I have purchased a set of tires from bj's in Abington md for a ram 2500. When leaving the store I seen my pressure reading were messed up so I figured I'd drive home and hopefully they reset. The next day drove to work 3 sensors were reading 35psi no reading on the 4th. I took the truck home and filled all tires to proper psi. I contacted bj's tire center about the issue and was told they would look in to it. After several attempts to meet with someone to look at the truck I was told they weren't even sure the sensor was broken there, which I said was crazy. They finally agreed to remove the tire and look at the sensor at which time realized it was indeed broken by them. I had to go to the dealership and order the sensor for them to replace as their parts dealer didn't have my sensor in stock. They did reimburse me for the sensor I purchased, however I will never use this service again.

Getting tires here was nice, but getting help to repair your tires has been a nightmare. Hung up on 2 times with staff that sounded like they don't want to be there. Once transferred to the tire department, the staff sounded better but was hung up on for the 3rd time "accidentally I hope" after being on hold for 20 minutes.

Tire deals are exceptional, as are the included wheel services. Tom is great, but more than once I waited forever to get some one from Tires on the phone. Also, this particular Saturday morning Tom was the only guy at the desk and was trying to handle calls and customers for tires and propane. Give the guy some help!

I had the BEST experience with BJs Tire Center in Abingdon! I was told by a dealership that I had a nail in the rear tire near the sidewall and they recommended me getting a new tire. I had the right front tire losing air. I was anticipating doing a special order for one if not two tires at $100 per tire. The gentleman that helped me was wonderful!! Not only did he confirm the correct tire that had a nail in it he was successfully able to patch it!!! I didn't need a new tire at all, and I wasn't charged a single penny! Service like this is hard to come by in today's world!!!! Any time I need new tires, BJs in Abingdon will be getting my business!!!!

Prices are great. But bjs tire shop chipped up the clear coat on all four of my polished aluminum wheels, in identical spots. They denied it was them, even though the blemishes werent there when i dropped my car off.

My husband took my van there this morning to have new tires put on.Granted my car is not that clean right now but the new tires should have beenAnd they sure aren't. They look old like they may have already been used.

Unlike everyone else in Harford County BJ's would not sell me in-stock tires for my car because the speed rating was a T instead of a V. Bear in mind you have to be going 118 mph for these rating to even matter. Refused service, they check your receipt at the door, essentially calling you a suspected thief. Who needs to do business with people like this? You can keep your bulk TP and tube socks BeeJayz.

absolutely horrible service, went to get my tires and they weren t even ready.. for a month i has been coming in and out to get this out the way. manager was very rude to the customers especially to the black customers. had multiple people there complaining about the service. do yourself a favor do not go here!!

Terrell went out of his way to help me with my flat tire when I was running out of time. This is what customer service is about. Only wish there were more employees working there at the time.
