I was super stressed! I m a nurse who is on the go for work and I m often on the road between 4:30-5:00AM and home by 7PM. The fact that I was able to coordinate this swap out and have them handle all the insurance for me in simple terms was amazing. I could focus on my patients without worrying how I was getting there! I got my car back so fast! I only went without it for one shift. Thank you!!

Great, fast, clean service! Two windshields in a month. Amazing customer service and repair. Handled insurance without me doing a thing. The navigation of the insurance claim was handled so painlessly ..Betty Jo assured me all would be taken care of ..and with her connections and expertise ..all was simplified for me thanks so much..!!!! and W0W !!! Norman is a windshield expert ..from a much appreciated personal caring of your car he goes above and beyond rarely found these days ..thank you so much .all my windshield needs in the future belong to this these wonderful people thanks so much again !!!!

While unlucky enough to need 2 windshields replaced in 1 year, we were lucky enough to have both done at Onsite Auto Glass. They've been phenomenal to work with! Quality job, happy to work around our schedules, knowledgeable about insurance, and I swear they always leave the vehicles cleaner than when we dropped them off. I hope I don't get another rock to the windshield anytime soon, but I definitely know where I'd go if I do!

I brought my 2022 Bmw here to fix a cracked windshield. I ve been to other windshield shops in the past and On-site in Windham provides far superior service, quality and customer service than anywhere else. They had to custom order my windshield due to it being not a very common model. The process was streamlined and stress free. I gave them my insurance info and they did the rest! They made sure I was getting a genuine factory windshield from BMW and they installed it using the highest quality materials. This is the only place in southern Maine I ll ever get my windshield replaced from now on.

I've been coming to on-site for around 22 years and they have replaced countless windshields and back glass for me and as long as they are still going I won't go anywhere else. Very happy with all the work over the years

I have had my windshield replaced by Onsite for many years and NO ONE will ever touch my windshield other than them. They have over 30 years of experience and provide top notch customer service all the way around. They provide last minute schedule changes if necessary, vehicle pick up and drop off, mobile jobs, and they will leave your vehicle cleaner than when they first saw it. No business compares to how customer centric Onsite is and they truly go way above and beyond every single time. There's good reasoning for myself and everyone else giving them 5 stars, and it's because they truly take the time to make sure my vehicle is safe as well as educate myself and other customers about the safety of glass in a vehicle. I've had my windshield done twice now by this company (thank you, Maine winter roads) and each time they were quick to schedule me in, professional, kind, and generous. They vacuumed my floors and seats! The work was high quality and the service was fast. I recommend them to anyone I know who needs glass work done on their vehicles. I won't go anywhere else.

What an amazing experience I had with Onsite Auto Glass!!! Called to set up an appointment, expecting to schedule a few weeks out and nope, they got my truck in the next day!!!!! Very professional and answered all my questions with no hesitations. Also, loved the fact they are locally owned and operated. I would rather help out local businesses then corporate. I give Onsite Auto Glass a 5 star rating and highly recommend them for any of your glass needs!

There is no other place that you will feel more valued as a person and not just a customer!I have had many windshields replaced over the years and have always received top notch service. Very timely and my vehicle is always cleaner than when I brought it in.Owners are friendly and personable and their Shop Pup is great!You won't find better people to do business with.

I have had many windshields replaced at Onsite Auto Glass. They have always been professional, accommodating and go above and beyond to take care of my issues. We've done drop off service, which was so easy and safe (especially in the era of COVID). I know they have cameras watching the property, so leaving our car there was a no-brainer. The work was done quickly. The quality was top notch and we haven't had issues with the windshield since (knock on wood).I highly recommend Onsite Auto Glass and have recommended them to many of my friends. You can't go wrong with their service and commitment to excellence.

Such a stress free and easy experience! Customer service was on point. Norm noticed some imperfections from a previous windshield installation (before I owned my truck) and went out of his way to fix each one of them. Very pleased with everything. Would definitely do business with them again.

I recently needed to replace my windshield after it failed to pass State inspection, and Onsight was able to work me in quickly so I could get my car back to legal in the state of Maine. They had a great price for my older car's windshield and they even went a little farther than most places because the previous windshield had been put on so poorly they had to put in more time to fix it. They did not charge me for that service and they got me out the door quickly. I know I will be back if I ever need another windshield and I recommend them highly to work on your car as well. Great prices, Greater service and one of the best office dogs you will ever meet. THANK!

Needed a windshield replacement and called onsite for a quote and scheduled an appointment within a few days. Very professional, prompt service. I dropped off the car and it was done by the end of the day. Price was very reasonable and new windshield has been great! Highly recommend them and will definitely use them if needed.

Best Windshield Repair Hands down. I have had 2 windshields replaced @ Onsite Auto Glass & I would never go anyplace else. Affordable, Convenient, Friendly service. Norm took the time to explain what he was going to do, even took the time to show me how a prior replacement from another company did a bad job that in turn Onsite had to correct before installing my new windshield. The office manager Betty-Jo goes above & beyond dealing with insurance companies & guided me through the process. The fact that this is a small family owned business is a plus-you know from the get go who is doing the work-Norm is the man! Don't waste your time going any place else-call Onsite Auto Glass Today!

Norm is amazing at what he does. Whoever replaced the windshield in my truck previously made some errors and Norm fixed them! Before I even got through the door I was greeted with a smile from Betty Jo and Norm. I have had several vehicles throughout the years and Norm at Onsite Auto Glass has replaced the windshield in each of them. I would not go anywhere else to get my windshield replaced or repaired. This company goes above and beyond what needs to be done without nickel and diming you. I have never had a leaky windshield after taking it to Onsite Auto Glass and I keep my vehicles well over 350,000 miles some to 479,000. They also had my insurance paperwork done for me and made it so easy for me so that I did not have to deal with the insurance company myself. I am so happy with the service and hospitality I received from Betty Jo and Norm. I will continue to business here forever. 10 out of 10 stars!

Our rear windshield shattered 3 days before Christmas and they had it fixed within 24 hours! We are going skiing the day after Christmas and we wouldn't have been able to take that trip with all the kids if we weren't able to fix the windshield in time. They are professional and personable. Cheaper than the big companies. Not that I want to have to go to them again for repairs, but you can assure we will if we have to have autoglass fixed again!Service: Auto rear window replacement

They are very kind and caring! The service is excellent, and the wait wasn't too long at all. I needed a windshield replaced and they had me in the same week that I called to schedule an appointment. We will keep coming here if any more mishaps happen, and will certainly refer our friends if they are in need.

I have had three windshield done here because I usually buy older cars and they need them. Always treated warmly. Free wifi and coffee while you wait. They even took care of my dad's car when he arrived from Massachusetts with a fresh crack from a rock on the trip up. They had it done before they went home. Very accommodating.

Very unprofessional,see my yelp review for further details. Norm doesn't value his work and honestly neither do I.To have a company belittle you or your vehicle is unprofessional to say the VERY LEAST.I've had several other windshields replaced by other REPUTABLE COMPANIES since my unfortunate treatment by this condescending little man for easily 1/3 of the price with no attitude, no condescension and a hell of a lot more professionalism.Do yourself a favor check out the many many places that will treat you decently.Even if he could save me money the extra expense would easily outweigh the bitter taste left in my mouth by even talking to this clown

I could only wish that all businesses that i had to deal with were as great as this one! They got me in same day but I could not make it, so they took care of my windshield first thing the next day and had it ready for me in time to take care of every thing I had to do in the early afternoon!When it was time to pick up, I did not have a way to get to shop and they came and picked me up in a snowstorm! When I arrived all my insurance work was all ready taken care of and everything was explained to me!I got in my car to drive home and noticed that the front of my car was vacuumed for me! Wow!!! The only reason I gave them a five star review is because I could not give them 6 or more! Thanks for all you did and people do not hesitate to travel to them! Worth the trip!!!!

Well, the review was totally right They are really nice people and they TRULY take care of customers. My windshield looks great now, not to mention they have a very good price as well. I had an absolutley outstanding experience. I called desperately and they told me to bring my car right over. They finished fast which was great but the real surprise was when I got in my car. They had vacuumed my front carpets and made sure everything that was on my windshield when I dropped it off was in the exact same spot. Truly it's the details that separate good service from great service and this was GREAT service. Thank you Onsite!!!!
