I really appreciate the services provided at the Aberdeen Jiffy Lube. I bring my Avalanche and my company car there for service all the time. On 4/9/24 I changed my own oil and only 2 1/2 to 3 liters drained out! I went to remove my oil filter and it was dripping oil. I placed my oil wrench on it and it was loose. Approximately 3 liters has seeped out since my last oil change. How can i ensure and trust that they will not leave my oil filter will not be loose or, at least, hand-tight? The oil cap wrench won't fit my 2013 so i had to use the band clamp wrench.

I went to the Jiffy Lube website to get an estimate to change the oil and rotate my tires on my 17 Expedition. The website required the vin number, which then populated all the information needed. The estimate for this store for this vehicle was $83.97. After arriving the same day at the selected location, the employee told me my total was $128 and some change. He also told me I needed a battery and that it was critical. My battery is about a year old and has had no problems. I did let them do the work. However, I will never go back. The website is very misleading with their estimate, even with the correct store and vehicle. I also do not trust this store in regards to advised needed items.They were kind and respectful.

The staff at this location did not honor and approve the use of my Jiffy Lube coupon for an oil change. The coupon was a valid coupon.

$50 for a $9 air filter is outrageous. I will have to find someone else to perform the maintenance / oil changes. One dishonest outrageous item leads to many more. Thanks JLube but no thanks I d rather set the money on fire to heat my hands.

Came to get an oil change on my 2011 Kia soul. It is a manual stick shift. Upon getting there was recommended and told I need a automatic transmission flush which is not the case cause I have a manual transmission and then afterwards upon service completion my car would not shift barely at all and it was shifting beautifully before it got there. Brought it right back and tthey did something idk what but afterwards fixed it so it was shifting again and made me look like I was lying. Mind u my wife saw the whole thing. Especially when I couldn t shift into gear after the oil change. They messed up my car some how. They didn t even know how to drive a manual correctly.

Yes. It was something that I witnessed in how another customer was treated. An older woman had come in for service because her car had alerted her that it was time for an oil change. Dillon, an employee, checked her records and told her that apparently the alert from her car had not been reset after her last oil change which was less than 2000 miles ago. He apologized for the oversight, explained everything to her, reset the alert and sent her on her way, no charge! I was very impressed with his honesty and how well he treated this woman and her car. This could have been an opportunity to take advantage of her, but he chose not to! Great example of good customer service and training! Well done, Jiffy Lube! Well done, Dillon! He deserves to be commended for his integrity and how well he represented Jiffy Lube! I have shared this story with others and will continue to recommend Jiffy Lube to others because of this.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

My oil change went well, but when it was time to do the tire rotation, they told meThat they couldn t get my tire off, so I pulled over and took it off, if you guys don t want to do the work just say that, first and last time will not recommended anyone in this area to go here, will be posting on the Aberdeen chat not to go here

Every time I go to Jiffy Lube in Aberdeen, they are extremely helpful nice, respectful and they do not try to upsell you. They inform you as to issue that might be presenting themselves, before they become a real problem, even though they do not perform that service.

Whoever in charge was great very understanding. Don t mind spending my money once you can explain everything to me very well and that happened so I was able to get my car fixed and out the door I go. I went on a Saturday around 11am and was done within 30 minutes! They are quick, no nonsense, and adequate lounge seating for the short wait. I verified that I was shown my actual cabin air filter which was disgusting, but I opted to grab one from AutoZone for $20 instead of paying $35 for them to do it. No upselling, respectful employees, and reasonable prices for the standard oil change. I will be coming back for future service.

The service was great the place was spotless the waiting room was clean and adequate with coffee. The staff was friendly and professional. They showed me things that I'm going to need and priced it out for me for the future. I've been to several Jiffy Lubes in the area and Aberdeen was the best.

Very pleasant and professional staff. They had me in and out in no time, but were not rushing you out of the place. They really make you feel comfortable there from the moment you drive up.They told me my options during their inspection, but they don t push any services on you. Just a very well trained staff that understands their customers and customer service.Very hard to find that type of service up where I live, in New York. One of the things that I miss about Maryland are the pleasant people here.

Used the wrong oil in my vehicle. Complained about having to remove a skid plate (a whole 4 bolts).Did I mention they used the wrong oil?(OW-20 instead of the recommended 5W-30)Never again will I use ANY jiffy lube.Pathetic.EDIT: The owner of this jiffy lube reached out to me and expressed his concern for the mistake. He was very nice and professional and offered to make things rite however I already re-changed the oil myself. Despite having a terrible experience, the fact that he reached out and was very professional and courteous about it goes a long way. Therefor I ll change my review from 1 star to 3 stars.

I had such a great experience here tonight. I was driving on 95 and my check engine light came on. They agreed to see it at 6pm and even ordered a part on the spot to make it right for me on my journey. When the part ended up not quite fitting they tightened what was in place and didn t charge me a nickel. There s a great group of guys running this place and you should definitely trust them with your car. Thank you!!!! I made it home safe to PA.
