I have to say, they have some of the best customer service. Francis aka Buffy was awesome. She helped me replace my wipers with ease. Now I need her to show my other half how to get the job done! Lol. Thank you again!

The guys at Advanced Auto last night were awesome. They let us use the code reader to see what code my car read. Then, they helped us figure out a possible diagnosis and found the part we needed to replace. Great job, guys. You've earned the future business of this customer!

11/25/2023 employee not willing to assist my veteran husband. Our battery was acting up. Morning employee refused to come out and look even though signs on the door say "free check and installation". Rude and lazy.

Nicest people ever, every time !!! Not only did Chad replace my car battery, he let me watch (and answered all of my questions), told me why my battery was dying, where to go to get the repair done. Super friendly staff, I never feel like I'm being upcharged or taken advantage of!

My first time visit on this store . The workers are friendly with warm smiles. My car needed a new battery. The gentleman took the battery out of my car and the lady installed the battery with no problem. She was happy to help me.

A quick one stop shop is all you need here. Service is friendly and fast. Haven't had a problem here and neither has my husband. If they don't have it, they'll order it in and should be at the most tops a week. Not sure about a public restroom though. Never had to go when here. Was just in and out. Parking lot is good sized and easy to get in and out of.

I went to the store few minutes ago to buy a new battery and get it installed. After I bought the battery, I asked employee Devin L. To installed for me. Devin L. told me, he couldn't installed because they don't install battery in some specific cars. Inside of the store where the battery are located, there is an advertisement in big letters saying that if you buy a battery, we install it for you. No where in the store says they only install battery in certain cars. I asked for a refund for the battery I just bought and took my business somewhere else. My point is: Don't advertise something that you won't do.

Needed a new battery for my truck. They didnt test my battery and my truck was dead in the parking lot and they would not install a battery or give me a jump. Had to ask a stranger in the parking lot for a jump. website and front of building say free battery testing and installation and i was denied both including a jump start to get me out of the parking lot. Its one thing to not want to install a battery but to not even test it to see if it was and to say they cant give me a jump is like going to a gas station on E and them saying sorry you cant get gas. Will not recommend this place jor visit advanced auto ever again.

Just got my battery replaced by Dave. He was great. He showed me the voltage on the battery tester and put the new one in. Process was quick and easy. Thank you!

Excellent service with battery replacement.I was helping a neighbor replace two batteries and they did it was great efficiency and professionalism and explain everything in great detail.They were very nice and very helpful. Did not try to upsell any items professionalI would recommend them again.

So i came in a week ago to get a new battery put into my car. They were extremely busy and made me wait around for over an hour for them to just check my battery and then replace it. If i knew how to do it on my own i would've done a better job. Well the guy we installed my battery didn't really know what he was doing. Oh and did i mention that when they were busy inside the STORE MANAGER was outside talking for a good 10 minutes. Mind you i was still waiting for my battery, and at this point i already paid for it. Now my car isn't running because the guy didn't install my battery correctly and the battery cable wasn't on tight enough and it popped off. Needless to say you lost my business and lets hope they learn from my experience and not to do it again. What a shame.

When you buy a car battery here they install it for free. It's great!

On this particular day they did not have what I was searching for but, I picked up two articles that I needed down the road in time. I have shopped here a few times and have typically gotten what I wanted. If it's not on a shelf you can always ask them to look it up on a computer or they may have it in stock in the back. Easily accessible off Route 40 in Aberdeen.

Absolutely awesome we had car trouble on a long road trip and the staff Devon and I did not get the other guy's name we so very friendly and helpful. We stopped at other stores looking for parts and these guys were by far the most helpful and accommodating. A+++

I would like to thank Shane and the other young man that HELPED us tonight 6 / 10 at 8: 30 we rolled in there with our truck losing radatetor fluid and they made sure we had EVERYTHING we needed and then some I couldn't think of a better place to stop .we just paid $16.21 and got a million dollar service. Thank you so so very much . We owe you . We got home safe couldn't of done it with out you guys .

5 people in line on a Sunday afternoon. Two workers were standing in the back talking about how they were going to stock shelves while we all stood there waiting on two cashiers. Finally, one person came over to check more people out. I stood in line longer than it took me to select the stuff I needed. This wasn't the first time this happened. Bottom line, not customer oriented.

I purchased my battery today and asked for free installation. The clerk Amber checked out my hood and claimed they couldn't do it because it has the fuse or whatever. She told me to go to an automobile for installation but they didn't accept customer own parts. I went home, watched a youtube video and replaced the battery easily within 15mins. And I've never done it!One more thing, the in store stock that I saw online was not accurate.

Yesterday I went to Advanced Autoparts to get a tube of grease for my husband to change my breaks. When I got there there were probably 7 people already waiting in line. An older gentleman was super helpful, helping me find the grease. I waited probably 15 minutes in a line, I was number 9 in line. I put the tube of grease down and left with my 2 young children very very frustrated. Went across the street to Auto Zone where we were in and out in less than 4 minutes. Auto Zone will be getting my business from now on. Very poor customer service Advanced Autoparts!

Depending on who you get on the phone it's hit or miss. The person who answered the phone ( I want to say Frank) was great I had a dead battery and I gave him year, make, and model of my vehicle and he immediately knew what one and how much, go there to pick it up and the other employee Dominque was completely useless, I don't understand how he even has a job. Auto Zone did not have as good as a warrantee and closes an hour earlier.

Prices are expensive. Wouldn't change my battery because they said it was too late, even though it was only 6pm.

Seems like everybody has the same issue here You sell me the wrong part at an inflated price that s defective and then you refuse to return it because I lost my receiptMaybe you should get more adequate employees that know what they re doing in the automotive sector and you want to have this issueOn average I spend $100 a week in the store I ve vowed to never return to advance auto parts againPS just went to AutoZone got the right plug for my vehicle and the return policy is much better even if you don t have a receipt they will give you automatic store credit which advance never offered

Only one person in the store, of course he was on the phone. Never acknowledged I was there or anything. I waited about 10 minutes and finally went across the street to AutoZone and spent 200.00. Oh well you snooze you lose. Would give Zero stars of I could.

They told me the car cover I was purchasing was waterproof but it was not. I would have been more than happy to pay more for the extra protection.

Always courteous and knowledgeable staff no matter what location I have visited.They may not have everything I want but if I need it, they seem to have it. My go to place.
