amazing experience!! very professional and quick service. i needed an interior detailing after a friend got sick in my car after a night out and he did a wonderful job. there was no evidence of the event ever even happening and 99% of the smell was gone, plus my seats and dash have never looked so amazing since the car was brand new! ty s response time was amazing and he got me in for my appointment just two days later (would ve been only one if it weren t for my work schedule!) love the fact behind the rim is in aberdeen and close to home, very affordable price but for top notch service. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back!

The service provided is beyond what I expected. My car looked as if it were new again. The interior and exterior were cleaned and the work provided was above standards. He went above and beyond cleaning the dog hair and glitter from my back sheets and floors. I appreciate the time and care taken to bring my care back to life. I recommend this detailers work

Contacted Ty on short notice, got the full interior/exterior offer within 24 hours. Prices are great, and services even better.When I was deciding who to get detailing done by, I knew Behind the Rim was a good choice when I saw how Ty handled his reviews. Good reviews were noticed, and even the bad reviews would get a response with an offer to reconcile anything the customer wasn t satisfied with, and this attitude was the same one Ty brought to the service. He made sure I was happy with everything before I left. Definitely recommend.

This looks like a brand new car. I had never gotten my car detailed so there was five-years worth of use built up and it is literally spotless now. I will absolutely be back! The entire process was very convenient with scheduling options including text-messages, drop off, a quick chat, timely completion, and options for pick-up like afterhours contactless since I had to work late. I am so blown away with the service I received and Ty never made me feel embarrassed for the mess. He was so helpful and polite, walking me through the Groupon redemption process and even sending pictures of the vehicle upon completion. A+ Service! Went to him to get the mold out of my car, no more mold! If you need mold out of your car, he s your guy! Ordered SHAMPOO AND VACUUMING WITH A MINOR EXTERIOR CLEANING; Could be the worst detail job I have ever received. Definitely not what I ordered. May have been vacuumed but no level of water or wipe down was evident in this detailing, even after coming back to fix the problem. I have contacted him again but this is the level of service that he chose to stand behind.

For his birthday all my husband wanted was a nice clean car. Between myself leaving random coffee cups behind, my teenager just leaving general teenage kid funk, and our two dogs riding (summer shedding) in the car, I could see he needed it. I contacted Behind The Rim in Aberdeen and cannot speak highly enough about the service. Tyrone came directly to me and worked tirelessly to get my husband's car looking even better than the day he bought it! Ty worked for hours on the interior and exterior of the car. The price was reasonable and the job done was impeccable. Tyrone was kind and showed complete dedication to his craft. I scheduled my appointment two weeks out for detail. When it came to the day of the appointment I called a couple hours before to confirm the appointment. The service provider had to reschedule. No big deal. I rescheduled.When I arrived to my appointment I was urged to redeem my Groupon before the service was provided. I confirmed what services I would be getting and he agreed. I was to have my interior and exterior cleaned, to include the shampooing of the seats.The job he did sub-par at best and the worst details I had ever gotten. The seats had not been shampooed, the inside even barely vacuum.Service: Auto detailing

Well I can't say enough about the service I received. First all he got back to be pretty quickly (that's a plus for being a groupon) I go to pick my SUV and wow the inside looks brand new ..It was dark so I didn't see the outside till I got home and it was beautiful and shiny. Lets start with the inside my SUV was dirty and I MEAN DIRTY ..Glitter food dog hair ...and he got it all out I look over ever inch and he got it all .I would almost swear he switch my car out for a new one! I've used Ty's service to spruce up my car for 2 separate autos - one a 2003 and one a 2017. I can tell you that after he's done, they look the same age on the inside, gorgeous and they smell good too! I always have a nosy neighbor stop by to get his digits afterward. Honestly 5 stars is not enough. They ve been doing great service on since day one. Everywhere I go I get compliments on how good all my vehicles look. The customer service is out of this world. I highly recommend them to anyone interested.Update: It's still the best service in town. At this point they're showing a prestigious level of consistency that anyone would enjoy.

Bought my husband a Groupon to have his car detailed as a gift. Unfortunately he no-showed the first time, and stopped responding to attempts to reschedule. We were willing to be flexible and really wanted to support local business, but we work too and can't (won't) spend time we don't have chasing down someone who doesn't want the job.

Excellent service!! So polite and did an amazing job on a 3500 Ram and a wrangler unlimited. The come to you service is amazing and super convenient and will make your neighbors super jealous. He was even able to get spilled yoghurt out of cloth seats. This was amazing, affordable, and convenient.

Ty, from Behind The Rim has been detailing my car for sometime now. EVERY time he details my car he brings it back to showroom new. Ty takes my car back to the day I initially picked it up on Dec. 20, 2016 (my delivery date). He puts a SHINE on my car that is unimaginable. You will NOT be disappointed, believe me. I recommend the wax and wash service. It's a service that puts an envy from your neighbor's and on passing cars. You will find yourself being asked, "How did you get the shine on your car?" Ask Ty for his business cards, it will save you time from saying hit up Ty from Behind The Rim. Just pass them his business card, it'll save you from all the explanation. I'm blessed to have met Ty McNair, who not only does the work, but stands behind his business and his craft. Make an appointment, again you will not be dissatisfied. Trust.

The results were far better than I expected. My car looks new, inside and out.Turn around time was reasonable- about 3 1/2 hours, for work that looked like it would have taken an entire day.It's a small business that definitely deserves the support of the community.

I love the professional service I receive from Ty, he s always on time or early, I take advantage of hisMonthly program which is convenient because I typically forget to get my car washed on my own and he s removed smoke damage from numerous rental &corporate cars (which saved me extra fees) I can t say anything bad about this company!!!! A+++++++++

My neighbor has been a regular customer of BehindTheRim. His car stands out in the neighborhood, bright yellow, but ALWAYS clean and shiny. He referred me to Ty, and the rest is history. Great guy, amazing service and exceptional customer service as well. All in all A+.

I asked for recommendations for mobile car detailing due to my crazy travel schedule.. I was contacted my Ty at Behind the Rim; within 10 minutes I had pricing, options and ultimately an appointment set! The process was simple, and fast, no hidden cost! Ty arrived at my office, quickly set up and got to work. When I tell you he CLEANED my car from top to bottom, the word cleaned is an understatement. He shampooed seats, vacuumed floors, and scrubbed surfaces that hadn t been touched in YEARS! As a mom of a BOY, you can imagine what the backseat contained!!! LOL. I was actually embarrassed but was never made to feel anything but a valued customer...... my car is sooooo much better I cancelled an appointment to go car shopping because I refuse to waste this sparkle!! I could not be happier with his service and will be calling for touch ups- I promised never to let it get that bad again Co-workers who have seen my car asked if I paid you more than the rate because you deserved it!! Sinergy Maryland has had some great results and detailing done by this professional/entrepreneur. We happily would recommend him to all as he is a pleasure to work with and performs outstanding and quality work! As a crew we try to maintain our cars and are continuously trying to work on them even in this funky weather. It is helpful to have someone is mobile who can show up and prep our cars after a long days work in time for the next meet/show. Thanks Ty!
