I had a very good experience today, particularly with Dana at the Service Desk, who took extra care to assist me with my options. Rick Sheck in the Parts Department gave me good advice on tires. Thanks for the excellent service!

Noticed I had a screw sticking out of my drivers side front tire while I was put doing errends and so I decided to go back to the dealer, where my vehicle has been regularly serviced since I bought the vehicle in 2015. They told me they could do it right away, however they "NO LONGER PLUG Tired" and now they "Patch Them" and asked me if that was acceptable, which it was however the. cost IS way more to repair the tire than a "Plug" would have been. Got my vehicle back in an hour and was back on the road, no worse for wear. Always greated nicely at the service counter.

The service required was completed quickly. The issue was the squeaking sound was addressed with directions to return for the more lengthy repair job is necessary. I was very pleased with this visit.

I had a problem with my 2019 Buick Lacrosse and Jeremy in service managed to work me in for the repair. I bought the car new and have always had great service with Boyle and now Anderson.

The price of a simple oil change went up $30 and they dont perform the checks for tires/brakes etc like they did when it was owned by Boyle. Never going back again.

First class repair work. Replaced the rear bumper and painted the rear fender. Looks like brand new. Couldn't be happier with the repairs or the service.

All I got was an oil change and a tire rotation. The new Anderson automotive raised prices 100%. So instead of $65 oil change it was $130
