup place. My fianc� car was having all sorts of problems. They checked it and told me what exactly had to be fixed so that it was drivable. My fianc� is in school and did not have the money so they even gave her a discount. I will continue to take my cars here because of the upfront courteous nature of everyone that works here. Thank you for still being a honest shop when there is not many out there!

I wish I could give them 10 stars! Probably the first honest mechanics I've experienced. After having bad experiences with quite a few franchise auto shops telling me I needed $1,000+ in fluids and flushes to fix something that a simple filter replacement fixed, upselling me to premium parts and filters without my consent, etc, this place was a breath of fresh air! They are honest and straightforward. They explain what needs to be done and help you understand it as opposed to just upselling everything to meet quotas. They really go the extra mile with their service. I absolutely recommend this shop and refuse to take my vehicles anywhere else!

Great shop to work with. They re very transparent and honest, which is unfortunately not always the norm with some other shops. They also offer a discount to public servants (Mil, Gov, First Responder), which is awesome. I have a (roughly) 20 year old car and getting parts for it can sometimes be difficult. They did a great job tracking down parts (even though it took a while) and getting my car back on the road as soon as possible. They also kept in communication throughout the entire process which I really appreciated. Will definitely be going back.

Not sure why I never wrote a review. My family and I have been using DJ s for as long as I can remember. The service and care provided for my family s vehicles throughout the years goes above and beyond. Growing up money wasn t always available so it was nice that my parents had a local, reliable, and affordable shop to go to. Plus, who doesn t like saving a little bit of money? I didn t give them the 5 stars. They deserved it. Thank You DJ s!

I have had various repairs/maintenance performed on my vehicle over the past few years and DJ's has always had fair/realistic suggestions and pricing; where I never felt I was being ripped off. More importantly, they stand by their workmanship! Lastly, the staff have always been helpful, knowledgeable and courteous.

They did a great job getting my oil changed and brake pads replaced! The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and they also had a shuttle service pick me up so I could get my car. Great experience!

I got my car inspected here and the service was quick and efficient. I dropped my car off in the morning and was able to pick it up later in the day. They accept appointments and are very clear about timing on the phone. I experienced excellent customer service when I picked up and dropped off my car.
