VIP Tires & Service are our Local Hometown Hero's. A Businesses culture always starts at the top and Josh M., the Store Manager, sets a High Standard making sure every customer receives Quality Service and if there is ever a problem, he always makes good on it. Something that is rare in today's business world. When it comes to Mechanic's, Brian H. is exceptional! His Knowledge, Diagnostic Experience and Honesty exceeds the highest standards. When it comes to my automotive needs, I trust Brian! I highly recommend the Team at VIP Tires & Service located in North Windham, Maine!

I'll just cut to the chase and start by saying everyone here deserves 6 stars.I came in Monday morning in a bit of a panic as my Subaru of all things kept trying to spin out on me in the slushy snow we were getting that morning, due to my changing some chassis parts and not knowing how badly out I was. The customer service from Dom White at the front counter had me feeling like I was chatting with an old friend in minutes. No appointment, just walked in and explained my situation, and before I was even done talking to Dom, the young woman with the red hair who's name I didn't catch, had already asked the tech out back if he had time to fit me in that morning. Turned out he knew what needed to be done and had be bring it right in. From the moment that I was coming through the door in a panic to the minute I drove away (after going back across the street to get my car and all, I was only there 45 minutes and my car has never been straighter. Mr. Brian Bracket knows his stuff. I've been to two places I will never let touch my car again. I'm my own mechanic but I can't do alignments and tires. I'll be bringing it here from now on. Not to mention it was 40 bucks cheaper to align than it was when I brought it to a place in Auburn last time. Very impressed all around here. Thank you all so much. Both my car and my family wouldn't have made it home that day without you.

I scheduled an appointment for an alignment, and I chose VIP because I needed the appointment to take place on the weekend. Honestly, I did not have high expectations as for how quickly the alignment would get done or about the customer service. I think I probably just figured a corporate owned business would not be great. I was pleasantly surprised at both the level of customer service I received, and how quickly the alignment was completed. I was literally only there for 40 minutes, and the employees could not have been more professional! I recommend using the Windham VIP!

I was very impressed with their professionalism and politeness.I made an appointment for an Inspection Sticker on a Sunday not realizing that my registration had expired. They were very understanding. They inspected my vehicle and made an appointment to bring it back the next day for the sticker.All in all it was a very good experience.

My experience at VIP in Windham today was the best! I was impressed with the professional and polite service, the short time it took to do all the things that needed to be done to my truck but above all the service manager took his time to answer all of my questions. That, to me, gives me that personal touch to the service. Also, I haven't waited in a waiting room that was so clean, offered comfortable chairs along with snacks and drinks. Thank you!!

5 stars well deserved! I booked an appointment online for a tire set purchase, installation and alignment. When I came in, the online booking system didn t translate to the retail location so unfortunately, my appointment wasn t on their schedule for that day. Expecting to leave, bummed about missing work, they profusely apologized for the error and fit me in immediately. Errors happen, and even though it was an error out of their control, they went above and beyond to help when I fully understood I d likely have to reschedule. Friendly, wonderful staff!

Josh and Brian were both fantastic. They took the time to clearly confirm all work to be done and Brian took me out to the garage to show me why he recommended additional work. They were very professional add personable. I also appreciate the clean waiting area and restroom as I was there for several hours.

My folks use the Windham VIP exclusively for oil changes and tires, and have always received prompt, professional and friendly service. When I move to Maine next year, they'll have a new customer. Highly recommended!

I definitely can t say the same for all locations but I ve been going to the Windham shop for years now and have only had positive experiences. These guys have gone out of their way to make sure I made it to a wedding on time out of state and on the weekend as I came cross some barriers getting my tires replaced. From small things like a sticker or oil change to bigger headaches, they haven t let me down and so far have only treated myself (and dog!) with kindness and respect.

I came in today before a long journey to all 48 states. I scheduled an oil change and also a front end alignment, even though I felt I did particularly need it, I did just get new tread and it was recommended. I also needed a new spare put onto a new full sized rim. David was my point man and yes, my vehicle was late getting in the garge for my appointment. And yes, unfortunately they could not get my tire to seat properly. They tried and tried to no avail. Regardless of this outcome, they were excellent and took very good care of my vehicle. Outcome: the front end alignment made a big difference, one I did not expect. The oil change will get me 5,000 miles down the road. Many thanks to David and the staff at VIP. I had a wonderful experience at Windham VIP largely due to the great customer service of Dominique W. I was driving on a road trip when I got a piece of metal in my tire, I drove straight to VIP. Without an appointment, Dominique was very understanding and did his best to squeeze me in. I know how busy they are so I was very appreciative! After a little wait they had checked and plugged my tire. I have been driving on it for a few weeks with no issues! Thank you for the great and friendly service. Highly recommend!

While getting 4 tires and an alignment, someone had clearly broke off the dust cover on my front brake and attempted to attach it back on with a zip tie. As a result, since I was going on a highway trip (which I had mentioned), the dust cover broke off while on the turnpike and got hung up inside my tire rim. Under normal local driving conditions, may not be a huge deal. BUT, on the highway, driving fast, VERY dangerous. It caused my tire weights to come off and ruined the alignment that was done. Luckily, my tires are fine. I will not be going back there again. Especially since it cost over $900 and then that happened.**Update**I'm choosing to edit my review because VIP was quick to respond to my complaint. They reached out and went above and beyond to look into what happened and how they could help fix my issue. They rebalanced and realigned my Jeep. I appreciated their promptness, concern and handling of the situation. Thank you for providing excellent customer service.

I called Camyrn answered the call and scheduled my oil change for that day!!Who knew it could that fast and that easy!What great service writer!She treated me with respect, and made me feel like I was an every day customer like she'd known me a long time!Great feeling she gave me about V.I.P.!She's DEFINITELY a role model for your company!Because of her I will probably keep going to V.I.P. for all my vehicle needsThanks again Camryn

Just want to give a large shout out to Dom who works over at the Windham VIP center. He is fantastic! I came in with an urgent need for help with my coolant issue, and only had 15 minutes to figure it out. Not only did Dom explain what I needed to do, but he took the time to come out to my car and help put in my coolant and then check the engine to make sure I wouldn't have any other issues spring up. When I thanked him and offered to pay for his time, he insisted he was just happy to help. If only all businesses could have individuals this kind working for them.... Thank you, Dom! I'll come back again for sure.

Dom was amazing! I came in because I was trying to get to a work meeting and had a flat tire. He called other stores to find the right tires for my vehicle and even drove to pick them up from another location in order to get me on my way quickly. GREAT customer service! I will be returning to this location for future tire rotations and oil changes. Thank you!

I can't sing enough praises for VIP Tires and Service, and in particular for Dominique.It sounds like a Hallmark movie, but we were driving from Pennsylvania to Blue Hill Maine to visit my ailing grandfather, and we got a flat tire. It was a Saturday and everyone was closed, or booked up with appointments, and we didn't have the time to wait- we had to drive three more hours to see my Grandpa and we were leaving for PA the next day. I was so worried I'd miss out on my chance to see him, and that we'd made the trip (with a cranky baby) for nothing. BUT Dom, and the mechanic (I didn't catch his name) were able to help us. We were back on the road within a couple hours. I can't tell you how much this means to me. This was an extremely important trip, and I'm so grateful I was able to spend that time with my grandfather. You guys are my heroes. Thank you, Dom!

Brian Brackett was very helpful when I went to get my RAV4 inspection. The front was out of alignment but he said it should be covered under warranty because my mileage was just over 10,000. I called Toyota and they said my year was up and was not covered. Brian was very helpful and was able to get that done for me right then and there. He was very professional and I will go back and would recommend VIP Windham. Thank you!

Nothing really bad to say about them. I used to use them a lot more for my vehicles including my company vehicles. Over the last couple year with covid and issue the scheduling has forced me to use other shops.One thing that other customers should be aware of is if you have an older vehicle that has dealership only parts that VIP cannot order or get if you get the parts they will not install them. If they could order and attain the parts I would absolutely understand because I would have just had them order the parts, VIP cannot get these parts they sent me to Ford, Ford also no longer can get these parts. So I had to find these parts aftermarket and customer made to spec but in this instance it was a several parts they don't have the ability to order, parts for a roof, doors and trunk they will not do the work.Just as heads up if you read reviews before using a service if you have $10,000 worth it need of repairs on your vehicle but you have to order discontinued parts for your older vehicle just start by reaching out to a smaller shop as you are going to have to do that in the end anyway.

I appreciate VIP getting me in as quickly as they did. They were very good about communicating with me thru the process about what was going on, what the problem might be, and what the high and low end of the price might be. I also appreciated that they used texting since i dropped it off in the morning and was at work all day so it was much easier to reply to texts than continue to take calls. Always appreciate the AAA discount from VIP. My check engine light was on when i picked it up and they took care of that for me quickly and without charging me. While it is usually less expensive to go to an independent shop this was an emergency and I am very satisfied with the service I received.

Dominique was extremely helpful. I called today to see if I could have my tire plugged, after running over a nail. I was actually across the street at Sullivan Tire (where I had originally purchased my tires) my tire was quickly loosing air, but Sullivan said that I would have to leave my vehicle there and they had 15 people in front of me waiting. I called VIP & Dominique said that he would be able to help me out if I could bring it over in 1 hour. He fixed it for me himself, I was extremely impressed. The next time I need to buy tires, I will be going back to VIP. Thank you very much!

Technician/Advisor Dominique White went out of his way to obtain tires and a light from a different store. He was friendly and went above and beyond. I can honestly say this is the best experience I've had at VIP. Thanks again Dominique!

These people are incompetent. They over inflated my passenger rear tire to 58psi, not 35 as the manufacturer states. My children travel in that car. Do they want me to have a blow out and crash?Also, on my other vehicle they rotated the tires without my knowledge or informing me, which is against Maine state law. Therefore causing my, less than a year old, tires to wear down very quickly, failing inspection.....job security?Will not return. And stop removing my review. That's censorship. I'll just keep posting it up.

I visited VIP for the first time the other day and had a great experience. I called to see if they could get me in last minute to patch my tire that had a hole in it. Dom, at the front desk, not only got me in right away to fix my tire, but he did it himself and got it done in half the time he told me it could take. I was super impressed with the service and will definitely be going to VIP again in the future. Thanks Dom!

I went to get my car inspected and everyone there was so kind! There was a lot wrong with my car and they gave honest advice and the best course of action. I really appreciated everything they did for me and can t wait to come back in the future. You guys are the best!

We were in need of a new battery for my wife's car and went in to the Windham location to see if we could make an appointment. They were able to take up right away and had the new battery installed in a very short time. Grateful to them for helping us out so quickly, we would recommend them to everyone!

I came in for a front end alignment and 2 new tires. The service was impeccable! When I came to pick up my car, Dominick was very quick to assist me, explained everything thoroughly, and made the experience smooth. Highly recommend services here, ask for Dominick!

I Cannot recommend VIP in Windham for anything other than tires. Their charges for Diagnosis are Ridiculously High! Apparently,they "diagnosed" with 2 separate devices so Doubled their OVERINFLATED diagnostic fees. Charging my mother Almost $200! How do you people sleep at night ??

I hate to give a poor review because the people there are very nice. However I was very displeased when I got home and reviewed my receipt. I went in for new tires, a state inspection sticker, and an oil change. I also provided proof of my military service to qualify for a discount. In reviewing the bill, no oil change was performed (or billed, fortunately), no military discount was given, and I was billed for an inspection which according to their military discount policy should be free. To add insult to injury, I wasn't able to pass state inspection (justifiably, no complaint there) but I stiil paid for one. If I understand their military discount policy, the inspection shoukd gave been free, $10 off the oil change (but it wasn't done anyway, or up to $50 off the tire installation. I got Zippo!I doubt I'll go back again, or ever recommend them, despite the nice people.Follow up: I was immediately contacted by several VIP sources, after posting my initial review. I was offered apologies and corrective action. They scheduled a new appointment, gave me a complimentary oil change and refunded me the military discount amount. Thank you.
