We had called to get body work done and they said they were booked for a couple of months. They said they would call back to schedule and never returned the call. We have since sold the car and have a new one now. Poor communication but the people were friendly on the phone.

Great shop. Yes they have a wait right now but that s because they are good at what they do. I hit a deer with my car and you would never guess it by looking at my car now. The body work they did is flawless. Their customer service was top notch. They went above and beyond to help me with my car issues even beyond the deer damage. They are a highly motivated team focused on customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing body work done and will use them again in the future. Thanks ProBody!

I would absolutely 10/10 recommend ProBody Works. I had a awful time with 2 body shops prior to contacting Todd and the PBW team, I m so glad I chose this shop. Not only did they research the issue (which ended up being completely different than I was previously told by the first 2 shops), they got me scheduled quickly, they kept me up to date with all steps with the ins. claim and progress of the job, they even got my vehicle finished earlier than expected! They re kind, courteous, knowledgeable and extremely professional.ProBody Works will be my go-to from now on.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Welding

The truck I just got needed repair for a rocker panel dent and a couple bigger dents in the bed. Rene wrote up my estimate with pictures and emailed it to me so I could get the dealer to approve paying for the repairs. Once it was approved, they got the truck in quickly, set me up with a rental, and finished the repairs on time. The repairs look great - I can't even tell where the dents were. Overall a good experience and I'd gladly go there again or recommend them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I met with Todd and Rene at Pro Body Works. Being a old autobody man and painter myself (and retired insurance adjuster) I jumped at the opportunity to have a quick tour of their shop. The staff was very friendly and professional. The shop was clean and organized. The equipment seemed like it was in new condition! Rene took care of writing my estimate (a large tree fell damaging multiple panels) and dealing with my insurance company. They were prepared to have a rental car waiting for me, I decided I did not need the rental for the short time they needed to do my repairs. I was very pleased with the quality of the repair and the paint match was perfect! Great job! I was thrilled that my truck looked like new again!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We were so happy with Dave's business. He is professional and knowledgable and his communication with us was substantial throughout the entire process. Very happy with the quality of the repairs we had done. We are new to the area and while our vehicle was in the shop I happened to run into a local who has done business at Pro Body Works and he said they are the best in the area. Glad we went with their business. Would recommend them without a doubt.

I would highly recommend to anyone in need of vehicle body repair.A-1quality, looks like new again... (Thank you Dan) and finished in a timely manner.Very helpful, as the owner helped with the process from start to finish with my insurance company. Todd, came to my work to help take the pictures that was needed, as there was an app I had to use and couldn't make it work. Excellent work, and better customer service. I don't choose to use a collision shop, but if I have to use one, it might as well be this one. Excellent metallic paint match and they went to bad with the rental company when the rental agreement was put solely on my name, which certainly made my wife's life easier. They helped make the best of a bad situation.

They fixed my Cadillac CTS4 coupe perfectly! In addition to being rear ended, I needed add'l body work. They made it so easy and my car looks brand new. This place is Top Notch!

The rear bumper on my car got torn on our camp road. Pro Body gave us a fair estimate, got the job done in good time, and the work was professional. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable , and the shop clean with Covid19 precautions in place. We would use them again.

I made an apppintment for my car with Probody after denting the rear passenger door right where it creases. They came and picked it up, repaired it quickly and returned it to me at home the same day!! It looked as though nothing had ever happened to it!!! Professional, quick, quality service!!!! V. I took my 2018 Toyota 4Runner to Pro Body to have repairs done after someone backed into the driver's side rear quarter panel, breaking the rear side window and causing dents and scratches to the area just above the gas tank.I sat at the shop waiting for about 1/2 hour for someone to help me and look over the damage and answer my questions. I waited 2 and 1/2 hours for Enterprise Rent A Car to bring me a car. After Enterprise never brought me a car I had to remind Pro Body that their website says they offer free loaners and demand a car. The loaner I received had chips and cracks in the windshield, four different tires and one was almost completely bald. The loaner was also filthy inside and had no AC. I was surprised the radio worked.After having my car for a week to do the repairs, it was returned to me with broken glass still inside the vehicle, the paint had ripples, some of the damage was not taken care of and more damage was done to my car while in their possession. The rear bumper was missing paint and areas were chipped, the rear seat belt had been shut in the door causing a dent in both the body and door, the car was covered both inside and out with bondo dust from the sanding that was done, there were additional scratches on the opposite side of the vehicle from where the repairs were made, and the plastic trim around the window was also scratched and damaged.After disclosing this additional information to Pro Body, they asked for a chance to make it right.I took my vehicle back to have the additional damage that they caused repaired. They had my vehicle for another week and provided me with another loaner that was somewhat better than the first one, but not by much.I was told the interior trim piece would be replace and it was not, there are now more scratches on the vehicle in the original area where the work was performed, there are buffing marks on the vehicle, there are paint drips on the bumper and chips in the paint remain. There is overspray of paint inside the rear door as well as on the outside of the driver's door and under the gas tank door. And the bumper paint was not matched (darker) and the fender flare has a gap and is not set tight to the body of the vehicle. And the new window glass has a scratch in it.Again I contacted Pro Body and the owner told me, "We will not replace the interior trim piece because I did not see any damage. I am sorry we could not make you happy and I have other customers that need my attention." And he hung up on me.I have taken my vehicle to another body shop and I am waiting for the estimate from them to correct the damage done by Pro Body. I will have to pay out of my pocket to have the repairs done the correct way, because I found out after the first trip to Pro Body they are NOT a preferred body shop by my insurance company, although Pro Body has a sign hanging in their waiting area saying they are.I am now shopping for a new insurance company as they are not helping me with the situation and I will NEVER trust Pro Body with another vehicle. If you want your vehicle returned in a condition comparable to their loaner cars then by all means, this is the place to go. If you want your vehicle returned in the condition it was prior to the original damage...look for a reputable body shop, NOT this one!They deserve NO Stars in my opinion, but that option isn't a choice if you want to provide a review.UPDATE:The estimate from another body shop to repair the damage to my vehicle done by Pro Body Works came in at $1,610.00.This is unacceptable for a body shop that says, "Since 1982 Pro Body Works has provided the finest quality collision repair available in the mid-coast area because of our continued dedication to the industry, our high level of customer satisfaction and excellence in workmanship."NO customer satisfaction here!! And NOT the finest repair available in the mid-coast area nor an excellence in workmanship.I have pictures to back up my statement!!

Pro Body Works recently completed major repairs to our car. From our first contact and through the repair process we found the staff all very professional. There was always someone there who took the time to listen, address our questions. and who would fill us in on any details . The car, once completed, looked as good as new.Thanks to all.

Brought my Honda Accord here after a tree fell over it. They worked fast with my insurance and took care of everything. The tree ended up crunching in the trunk, part of the roof and rear bumper. It ended up taking two weeks but I got my car back as good as new.
