I had a water pump done here for my car and they did a good job. The price was around what other garages would have done it for so I tried them out. I thought I would try them out again to have my hub assemble and wheel bearing with the lower ball joint done. Their price was almost 200 dollars higher than most garages and didn't include an alignment which most of the garages I had talk to said it should be done since you are replacing these parts and included it in their quote. I felt like they were trying to swindle me and hopped I was naive and wouldn't question it and seemed to get mad that I did. They told me the part was around 500 dollars and that's because it has a good warranty. Sullivans it was 350 with 2 year 24000 mile warranty. Totally trying to up the price on the part. I would not reccomend these people to do work on your car and i would shop around or you can pay them more to do the work that you could save yourself money by going somewhere else. Just plan horrible pricing.

We needed to get brakes sooner than planned due to being called back to Boston for a Cancer checkup for my wife after recent surgery. Thank you to the very nice people at P&C and especially Chris who ended up with cold pizza on our account. So 5 stars for the business and 5 more for the mechanic who pushed through non stop!!

Best service around - this place treats you like family. I recommend P & C Auto for all your needs. The owner has a heart of gold and will go the extra mile for you & your car. The techs are top notch and highly experienced & trained. Any year , make , or model these guys know it all !

We were told we needed brakes, rotors, AND calipers. First off, I could not afford that immediately, so I decided to wait til my next pay day. Also I questioned the calipers. Then we found out we needed an emergency trip to Boston in two days. So I started calling other places. P&C were the only ones that said they would squeeze us in. One gentleman worked through his lunch for us. NO calipers needed, as suspected.Thank you P&C. You just gained lifetime customers!Service: Brakes

This is the only place I would take my vehicle for repairs... Phil and Richard have many years of experience. Towing available. They are very honest, fair, and they stand behind those work.. Top shelf.

HORRIBLE COMPANY AND I JUST HAD SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH P&C TOWING OUT OF WINDHAM, MAINE. I'D ADVISE ANY OF YOU LOOKING AT THIS COMPANY TO STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. I VERY MUCH SO RECOMMEND YOU TAKE YOUR CAR REPAIRS AND TOWING NEEDS ELSEWHERE!!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF, LEAVE YOU HIGH AND DRY AND STRANDED. AND OF COURSE WHEN YOU CALL TO TALK ABOUT THESE ISSUES TO OWNERSHIP/MANAGEMENT..THEY'RE NOWHERE TO BE FOUND!!!

Horrible company, and when they lie to your face and u have it in black and white and they look right at it and deny they did it, that's pretty bad. Do not trust these guys, took me 3000 dollars to get my car fixed right after they screwed it up
