Pulled in to TW around 11:00am to pick up a trailer tire which was waiting for me as I have done many times for my Tree Company in the last 20 years. The sign said open 7:30-6:00pm, so stood in the office around 15 minutes watching a couple guys and some children in the shop, heavy metal playing so loud no one could hear my "Hellos". I waved to a child and he waved back. At over 15 minutes I knocked on the window a couple times and someone yelled "Don't bang on the window". Oh well, I at least got they're attention...... No, wrong, someone came into the office to the computer and completely ignored me, so I said "how's it going"? No eye contact, just a grumble and back into the shop. At this point I was going to take my tire and leave even though I wanted to drop another off. Finally the man irritated that I knocked on the window came out and repeated "don't knock on the window". I said "your sign says open, I was trying to get your attention ". To which he responded louder " Don't bang on the window not even the kids can bang on the window"...as if they had privileges I did not?So I said how was I supposed to get your attention? I'm trying to pick a tire up and drop one off. He said "no one can bang on the window". I paid for my tire and said "I won't leave the other one, you clearly would rather not have my business any more". He walked back into the shop and so I left. There goes over 20 years of my Tree Service and any of my family and friends I tell this story. There are other shops who want my business. I'm sorry I wasn't able to give a negative 1 star review for the rudeness. A better response would have been, "just a minute, we're short handed, be right there". I would have understood and waited. I won't have to put up with being treated like that again. Already using another local company. Thanks for the 20 years of service. Jim

MIKE rules! My wife and I were coming back from an RV trip when we got a blow out. Pulled off the road and ended up at the tire warehouse, where Mike helped us get back on the road super quickly. Highly recommend! Thanks mike!!

I m sorry I forgot the technician s name, but he was very courteous very knowledgeable. We had agreed that I would drop the tire off and he called me after it was finished and instead he took me right in and mounted bounced my tire and got me out of there great experience this is not my first time using that shop.Click to

2/21/2024Update: Tire Warehouse asked me to call again. I didn't bother doing so.4/2/2023 Update:Tire Warehouse removed the 'response from the owner' they previously left.3/30/203 Update:I received a 'response from the owner' the next day asking me to call their 800 number. So, I called in and got a rep named Liz on the phone who had no idea why I was calling or what I was referring to. She actually ended up hanging the phone up on me out of frustration.For this reason, I have deducted a star from the original 2 stars and give tire warehouse 1 star.03/29/2023:The first time I went in on a Friday, was told they couldn't install tires because they needed to work on a family members car, could I come back Saturday? So, I went back Saturday. The tires were installed. The alignment couldn't be done because they did not have the proper tools. I was asked to come back Monday. I went back Monday. They still didn't have the proper tools. I was told to come back Tuesday. So this time, I called before going in, was told they got what they need to complete the job but didn't have time and asked me if I could come in next Friday.Call me crazy but it shouldn't take 4 trips back and forth over the course of a week to install tires and get an alignment.I went to a different shop and got my alignment done with zero issues.Even though Tire Warehouse offered the best price around, they left me hanging when it came to finishing the job. For that reason, I can give them no more than 2 stars (revised 3/30/2023).

Well, I came back to edit my review, had a poor experience with this outfit a few weeks ago,Was driving by today and saw Under New Management on sign out front so gave them another try.Must say Eric on the counter got my tires balanced ,no hassle ,very satisfied.Give them another try if you have had issues in the past

Mike, the manager has top notch customer service. He took care of me right away and I witnessed his excellence when taking care of another customer. A driver of a tractor trailer stopped in with a flat tire. Mike was very proactive calling everywhere to find someone who could service his big rig. He didn t give up until he found someone to help the driver get back to his scheduled pick up. Very impressive!!

Mike was beyond helpful after we had sliced up our tire at our campground. Got there at 6:00 and he replaced it while we waited. He also helped us to get help for our broken phone. He called a place for us to find out if they had the part. He just went above and beyond in every way.

We got a flat and Mike worked with us to get a replacement tire ASAP and even advised on how to get TireRack's Road Hazard warranty to reimburse us for the cost. Awesome service! I highly recommend Tire Warehouse in Yarmouth.

Since they fired the one and only auto technician that I trust with my vehicle I will no longer be going to this location. Brian did everything he could for me price wise when I was Struggling with payment, and is always quick and efficient on my vehicles. Sucks that they didn't realize what a great technician they had.The place will sink without him there to do every job in the shop.

I cannot remember his name and I apologize but he was fantastic. I had a low tire the night before and filled it, the next morning it was low again and I limped it into Yarmouth. I was there before the store opened and when I went in and from there the service was amazing! He ordered the tire and told me when to come back the same day! from start to finish the service was fantastic and the next day when I showed up to have them check the lugs, I was in and out. I have always had great luck at this location and will be back! I was squeezed in and that says a lot about the service. I was able to work and not miss anytime.

Brian at Tire Warehouse in Yarmouth has taken great care of my vehicles. This guy cares about his customers, has great prices, and does quality work. Highly recommend this shop.

I made an online appointment. When I arrived at 10:30am for my scheduled appointment, the guy working said he couldn t fit me in until 5:00pm. I couldn t do that, as I had other plans. So he scheduled me for the next day.He stated that that happens a lot with the online appointments. It s the 1st time it s happened with me. I make all my appointments online. If that s true, it s something that needs to be looked at. That was a bunch of my time wasted. Very unprofessional.

These guys are great! When my husband brought his truck in for an alignment, it turned out he needed another part. They were quick to notify him, and he was able to get the part in and get the truck back to them right away. They fit him into the schedule again quickly, and got him back on the road.This is our third amazing experience with them in the past 12 months. I highly recommend them based on their great skills and excellent service.

Called with an emergency need for a tire repair and they were able to fit us in in two hours, we dropped my car off and when we went back to pick it up we were told that it was a screw in the tire and that there would be no charge for the repair! We definitely did not expect that and would have been more than happy to pay for the work done but the man at the desk sent us on our way free of charge! It's a rarity these days for truly good customer service and the service rep at Yarmouth's Tire Warehouse location was it. Definitely will be a repeat customer!

These guys get it done! I m a repeat customer here for the last few years and even though they ve had a bunch of staff turnover here in the last little while, the service and prices are still good.

Wish I could leave -5 stars since I had a 8:30am appointment and called at 5:30pm and was told the my truck was just being pulled into the shop. 7:30 came around I went over and my truck hadn t been moved and the shop was closed. No call about or anything. Garbage company, wasted my entire day waiting for absolutely nothing. A 2 year old could run a place better than the idiots running this place.

We needed air in our tires and requested an impromptu appointment. The technician was able to fit us in and found two nails in one tire and a corroded stem in the other. After more than a half hour of work, we were told that there would be no charge for the service. So pleased that we will continue to choose this reliable place to have our tires replaced in the future. Thank you so much!!

Just found out that Brian was fired so will never be going here again unless he s back he s the only one I trust working on any of my vehicles he doesn t sugar coat anything he lets you know when you need more work done on your vehicle and let s you know about how long before it s gonna be before you absolutely have to get what ever it is that needs to be fixed and helps you out as best he can

Got an appointment on a day they were supposed to be closed for inventories. Plugged a nail hole in about 20 minutes, and it was less than $40. Thanks guys!

They got me in and out quickly and great service. I then a week an half later hit a curb just right and they were able to squeeze me in the next day with a new tire. Can t recommend more!

I went to Tire Warehouse because there were deals through my employer. I was very impressed with Dave, traveling manager at large, running the garage like a true captain. I only waited an hour for a set of new snow tires. My technician was informative and took the time to talk to me about questions or concerns. I also found a $50 coupon, so wow, what a great experience and deal. Next time you need an inspection, alignment or new tires...you will be well served here!

The staff I talked to was pleasant enough. Issue was that I was told my 2016 Audi A3 wasn't programmed into their alignment machines software so they couldn't perform an alignment on my car, seems odd with it being a fairly common vehicle on the road. Instead of calling to tell me this during the day when they determined the issue (I dropped my car off the night before), I had to call that evening to ask if my car was ready. A phone call would have been nice so I could arrange service somewhere else.

They were short staffed on a busy holiday weekend and still took great care of us. Had a tricky tire-ran over a nail-and they managed to patch it which saved me a TON of money. Easy to communicate with and the garage was so very busy. There was a lady in front of me with a similar situation, and she was treated really well, too. I will definitely come back when it is time to buy new tires, and thankful that day was not today!

I cannot tell you how impressed I was with the service that your manager Dave provided. I had an issue with a set of Michelin tires that were wearing very quickly and it was obvious that they would not make it close to the manufacturer s mileage warranty. He handled everything professionally and got me into a new set of tires while keeping the price reasonable for the replacements. True customer service comes into play when you have an issue! I could not be happier with the solution that was reached and will continue to be a loyal customer in the future.Thank you!Glen

[ They are buying 5-star reviews, don't believe everything you see ]The quality of work done on my car is good, but the quality of customer service is lacking. One staff member offered me 10% off my bill if I left a 5-star rating, another 20% - so don't believe all of the 5-star reviews you see. Some staff will also ignore you when you walk in until they feel ready to talk.Two weeks ago I made an appointment for an oil change and to have my breaks checked. I was told I needed a new rear passenger bearing, and that it's good to have both rear ones replaced at the same time. I went to another mechanic for a second opinion. They took it for a test drive and put it on the lift for closer inspection. Nothing wrong with the bearing. Saved over $600 tire warehouse would have charged for unnecessary service.

Overall disappointing experience. Only 1 choice of tire for my car despite me setting up the appointment 5 weeks ahead of time and choosing online the tire I wanted. It took over 2 hours to get my tires installed despite being told about 15-20 minutes per tire.

Highly recommended!Had a tire that was low on air so I took my car to Tire Warehouse. Sunday afternoon at 2pm. We were on a long vacation trip. They took a look and found a nail in the sidewall. Couldn't repair it. Unfortunately this Tire Warehouse didn't carry a replacement of this size. But they were able to recommend another shop that might be able to help.Anyway, these guys did the diagnostic to find the nail, provided this advice, put the spare on for me, and wrapped the old tire in a large plastic bag and put it in the back for me. All this work - maybe 20 - 30 minutes - and they didn't charge me. And they did this immediately, moving me to the front of the line.I would certainly recommend these guys. I just wish they would have had the tire and these guys could have done the work.

The Tire Warehouse is a great place for any tire services! First I had a slow leak with one tire and they fixed for free! My husband then had them do our winter tire change over and then back to summer tires this spring and they did a great job as a very reasonable price $50 (with email coupon, get on their mailing list). We will definitely go to them for our next tire purchase or tire service . Also, want to recognize Brandon the wkend manager for his great customer service.
