I have just recently moved to Yarmouth and went in to get my car tuned up at this location. The guys were very helpful and honest about what I needed most on the car. As I waited in the store I noticed that there was a consistency with how well they treated all of the customers going in and out. This was a great experience and I am glad I have a reliable place to take my car in the future.

Bought 5 tires in advance and scheduled an appointment. I showed up 15 minutes early. Took them 45 minutes to get my vehicle in and on the lift. That's fine, sometimes it's busy. They then spent the next 15 minutes looking for my new tires. Finally they found 4 of them and for some reason didn't have my 5th so I had to leave my spare there for them to get to when they get to it. Annoying but not a huge deal. One of my new tires was leaking air. Had to fill it up the next day twice. Took 2 days to get my spare finished. Went in and I formed them of the leak and they told me it would be at least 2-3 weeks before they come get my car in there to fix it. They told me it would be best if I put on my new spare and brought and dropped off the tire so they could get to it when they get to it. Took the 3 days after making me change the tire myself.The people were nice enough, but I wouldn't say they were incredible with customer service. Each time I had to unload and load the tire myself.I won't be back. I'll find somewhere else.

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable team starting with Casey at the check in. Waiting area clean and comfortable with good Wi-Fi access. Tire change and inspection under an hour at a very reasonable fee.

Always had a good experience here. Prices are fair and it's easy to book an appointment online. Comfortable waiting room with free water, coffee and wifi. In and out today in about an hour for a flat repair, oil change & filter change. The woman who checked me in at the front was friendly and knowledgeable.

I had to have brake repair service done. These guys were amazing. The shop was so busy. And I was squeezed in because I had almost emergency type issues. Mathew Hatke was my technician. He checked and covered everything. Everyone was so nice and kept me informed of the process. I've been a VIP customer for quite some time and I'm never disappointed. My visit to the Yarmouth, ME VIP was an enjoyable experience. They not only did the changeover from regular tires to snow tires, they did it efficiently and effectively. VIP in Yarmouth.. brought my car in for an inspection. my normal mechanic has been scheduling months out and i was in need of a sticker.. i knew i needed two new front tires but that was it. VIP had the AUDACITY- to tell me that for front left wheel bearings, WITHOUT labor it would be $900. For an 2005 Toyota corolla??? Talk about a scam shop. Never bring your car here.

The team installed new headlights, and Manager Casey only charged for the bulbs with no service fees. I didn t expect such a neighborly approach from a business this size. I really appreciate it and I trust VIP to be fair.

Had an excellent experience in the Yarmouth shop this week. Pablo's customer service is top notch. Mat, my mechanic, was friendly and professional, with great suggestions for my car. They even fit in an oil change. Thanks guys!

Casey at Yarmouth VIP was very kind and was able to help me with putting a new headlight in my car that I bought from O Reilly s next door. He did this with a smile on his face and with great customer service! I highly recommend coming to this location for the kind helpful folks that work here!

I was extremely happy today. I went into VIP needing an inspection on a Saturday morning to make sure my son could use my car for his driver's test on Monday. I knew it would be slim chance to get in at such short time frame. But I was so happy when the service workers said they would get me right in. I went out, showed them my car, they took it in and were done in less than 25 minutes!! Thank you so much for your understanding and prompt service! The VIP Tires location off Rte 1 in Yarmouth delivers on quality service and in a timely fashion. My experience with the staff has been positive, and I will continue to think of them first to handle my car maintenance. Upon my initial visit for a state inspection the customer representatives and the mechanics answered all of my questions and made me feel welcome within the establishment. They provided me awareness on how to schedule future needs for winterizing my vehicle. Today I went in for an oil change and Casey C. and his crew provided the same level of professionalism in both technical expertise and customer service. I will continue to solicit their advice and recommend them to my own associates. Thank You VIP Tires in Yarmouth for making a necessary "life-errand" a pleasant experience.

Brought two tires to be balanced over off the car,saving them the time and labor, was told two leave them for two days or possibly two weeks from now they could balance,I mean nobody has 15 minutes to balance a couple of tires, Will find somewhere else to go.I will give the counter people credit ,they were courteous at least while they blew me off.VIP the home of the thousand dollar inspection sticker .

The team here is really top notch. I had a dealer out of state do some shoddy work, and these guys came in and saved the day (and my car!) I called them day-of and they made time to take care of me and make sure I still had reliable transportation to and from work. Dropped in to get pricing/availability on new tires. Was assisted by Pablo and Casey, who helped me narrow down options. They were able to fit me in and turn the car around in just over an hour. My car has AWD and they were able to answer my questions about wear patterns and the rotation process. I m a busy sales rep and could have gone anywhere in New England, but I will keep these guys in mind next time I need tire service. Would recommend.Service: Auto tire replacement

Great customer service. Service managers are 10/10, and technician Matthew Hatke was highly professional and a great technician and very customer focused when discussing options for needed services. I had the highest confidence in him and the whole VIP team.Will definitely go back.

The customer service here is phenomenal. Sam went out of his way to replace the battery in our car that was having some issues. We were on a trip visiting family from Florida and had no tools and no help, he jumped right in and helped without question. Such a simple gesture made our day. Thanks so much!

I had been dealing with a different regional auto service company for many years. I took my CR-V there for routine service service. While my car was there they called and told me I also needed new rear brakes. It was pricey so I checked the Honda dealer for price. They inspected my brakes, told also me I needed new ones and also new calipers which more than doubled the first quote.I had never been to VIP, but it had been highly recommended. I decided to get a quote there. I told them exactly what had happened and asked them for their price. To my surprise, they inspected the brakes and told me they were only 50% through their normal life. I didn't need brakes or calipers at all. They fixed a couple of little things they saw during the inspection and sent me on my way at no charge. It's refreshing to find an honest service company that is customer focused. Really impressed by the service I received in Yarmouth - everyone was friendly, attentive, professional, and were able to finish my car service in the allotted time. I called earlier in the week to schedule to have new four tires put on and asked how long it would take and was told an hour. I scheduled an appointment for 11am on June 10th. I dropped the car off at 10:58am and asked again if it would be an hour and the manager said yes. I came back at 12:30pm an hour and a half later and the car was still on the lift and only had two tires on it. I asked the manager what was going on it was supposed to be ready at 12:00pm and he proceeded to tell me he was down a person. He never mentioned that when I dropped off the car as it would have caused me to not leave the car. I cashed out at 12:27pm and asked how much longer and he said not much longer as someone was going to work through their lunch. It took another half hour. Well I had to be at the Yarmouth High School Graduation at 1pm to see a family member graduate and needless to write I didn't make it on time. Don't ever use VIP as they are dishonest and have no consideration of your time. Additionally the waiting room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in about six months.

This was my very first time going to VIP Auto in Yarmouth. I had purchased a battery for my car from AutoZone but found out they weren t able to install it after I already made the purchase. I called around the area but many places had been booked out for days.I made an appointment with VIP that was 2 weeks out, which was longer wait than I anticipated but I didn t mind it since many shops are incredibly busy and short-staffed during the winter.The next day, I received a call from Jesse, who was able to squeeze in a last-minute appointment for me on the same day. This team truly went above and beyond my expectations. These guys are genuinely kind and seem like honest, hard-working people.My car was done in about an hour for the battery installation. When I came to pick it up, the cost was free of charge to my surprise. I don t think this is a common thing that most shops do, but it was highly appreciated. I feel so thankful and I will definitely come back to VIP Auto again for my car maintenance!Service: Auto battery replacement

They always provide great service, exceed expectations, and have convenient hours including evenings & weekends. Today I came in for filters, oil change, alignment & tire check. My tire had an unpatchable sidewall issue so I need a new tire. Great experience. Needed a state inspection for a 2007 Prius, they took care of it no problem and fixed a broken rear strut. Also replaced broken gas cap cover. Timely and friendly service, and the text updates are helpful. I went in because my battery had died and I needed a jump to get it started so I could drive to VIP to have it tested. Within about 5-10 minutes they were able to get me in and get it tested and get my battery taken care of. They replaced my battery and did a vehicle inspection and checked my alignment.
