If you have Geico insurance I would recommend Hewitts Auto Body. They are a Geico Direct company meaning if they repair your vehicle and if anything goes wrong you can take it to any Geico Direct company across the country and they will address it. The people at Hewitts are top notch, informative and super friendly. I had constant updates via text during my repair. My vehicle looks and drives just as good as before the accident. I can't sing their praises enough!!

I brought them a used door for my camaro and asked them to body work and paint it to match. They are a great group of guys there providing great customer service and high quality work. Took a Subaru Crosstrek to get repaired. Timeline was way off. Had to go back 4x because they kept forgetting to finish the job. Missing plastic rivets, polishing compound everywhere, mirrors loose and vibrating, hood crooked, drips in the clear coat, etc. I asked them to repaint the hood to fix road stone damage and they just painted it without repairing the stone damage so now u can see all the damage with fresh paint covering the dings. Tried to tell me I just asked for a repaint and why would they repair the dings? That's ludicrous!! They didn't charge me for the hood repaint and expected that to make me feel better. The color match is terrible. The side mirror still vibrates. I would not recommend using this auto body shop. EVER!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I slid backwards down my driveway into a tree, causing some damage to the back of my van. The lift gate, back windshield and bumper all had to be replaced. It took about three weeks to get the job done, which was very reasonable considering the damage. My van looks fantastic and even better than before. They even vacuumed and cleaned the outside of my van which was so nice and appreciated!!! I highly recommend this business! They did great work and I'm so happy with the results! After hitting a deer on the way to work on an awful Monday morning, I chose Hewitt s Auto Body to take care of my Corolla. They were efficient, honest communicators and took care of thousands of dollars in damage in just under a week. I rented a car ahead of time to get to work and back for three days, not knowing how long it would take. They called as soon as a loaner was available, being totally empathetic about having to pay for a rental, and reserved the loaner so I d be taken care of. They had a solution for everything that came up in the process of renting/loaning, so the whole thing was low-stress. Every step of the way they were friendly and open about what they were working on and how long it might take. It ended up done early and looks/sounds/runs like new. The paperwork and check-in/check-out process was so efficient that I was in and out of the office in under 10 minutes for both drop off and pick up. I m super glad I chose to work with them and absolutely recommend them for emergency or other work needing to be done to your vehicle!

My car is as good as new! The white paint has the same Pearl effect as the rest of the vehicle and blends right in. They kept me updated on ETA the whole time.

I ve had multiple cars repaired here, but recently the service has been less than optimal. They don t provide updates on your car when it misses their timeline and you have to chase them down and then don t return your calls. Their estimates are not thorough, so they don t have the parts in stock. My 4-5 day repair has taken 6 weeks and may take 4 more weeks because they didn t do a thorough estimate so they didn t know what they d need and didn t verify availability of parts before dropping off the car even though I verified availability before leaving the car with them. AVOID

The professionals at Hewitt s made me immediately confident that my service would be top notch. They worked with me and my insurance company and offered some options of ways to preserve my vehicle and its value. I am extremely happy with the resultant repair and the cost value. Great folks with whom to work and highly recommend them.

I was able to get an estimate quickly. The price seemed reasonable. They were able to take my truck in right away and completed the repairs (replacing passenger side mirror) in just a few hours. Truck was returned way cleaner that I left it and final price was same as estimated. Overall a very good service experience.

Took my Son's 2005 Mazda 6 Sport there. The staff was amazing and the work was beyond our expectations. They also had to replace the driver's side rear door, the paint job was a perfect match. If I ever need body work done again (hopefully never:) I would definitely go to them again. Great job, excellent customer service too.

I was rear-ended and Hewitt's Auto body took my truck in right away they sent me up with a rental car right there that was brand new.the people that work there are friendly and professional.they estimated 6 days but it only took them two days to do my truck and it came back spotless with a car wash with a beautiful new bumper and it looks phenomenal!!

Don't waste your time here. Had an estimate done on my vehicle after a minor collision. They said they would call me to follow up. Never did. I called the next week to follow up and they had clearly lost all of my information. Had to go back for a second estimate. At which point they again failed to follow up. When I finally showed up on the proposed date of service they failed to arrange a rental car despite this having been requested. If you value your time and sanity don't deal with this place.Service: Body & Trim

One of my vans incurred damage to the door after the wind pulled it out of the driver's hand. I called to get it in for estimate. They took it immediately and gave a thorough estimate. The repairs were scheduled quickly and they said that they would need it for 5 business days. We dropped ot off and immediately started getting daily text messages documenting the progress of the repairs. It was completed on time and looks as good as new. Thank you Hewitt's! Hewitt s is a wonderful business of competent, friendly people who provided me great service in repairing my car. Abbey, the receptionist is affable and personable on the phone and in person. Scott, is skilled, knowledgeable professional estimator and Project Manager who proved to be accurate and reliable all through the process. Used Hewitt's because that's where the insurance company for the gal who hit my car sent me. They were awesome -- great customer service from Mallory at the front desk -- they had me in and out in a rental car they coordinated with Enterprise--who delivered. Kept me up to date on my car repair via text, and it was done early. Have used a closer shop in the past, but I am really impressed with the service here. Worth the extra 10-15 minute drive.

The body work was delayed by a few days but the team was upfront and honest and made the quality of work the priority which I really appreciate. When I went to pick up my car I noticed a small error in my cars keyless entry locking system and they immediately got on the phone with VW and fixed the issue. Everyone I worked with did a great job at explaining things and the customer service was fantastic.

From the first phone call to when I picked up my vehicle, my experience with Scott & others at Hewitt's was professional. I was worried that my 2018 SUV wouldn't be restored to its new condition prior accident, but I was wrong. Perfect! And, the best part--they detailed the inside driver/passenger side.

We took my wife's car to Hewitt's after an accident. We worked with Tyler for the estimate and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. We like that they kept us informed via text messages, at our request, throughout the repair process.

I called these guys early in the morning about my window not working along with not being able to open my door. Not only were they extremely nice and professional, they got me in the same day and got the problem fixed and were very clear all the way through the process. Great staff and prices were amazing. Great work and great customer service. They go above and beyond to do the job right and ensure the customer is happy. They have worked on my car twice in the past two years. Hopedully i won't need any more paint or body work but if I do I will go back to Hewitt's.

Have used Hewitts for 30 years. Always thorough, on time, friendly. Some might say expensive, but you get what you pay for and Hewitts always stands by their work. Once had some paint on fender that started peeling 12 years later and they redid it, no questions asked or moaning. A pleasure to do work with. Glad to support a great local business

I brought my car in for some minor touch up work (i.e. paint chips and scratches) thinking that the employees at Hewitt's who work with body repair every day could do a much better job than I would ever hope to do on my own. Unfortunately, I was wrong. When I got to take a look at the work the day after I picked up my car, I found that a number of extremely obvious spots had been missed, almost every paint chip had touch up paint extending far beyond the borders of the chip, and there was buffing compound all over my car (in door crevices, on the roof rack, etc.).When I called to discuss this, the context of the conversation suggested that the work had been rushed. I was told to come back and they would fix the spots they had missed, which I appreciated. However, I was told that I would not have to leave, as the work would only take a few minutes. This concerned me, because I did not want the work to be or look rushed. I ended up finishing the work myself and honestly believe that what I did looks better than that of the professionals.I received a comment card that is sent to the house of POC Collision's owner. I filled it out and sent a letter along with it to explain why I had given such poor ratings. It has been over a month now and I have received no response. It seems as though others have had a really good experience with Hewitt's, so I was hoping I would too. If I need any similar work done in the future, however, I will be taking my car elsewhere.

Scott and Tanya were very easy to deal with. Scott was efficient and Tanya's communication thru the process was spot on. I highly recommend Hewitt's and love that they are a locally owned company we were able to support and give our business too. Thank you Hewitt's!!!

Shoddy work. I took my 4 year old Nissan there to have some body work done. The paint kept peeling off afterwards and the paint didn't even come close to matching the original color. One of the rear doors doesn't line up. We also had to bring the car back three times and up until the third time we kept being told that there was nothing they could do. The paint has stopped peeling (for now), but none of my other issues have been addressed.

I went in for an estimate today. They were thorough and explained everything that was happening. Collected my information and sent me on my way. It was a lot less stressful than I thought it was going to be.
