Stellar service and the empathy and diligence to ensuring things were done right and being fair: Kat truly went above and beyond in my time of need. From getting my car to them, to answering any and all questions throughout the course of the day as the techs performed such abmeticulous diagnostic to get some answers, what excellence! And after all of that, she even recommended me to their next service center that could assist since my coverage was out of network. Bernard even checked in with me from time to time, helped settle my nerves because as someone who takes great care of her car, I never experienced this. Thank you both for your excellent service and dedication to your craft! Oh and shout-out to the tech Matt for helping that woman with her tire after hours. It's this level of kindness that the world still needs, it doesn't take much!

Had an issue with one of my new tires I ordered from tire rack at a different location. I stopped in and Kat found out one of the new tires was defective, hence the wobbling issue. I had a new tires delivered to this location, and they installed it the day it was delivered without an appointment which was awesome and well appreciated. Now all 4 tires are great and also saved me money by figuring out the problem in the first place. Thanks again!!

Bernard was unbelievably amazing!His patience and knowledge did not go unnoticed. Although they were done for the night, he squeezed me in right before closing. I am forever thankful to the company Firestone for having an employee like him. Thank you

Made a request appointment last week for an 8am Sunday oil change. The appointment was approved and I showed up before 8am. When the store opened, I went in and mentioned my appointment. When I responded that I would be waiting in store while the oil change was done, I was told that it would be a while as the techs were not expected to arrive until 9am. Why would an 8am appointment be approved if no one was going to be able to perform the service until 9am? It appears it's time for me to find a location that respects customer service

Cameron was really nice. He explained the recommended services for my car and helped me charge my phone while I waited. The whole experience was a very chill break from the hustle and bustle of the holiday season and I left with smooth running vehicle.

Had a good experience at this Firestone. I called and asked about dropping off a pair of loose wheels and new tires to have mounted and balanced. Chris was friendly and accommodating, told me to bring em by. I dropped em off around noon and was able to pick them up 2 hours later, even though they were fairly busy from what I saw. He even walked the receipt out to me when I was putting the wheels in my car. Price was great too, I will be returning. Thanks again guys!

The list of incompetence, misinformation and down right lack of care is too long. If you walk in here and the man at the desk's name starts with a B you should run.You had the opportunity to be me and my family's hero when our car needed service while out of state. And instead of saying you couldn't do a simple job you lied and said you were working on it. Every time we called you said it would be done in an hour and we would give you 2 before we called back. You knew we didn't have a hotel lined up. You knew we all had work the next day. And when we showed up 30 mins before closing, and you shrugged your shoulders. It was clear if we didn't you would have left without even calling us with no car and no where to go. As a former mechanic and a current customer service rep I'm deeply disturbed with my experience this past weekend. Usually I bring my car in because it's a job I don't feel like doing or don't have the big tools for. But this was a job I could have done in 3 hrs in the parking lot. With a floor jack a socket set and a hammer. The. I wouldn't have had to pay for another set of hotel rooms. All of us would not have had to take a day off from work. It's one thing for accidents to happen and of course unexpected problems arise. The way we handle those is what matters. Even if you don't care you could fake it and spin it in a way the customer is happy.Although I will say the next day the new people came in and finished the job. The run around I was given the previous day was kind of un redeemable. Normally the desire to leave a bad review leaves my head after everything is said and done. Because really what is it going to change? But idk I just feel like I need to. And I keep pausing while typing worrying I'm going to get a man fired who may have a family idk. BUT it was terrible. If someone asks me if they should go here my first answer is NO, my second answer is we'll definitely not on the weekend and my third would be absolutely not if the man behind the counter name starts with a B. Other people I spoke too were nice and helpful and I think they did the best they could to clean up the mess.I hate writing this I hate that I'm going to post this. I'm genuinely upset, so much so that I feel I need to go review some places where everything went well. Sorry Mr. Store manager for the bad review.

Ever since the new people have taken over it s been awful. Went a little while back. Wanted to charge me $500 for a throttle body boot replacement. Said this part can only be ordered at a dealership. My mechanic found the same part for my car on Amazon for $18. To remove two clamps and put the throttle body boot on is not hundreds of dollars!! Suggested I should replace my spark plugs and flush the fuel injector, wanted $371 for me to do it. I replaced my own spark plugs for $32 dollars after I ended up having a cylinder 2 misfire. Don t tell these people you don t know anything about cars and save yourself money by learning to do it yourself if you can.

Cameron has been an amazing help and case manager. Also, the work / maintenance is always on point. I really trust my local Firestone team. I am very happy I applied for the CFNA credit card years ago and continue to use Firestone for my vehicle needs.

My wife went here to have 2 tires replaced. They scheduled her an appointment and she made it there early. They then told her it maybe up to 2 hours 2 hours for 2 tires how are you still in business?They also decided to order 4 when she didn t say 4 tires and then failed to put her car back together because after having the 2 tires installed (they never even rotated her tires said if she came back they could do it) something started rubbing in the back end of the car causing her to waste more of her time.(They said they improperly placed a weight on her tire and it was rubbing the caliper) you re a tire shop

I prefer the Aberdeen location, even though BelAir would be closer to me. Made my appointment online. They were aware of my special requests when I showed up. Work was done in an appropriate amount of time. They did not try to upset me, which I appreciate.

Booked tire replacement [w/ Firestone tires] appointment online 3 weeks in advance with specific tire selection that web site said was "nearby", got email day before confirming appointment day and time, and I took off of work, showed up at scheduled time and .....NO TIRES!Manager said they didn't have enough staff to go get the tires, if I wanted to; I could drive 30 minutes (one way) to another store....WHAT?!!!, then said they MIGHT be able to get them later in the day. SO now wasted whole day in what should have been a clean pre-scheduled morning appointment and still don't know if I'm getting tires.What is point of prescheduling??Don't they (or their systems) look at appointments they have upcoming and confirm they have materials to complete the scheduled service?Firestone is a TIRE company, right?They don't have tire deliveries from the warehouse at least a couple of times a week?Couldn't someone have called me earlier in the week to tell me they couldn't do the pre-scheduled service?

The diagnostic/automotive service and the customer service were both excellent, really exceptional. They squeezed me in last minute on a busy weekend, did excellent diagnostic work, and when they weren t able to solve the problem as they d hoped , they were very generous and helpful in charging me way less than the original estimate. The manager, Chris, provided outstanding service. I highly recommend this place.

I requested a wiper change and for some reason they only replaced the front two wipers of my hatchback, despite the fact the rubber from my rear wiper was hanging off. I had another appointment right after this one, so unfortunately I didn't notice it right away. Guess I'll go somewhere else for the third wiper.

Dishonest. They rushed my car out after declining work I wasn't ready for and left a bracket and bolts out and damaged a mount , blamed it on another shop. Go anywhere else

Aberdeen Location:I asked to talk to the alignment tech about an updated OE alignment bolt that I had just replaced. He was extremely rude, gave me a line about only adjusting factory parts (which it was), turned his back to me and walked away. I will not return to this location.

This crew is super professional & proficient. Love them and have referred family members and friends to them.Each time I go there I learn something about my own vehicle that I had no idea about. And they don't mind taking the time to actually tell you the truth. Here's an example: I heard my brakes squeaking on my other vehicle. So, I took my vehicle to another place before I'd ever gone to Firestone. They told me at the other place that I needed new brakes. That wasn't true. I went to Firestone because they were running a special on brakes and asked them about mine. They told me it was a bunch of sand and probably grit or something that's making it make that noise. It had nothing to do with needing a new set of brakes. So, I will definitely be a customer for a long time.Now I have a new whip and it is awesome. I know I will get quality service on this auto. Even my daughter & my grands say that they really like the service.One other thing I really like is the fact that they offer discounts, promotions, just all kinds of things to make it easier on the customer to be able to afford to maintain their vehicle. The convenient credit card makes it easy to keep our vehicles in great shape. Yeah, FIRESTONE is my team. And they take care of me and the HOME TEAM!

I caught a flat on my way to work and had my car towed here. I called and Chris was very very helpful. He searched for a tire for me and after not finding one Brian stepped in and helped. These gentleman really helped my sour mood and went as far to say they can repair the tire vs trying to get the most money from me with replacing the tire. I appreciate that. That s the reason why I will come back and refer my friends to this location. Seems as if they really care although we all just met. I will say you are in good hands at this location. Thank you guy alot.

This is how firestone can screw up your day take your money, time ,and gas all in one day. Brought tires from them a couple months ago I got a nail in my tire that flatten it quickly so I had to go to a nearby place to replace the tire quickly. Call firestone since they were still under warranty the lady that answered the phone said come in we will refund your money but due to work we went there September 9, Saturday at noon ( my time), 45 minutes away (my gas) and spent money ( my cash) only to be spoken rude by some male that might have been the manger. After just saying we couldn't get our money back and turning to walk away. This is how firestone in Aberdeen Maryland treated us today. The thousands of people at the family reunion today was shocked then some told there unfortunate story of how they were treated. How you treat someone can go far but how you mistreat someone can go a whole lot farther faster. You never know who works at a news station.

Be very weary of this place. I was told I needed a new battery along with tires when they couldn't find anything wrong with the vehicle. The funny thing was The battery was maybe 3 weeks old, and the tires they recommended were literally new tires that were put on the vehicle less then 6 days before coming to this shop!

A very professional business. We were driving to MA and stopped to fill the air in a tire. When the air machine at the gas station actually made our situation worse (actually brought our PSI down to 5!!), we drove to the closest auto shop which happened to be this Firestone. They were happy to fill our tires for free to the optimum pressure, and now we are back on the road. Great service! That is guys!

The main reason for the 5 stars is... They were opened on New Year Day and understandably they were kinda tight on space.. but I was on my way to NJ...and I got a flat.
